Pool is under renovation, loud from 8:30 A.M., staff is somewhat bored and not eager to help. Furniture and decor is taken from the 60's, 70's...retro and very used. The Spa is way too small for such a hotel. The breakfast is somewhat acceptable but if I ask for a little spoon, I get the answer to take it from another table. 4 Stars for this hotel are definitely a joke. I would give it at max 3 stars.

Staff are nice specially the main service man in the restaurant during the dinner time. Location is uphill and quiet. Have swimming suit ready if you’re pool type of passenger. We were there when the temperature was reaching 31c during the day so this open pool was a must! I need to mention that pool was very clean and not crowded at all. Restaurant high quality food but not a lot of options. Definitely recommended hotel to stay in this city

Terrible pillows but otherwise great hotel.

It added an extra layer of relaxation to the overall experience. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel offers multiple features despite being not the most renovated place to stay, the rooms are a bit retro but clean and tidy, there are game rooms with billiards, darts and foosball to entertain yourself , plus and minus note is the wellness area, it is very nice and offers an amazing view from the jacuzzi but it's too small compared to the amount of guests the hotel can host, to find the place empty I had to come at 8 am and still someone was already there, overall a nice stay , staff nice and smiley, not the best English speakers tho but that is understandable cause we are closer to Austria here so they speak better German.

Alles sauber ich kann es nur empfehlen sehr nette Mitarbeiter Zimmer war auch sauber alles super ausser das keine richtige Dusche war nur Badewanne man musste in die Badewanne steigen um duschen zu können. Aber egal alles war toll

Das essen war sehr gut der Service sehr freundlich! Das beste mein Sohn hat sein Stofftier vergessen und es wird uns per Post geschickt!

Älteres Hotel mit Kommunistischem Charme, vorallem in der Eingangshalle. Wir hatten leider ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer im 3. Stock. Das Fenster war sehr klein und ließ sich leider nicht öffnen, nur kippen. Die Klimaanlage war bließ sehr stark für das kleine Zimmer und machte Geräusche. Weiters ging das Fenster auf den Tennisplatz hinaus und hier wurde es ab 7.00 Uhr morgens laut. Der Spa Bereich im 3. Stock mit whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad hatte eine super Aussicht auf die Stadt und die umliegende Landschaft.

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Ausflugs in diesen Hotel. Empfang war in Ordnung, Zimmer sauber. Wellnessbereich leider nur bis 21:00. Wir wollten es uns am Abend nach der Rückkehr ins Hotel noch an der Hotelbar gemütlich machen. Wir wurden aber von der Rezeption aufgrund einer im Haus stattfindenden Hochzeit an im Zimmer befindenden Minibar verwiesen. Das Einschlafen war Aufgrund der im Haus befindlichen Hochzeit auch schwierig, da die Geräuschkulisse der Hochzeit im Zimmer noch gut hörbar war. Aus diesen Gründen kann und will ich nur eine durchschnittliche bis schlechte Bewertung abgeben. Dar Standardort des Hotels ist auf einer leichten Anhöhe Anhöh und ist von der Innenstadt zu Fuß mit flotten Schritt nach ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar

Beds are a bit too soft for my taste, but I will definitely go back for the strawberry -rhubarb pie!

Great hotel at a good location. Downtown is within a few minutes walk only. The pool has awesome views. Food is amazing. Kids’ corner is sweet and offers lots of toys. Fitness park and trampoline are outside for the hotel guests. Staff is sweet.

The room was noise. I told to the receptionists but they do not fix it. The breakfast could be better. The juices was too long, I mean to many water was added. The cleaning of the room (bathroom) was not so accurate

Hotel Sopron is a very beautiful place with an awesome service and food. The rooms are clean, the staff are lovely and very friendly, and always helpful. We've had a great time, thank you! We will be back soon again.

The scrambled eggs is above this hotel's reputation. Place is nice, staff is friendly. Did i mention the scrambled eggs? I think it's made from real eggs. Not egg sooution.

Nice hotel, great views of the city. Great spa hot tub sauna and steam room. Rooms are a bit old, it's fine. The city is well worth visiting to spend a day or two. Lots of history, not crowded. A hidden gem to get away from the bustle of the big city.

Awesome hungarian resort, if you going to visit biggest Austrian see then it s perfect resort to finish your trip, spectacular sky wellness and the pool area is just stunning, rooms were okay, food average but absolutely happy with our stay there. Perfect location to visit beautiful Sopron centre.

The view is really astonishing from some of the rooms. Staff was also nice. However we heard the other guests walking upstairs during our entire stay, which was not so relaxing. This has never happened to us at any other hotel. Breakfast was average.
