Good food, very friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is tailored for everyone: there are portions with meat, vegetarians and vegans. We will definitely come back.

Brilliant food, great beer and wine selection. If the weather allows it, always have a table at the Gastgarten outside: it's a glimpse of Tuscany.

Everything from the welcoming attitude of all staff to the delicious food, the elegantly decorated restaurant, the excellent beverage selection, and the fantastic desserts, make the Restaurant Ruckendorfer a memorable place. I started with a warm and nurturing Leberknödel Suppe, followed by a really flavorful Black Angus Beef Brisket, with coleslaw and Pommes-frites, and the surprisingly delightful Schleppe No. 1 Pale Ale, finally the extraordinarily delicious Eismarillen Knödel. I just wish I could visit more often. In the end, for the amount, variety and quality of food, I would have to spend time and research to find a better quality to cost alternative. A real highlight in Eisenstadt!

Great place! We did not expected to find this place, because we just traveled for few hours for Esterhazy castle. Now I can come to Eisenstadt purely to have a lunch/ dinner in Ruckendofer

Visited this restaurant on a Friday evening for Dinner, fantastic place, great food and friendly helpful staff. Cannot wait to revisit when back in Austria
