A bit disappointing. The place looks authentic, it is surrounded by nature which is nice but also means a lot of mosquitoes. At first I thought about taking just a simple massage (30$) for an hour but decided to try Shirodhara (oil on the forehead) for 55$. The idea is great: you are lying outside, listening to the sound of nature and constant flow of warm oil relaxes you, but in reality many mosquitoes didn't let me to relax, the temperature of the oil changed a lot, or some point it seemed too hot, sometimes not warm enough. Massage was too soft for my taste. Good foot massage. Going back home completely covered in oil was not ideal.

My friend and I opted for the Full body oil massage with Sheerodara and i must say it was truly a wonderful experience to have received this 2-hours worth massage. Unlike any other spa / naturopathy experience I’ve had in date, the entire experience was setup in the backdrop of the Dambulla wilderness with a natural ambience, that truly made it one of a kind! I’d also recommend getting the massage therapists Archana and Shani, they truly have wondrous power in their hands 😊 Highly recommend this place.

We’ve been brought here by a broker, which is probably the most common way for tourists to get to massage places. While the prices were very different (much higher) than promised by the broker, we were able to get a two hour Ayurveda massage with oil and full body treatment for less than they would usually charge. We enjoyed our massages VERY much and our two masseurs have been nothing but wonderful and were very skilled. We left totally relaxed and “like new”, after even being offered two cups of good herbal tea as well.

First Ayurvedic massage that I’ve experienced, and already planning to seek out more when I return home after this experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was unlike any other massage/ facial treatment that I’ve experienced before; expectations were exceeded. Also, the location is perfect with the sound of nature surrounding. All in all 10/10 experience!!

It was wonderful, great massage, delicious tea, just a magical place. We even saw monkeys when we finished the massage. Really highly recommended 😍

Amazing place, sensational setting a perfect service. My girlfriend and I both had full body oil massages and feel incredibly relaxed - they were exactly what we were hoping for. We were treated to homemade tea afterwards as well which was delicious. Would recommend to anyone in the area

One of the best massages I've ever had! The staff is extremely skilled and helpful. This was the perfect treat after the Sigirya Rock Fortress hike. My 70+ year old grandparents loved it as well. Worth every rupee! Highly recommend the oil massage.

Really Nice place for a massage and relax after climbning Sigiriya Rock. We gad the traditional massage with oil, which was really good and relaxing. After we were given a herbal drink which was good. All in all a great experience!

Fantastic experience! We got a total body massage and head massage with dripping oil, and it’s been a crescendo of positive, soothing and energetic at the same time, treatments. The atmosphere is relaxing and takes you to another state of mind. But most of all, people is great, nice and welcome, besides being professional. They made us feel good, extremely good!

It was a wholesome experience after a long day :) Shanika and Aravind were amazing at their job and we left feeling very relaxed. This is not a tourist trap and they know what they are doing. I have had 60min full body massage with hot oil, I really liked it. It was relaxing what it meant to be. Stuff was really friendly and forthcoming. After the massage I have had complementary tea. It was probably one of the best teas that I had in my life.

Massage was good, price was not. This is our 2nd massage in Sri Lanka - previously on Ella we paid 4000lkr for a 75min full body massage. Here for 80mins full body oil massage was 15000lkr! More than triple the price! The massage was nice although one of our party had a bed with no face hole and found that uncomfortable. The setting is quite far from Sigiriya but a complementary tuk tuk was provided. If we had known the price before we had gone we would have gone elsewhere....

Expensive overpriced place. At the entrance they asked us to pay first and then proceed to massage, which was probably because they know customers feedback they will receive at the end. The oil massage was $30 and it was a classic massage with NO special local techniques as we expected. The oil smells strange and even bad plus the masseurs put too much of it. Unfortunately the hands of the masseur were very rough and felt like sand :( We were brought to this place by our guesthouse owner I guess for a commission. Once had to admin outside and interior is very nice and beautiful.

This is one of the best places I have ever been to. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. My sister and I had a full body massage, facial and steam for an amazing price. All oils are natural using herbs and spices. We felt amazing. Special thanks to Shandy and Sharnie. We highly recommend going to these ladies and to this place. It definitely beats what you would receive/pay for in London.

Boyfriend and I had a brilliant massage here. Really friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Had a really good variety of massage options too, including steam room to finish (highly recommend!). One of the best massage experiences we’ve had in all of Asia.

I had an 80 minute pain relief treatment. This treatment was deep tissue, but definitely helped relieve my tight muscles. The treatment was very thorough with a use of many different techniques to target the tension in the best ways possible. I particularly enjoyed the scalp massage. I would definitely recommend. Relaxing ambience - sounds and setting - a calming introduction. And then felt very comfortable with my masseuse. You can choose to have a male or female masseur/masseur. She was very good. I came away feeling very relaxed in mind and body.
