My evening at Koer was truly special. Aside from an impressive 5-course meal with the perfect drink pairing, they also had an extensive wine list that left nothing to be desired. The team here is completely professional, giving the place a refreshing atmosphere. The experienced chef conjured up dishes that not only impressed visually, but were also in a league of their own in terms of taste. The quality of the ingredients and the creative preparation were simply first class. The chef personally served his creation, which made the evening so special. What really sets this restaurant apart is the welcoming and cozy atmosphere that you don't often experience elsewhere. It felt like dining with friends, only with an exquisite menu and outstanding service. Conclusion: This place exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely come back.

It was my first time at koer and I was surprised with the koer menu and the matching wine pairing. It was a wonderful evening with excellent food and service in a beautiful, cozy location. Every course and every greeting from the kitchen was a taste explosion. The right wine for each course rounded the whole thing off perfectly. The colleagues from the service and the bar were very attentive and looked after us well. Thank you for this great experience, I will definitely come back and look forward to more surprises from your menu 😊

I have been to Kœr several times and each time the menu has impressed me with its quality and variety. Even when visiting on consecutive days there was always a culinary surprise. The matching wines and drinks are excellently coordinated and offer a welcome change. I would particularly like to highlight the first-class service - always friendly and with outstanding specialist knowledge of the wines and drinks on offer. The new store is an absolute must for every foodie. We recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but my evening at Im Koer was, like all previous ones, a culinary experience. The food, the service, the constantly changing menu & the passion... gastronomy at a very high level! We recommend the 5th course menu, put together by Chef of the Year finalist Paul Decker with the appropriate drink accompaniment from Moritz Schulte & Josh Stagras' finely selected niche wines. The Koer is (still) an insider tip in Hamburg - but certainly not for long!

Great quality, excellent service. Josh, the co-founder, also likes to come to the table and explain his concept, which is focused on sustainability and regionality Carte blanche offers regional specialties in the “Catch of the Day” style. The concert consists, among other things, of “Food & Bar”. So you can just sit at the bar for an exciting cocktail and have snacks there, food pairing at its best. Paul, the other co-founder, has already placed twice in the competition for Germany's best chef.

The service is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The food is creative and with attention to detail. Everything together creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for the fantastic New Year's Eve

The Koer is an absolute highlight! Unique cocktails that we have never found anywhere else in this form. A surprise menu where every single course was extremely tasty. Plus a top wine selection. The entire Koer team is passionate about it and has an eye for detail.

We were there for New Years Eve, and had their vegetarian serving. Great atmosphere, excellent food, very good and friendly service. Highly recommendable!
