A more than enough hotel at a peaceful location. Rooms at the top floor are very comfortable and large, having big windows for letting air flow in. Breakfast is extra paid but worths every cent you pay for it. Various marmelades, egg, 4-5 kind of cheese, fruit juice, milk, cereals etc. Recommended if you are looking for a good night sleep within this region.

Had to attend a family funeral in Herford. When I first booked over the phone, it was for 2 doubles and a twin. No problem. Had to change that to 3 doubles and a single. Again, no problem. Then another change to 4 doubles. No issues at all. Very accommodating. Staff were very pleasant, couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is only a 5 minute drive into Herford. Lovely location; gardens, play area for the kids. The rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. Beds were surprisingly comfy. At first I thought it was quite hard but I slept really well. I would definitely recommend this hotel, 100%. Nearly forgot the breakfast! I was very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Lush!!

My stay was pleasant although spoiled by the bar and restaurant being closed due to covid restrictions which I was not informed of at the time of booking I would stay again, just to get the whole experience

Wir waren zum Frühstücksbuffet dort. Sehr reichhaltig. Alles was man für ein tolles Frühstück braucht. Preis absolut okay. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde immer zügig nachgefüllt. Werden gerne nochmal dort frühstücken.

Leider kein Hotel mit Restaurant, sondern nur ein Gästehaus mit Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind verqualmt und mit Raumspray übertüncht. Eher etwas wie Monteursabsteige… Zimmerpreis inkl. Frühstück liegt mit 80,00€ pro Nacht dann wieder auf Hotelniveau. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Netter Empfang, sauberes und großes Zimmer. Alles gut soweit. Service hatten wir nicht von daher kann ich das nicht bewerten.

Waren zum Frühstück dort. Reichliche Auswahl uns alles sehr lecker. Leider waren es nur Aufbackbrötchen. Hätte auch gerne mal eine Servicekraft am Tisch gesehen, welche sich nach Getränken wie Sekt oder Bier erkundigt. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Familie übers Wochenende im Gasthaus Janzen zu Gast. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal und die Eigentümer waren nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Im Hotel habe ich mich zwei Wochen lang eingelebt, das Zimmer war sauber und die Möbel waren perfekt. Frühstück, Restaurantmahlzeiten, alles ist gut. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Essenslieferservice anzubieten. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre am Sonntag. Wir sehen uns wieder. Vielen Dank
