Stunning hotel in a very quiet, peaceful location. Hidden among the beautiful tall trees and a lake, it's a piece of paradise. Great for mindfulness and relaxation, just the sound of birds. The pool is big and very welcoming. The small lodges are roomy and comfortable. Staff are very attentive and friendly, buffet food service offers a wide selection of food. The air conditioning was a bit noisy in the room but overall a wonderful 2 night stay during our touring holiday, wish we stayed longer!

Great location with lots of nature. I would recommend this place for anyone who seeks serenity. The buffet was well organized and clean. The food was tasty. The number of verities were reasonable. The atmosphere was great. It was a good experience.

Our day at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana was a delightful escape. The vast hotel grounds offered a plethora of activities, from cycling to tennis, and the spacious pool added to the leisurely atmosphere. The buffet, featuring both local and international cuisine, was a culinary delight, complemented by the scenic view near the lake. True Sri Lankan hospitality shone through, making it a memorable experience.

A very lovely green hotel (in fact the room even comes with a monkey warning). Buffet breakfast and dinner was good it had a variety of foods including local specials. It was nice that they also had a range of herbal teas! Staff are nice and polite. There's also 24hr room service. Amenities in the bathroom could be better but they were sufficient. Love that they have umbrellas everywhere so you don't get caught in the rain.

A lovely greeny place to stay by the Habarana lake. It has one of a biggest garden and lots of valuable and rare trees. Food is so good and the staff is so friendly and supportive.. rooms are so comfortable and clean. Can recommend one hundred percent. If you are an eco lover you should not miss this place..

I went here on 2023.12.08. The staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Senevirathna for being an amazing waiter. Loved the location. There were lots of stunning views of the lake from the room. The food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our stay and left on the 2023.12.10

Extremely delighted to stay in Cinnamon Lodge Habarana with a peaceful and calm environment. From the entrance security point it self we felt the warm welcome which was exciting. All the staff are very friendly. Want to came back again. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Great service. Fully nature surrounding with Lakeside view. Very safety hotel for all the ages. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Meals were delicious and incredibly varied. They have their own wildlife safaris.

Beautiful hotel and grounds and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and there was a huge variety to suit every taste. The New Year’s Eve gala dinner was amazing. Generally the staff were all welcoming and helpful throughout our stay however Asanka, our waiter, was particularly outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. He is a credit to the hotel. We hope to return again in the future.

Clean, spacious, and well-maintained, they provided a cozy retreat after our day's adventures. The hotel is situated near a lake, and even though it was flooded due to the rainy season, it added a picturesque touch to the surroundings, and thankfully, there was no harm caused. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. However, when it came to dining experiences, there were a few aspects that could be improved. While the food quality was generally good, the dinner menu had noticeable repetitions from the lunch offerings. Approximately 60% of the lunch items were carried over to dinner, which was a bit disappointing. We brought this concern to the attention of the chef, and although it was communicated, we didn't see a significant change in the variety offered during our stay. On the positive side, breakfast was a delightful experience with a diverse spread that catered to different tastes. The staff's attentiveness during breakfast was commendable and added to the positive start of our day. Despite the minor hiccup with dinner, the other amenities and services offered by the hotel were satisfactory. The natural beauty surrounding Habarana Lodge, along with its courteous staff and comfortable accommodations, made for an overall good stay. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature, with the hope that the dining experience improves for future visitors.
