I
can
warmly
recommend
it
to

The
logo
on
my
wife's
Cartier
necklace
fell
off
as
if
by
magic
without
any
influence.
Warranty
still
in
place,
invoice
taken
and
taken
to
Cartier
and
complained
about.
After
almost
two
weeks
of
testing,
they
came
to
the
conclusion
that
it
was
the
customer's
fault
and
that
you
could
see
it
by
the
deformed
eyelets,
which
are
no
longer
round
but
have
turned
into
ovals.
The
funny
thing
is
the
chain
doesn't
come
with
round
eyelets,
only
with
oval
eyelets.
Even
on
their
own
website
you
can
clearly
see
it
through
the
product
pictures.
They
actually
suggested
that
we
repair
it
for
a
third
of
the
purchase
price
of
the
entire
chain.
We
didn't
want
these
penny
pins
for
1mm
eyelets
in
18k.
So
I
took
the
necklace
with
me
and
drove
to
our
trusted
jeweler
and
goldsmith.
In
just
a
few
minutes
the
chain
was
like
new
again
and
my
wife
had
a
smile
on
her
face
again.
He
also
fixed
the
material
defect
in
the
manufacturer's
other
eyelets
that
caused
this.
Customer
service
is
very
important
here.
