Food bad, service bad.. Waiter took tip for himslef without giving the change back. 🤣 I've never seen that in my life. And that was the highlight of the day.. This is maybe the worst place i've been in Hungary. Only thing that I liked here was the ambient and how the place looks.

Quite confortable and affordable hotel in Sopron with breakfast, we needed to stay for a night, they speak English and are very helpful, totally recommended if you are staying in Sopron

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, perfect breakfast, nice view. Sopron Plaza shopping mall is located across the street.

We have pre-booked an accommodation over the phone. The hotel reached out to us after a week that they need to raise the price by almost 60% of the original price. The reason was that they were not calculating with a festival during this period. Really unprofessional management.

The food is all right but nothing special. They have a cake corner which is not common in a restaurant. But: This was our second time there and we were with a pram. They did not bother to help my husband who had to carry it down the stairs by himself. Let alone yesterday it was almost empty!

I went to Sopron for dental treatment and this was the nearest hotel to the dental clinic. Rooms were large and well appointed, restaurant was for a healthy appetite but the food quality was outstanding even though I struggled to eat it all. Staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times and it will be my hotel of choice if I need to visit again. There is a wellness area but it never seemed to be open, perhaps it is on request, I didn't enquire about it so maybe my fault. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel.

I went today for the first time to eat goulash. I will definitely come back. The waiter was very nice, professional and the soup was delicious xx 5* for everything
