Very friendly and competent employee. Very good advice, contract extended 🙂

Very unfriendly guy who's working there, very nervous and he sends the customers away by saying we don't have or we can not provide this service! You better try on our website. But his female colleague was very nice took him aside and tried to help the people.. and guess what? She could make all what he said it is impossible successfully!!! He is really a minus point for this shop👎 every one left the shop sad until she took over. Ps. I better say no names now.

Went there once, waited 25 minutes for the store to even open. Nobody came until 11:30. Too stupid for me personally. And that means the customer service also gets at least -2 stars!

In no other shop have I been served as kindly and friendly as I was today by the young lady. Thanks for the quick help.

Advice was very good, the employees are friendly and polite. I would like to cancel the contract again and unfortunately it's not that easy to do from home because I only got an order number and customer service can't do anything with it, but they can't do anything about it in the shop. Since I got a much better offer from my current provider and I'm completely satisfied with them, I want to stay there. But despite everything, I still recommend them because I was once a customer and know from experience that they are good if you really agree with the contract is inside and is a customer.

Absolutely disappointed! You've been looking forward to your new cell phone for days. Even takes half a day off because you got the notification that your cell phone is in the store. And then you want to pick it up and don't get it handed over because an *error* has probably occurred... I hope the gentlemen at the branch get this fixed quickly...!!!!!

I very much like the way how services are provided in Vodafone Farmsen centre. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and eagerly answers all the questions and solves the problems I am coming with. With my unfortunately very limited command of German, it is of crucial importance for me to be served in English, and this is what I enjoy in Vodafone Farmsen - in particular, the manager, Mr. Jamil, speaks excellent English.
