A first for me. An op was required. This clinic is the centre of excellence in the Hannover region. From the first visit through to being released after the op I was treated professionally at all times by all I encountered. Yes during the preparation phase there was a lot of paperwork to plough through. Patience is required, also of course, waiting is frustrating, however they are busy, especially in these times with Covid in the shadows. Finding your way around is tricky if it is your first visit. There are several buildings to go to for various reasons. There is a guide map, it works, but pay attention! The ward personal were also attentive but not intrusive. Any special(dry) food, bring yourself. Porridge, cornflakes for example. The menu, quite naturally is German. The room for 4 patients has 2 bathrooms (no shower) and a communal table with 4 seats. Each patient has their own lockable locker. Television is free. Wlan is available after producing your ID card. Plenty of plug ins for chargers etc. There you go. An experience undertaken.
