Wir fahren seit 18 Jahren hier her waren bis jetzt auch immer sehr zufrieden. Heute sehr enttäuscht. Plötzlich ist es nicht mehr möglich spontan einen Haarschnitt oder eine Farbe zu bekommen. Die Antwort wir sind ausgebucht. Bei 20 Sitzen sind 4 besetzt! Und die Krönung eine Kosmetikerin behandelt zwei Personen auf einmal. Ist natürlich nicht sehr entspannend. Kurz gesagt die Qualität wird immer schlechter.

Katastrophal! Ich war vor Jahren Stammkundin im Wabi und dann ging es plötzlich nur noch bergab. Vor einem Jahr war ich dann wieder dort und mein Termin begann mit 50 Minuten Verspätung. Heute dachte ich mir, ich geben dem Center wieder mal eine Chance und genau das selbe wieder! Um 16:00 hatte ich den ersten Termin um 16:45 war ich immer noch nicht dran. Eine Wartezeit von 15-20 Minuten ja okay, aber jedes Mal so viel Verspätung?! Das kann es echt wohl nicht sein, aber Hauptsache man wird darauf hingewiesen, dass man als Kunde bitte pünktlich erscheinen soll. Die Pediküre war komplett überbucht und ich hätte noch länger gewartet. Habe dann an der Rezeption storniert. NIE mehr wieder!

She's still shocked and it's fair to say this has been violence. I can provide more details in private but please, protect yourself!

I was really disappointed with lady at the reception. She was really rude and noncooperative while we was paying the bill. She behaved unprofessional for such a place. I am sorry to say that all good experiences with other services stayed in shadow of our final experience at the end!

I had an Ayurveda massage and had to say that it was horrible. The therapist had no clue or idea regarding Ayurveda massage or therapy. It was so horrible, I want to stop it and get out. They should put people who can speak minimal English at least, and the front desk staff should learn to behave little bit courteously to the customers. It was a complete rip off The place is clean and well presented. That's the only plus. Oh God never again

My experience was very disappointing. I’d like to be very detailed on my review. I’m not going to say that everything was bad, because it was not! The Thai Massage and mani & pedi was quite ok! I requested to have a hair cut, and paid for the blowout. The cut was fine. The lady did a terrible work finishing my hair. In the end, I asked her to fix the hair on the front, because it was completely frizzy. She barely fixed it and afterwards I learned that I was charged extra for the extra request! Related to the prices… you need to be very attentive to what is written in “Hungarian”, of course. We paid almost €8 for a glass of orange juice. In the menu it said 500ft. After complaining, the lady said it was 500ft for each ml of juice! In the end, we requested to see the detailed receipt before paying. The lady at the cashier looked at us with the most unwelcoming face and pointed to the small screen of the back of the computer and said we could read there. Of course, we couldn’t! We paid and after checking out our receipt, we are surprised by the extra charges, or by the not expected prices, such as the juice. We decided to complain to one of the few workers that could understand English. Her answer was as a quote: “ the difference will be like €2 in some things. It is nothing for your money!”. Nothing for my money??? That is so unbelievable! I can just imagine how many people get taken advantage of when they go their and have much bigger and serious treatments, such as surgical treatment, and they are not awake to control what is really being done or not!!! I have looked over some of the reviews here before I went there, but I wanted to try it myself… not a surprise to see that my experience was as bad as theirs. In a nutshell, things are extremely expensive there. There are many other places to go for a daily spa in the area, where you just pay a fix price and you won’t be surprised in the end… for example, at the mall 3 minutes drive from the hotel. I felt mistreated by some of their reception employees. The employees ( mainly women) would look at us like they were doing us a favour… instead of just proving a service that we were paying for. I will never go back to that place. The few nice things that happened there are not able to cover all the bad experiences that I LITERALLY PAID to have.

Einfach super Service/Preis Verhältnis. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Von der Rezeption bis zu Pediküre , alle Mitarbeiter sind kompetent . Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und modern. Die Lage , Panorama ist herrlich. 100% zum Weiterempfehlen.

The massage was excellent, the staff very nice. However you cannot pay with credit card, and they don't give any heads up.

habe mir Gelnägel machen lassen und dafür 60€ bezahlt, habe bereits nach 5 tagen meinen ersten Nagel verloren nach 1 1/2 wochen waren es bereits 4 Nägel die ich verloren habe.Ebenfalls haben sie sich innerhalb kurzer zeit verfärbt. Ich finde es ehrlich gesagt echt schade und werde dort nie wieder meine Nägel machen lassen.

Die letzten 3Male wurden meine Termine (vor Wochen ausgemacht) einfach gelöscht und heute wurde mir auch nur 2 von 4 Dienstleistungen angeboten! Für die weiteren muss ich entweder warten (obwohl ich vor Wochen Termin vereinbart habe) oder neuen Termin ausmachen! Die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Empfang u bei der Maniküre sind unfreundlich. Meine Nagel wurden auch nicht mit der Maschine getrocknet u ich musste 20/25min warten u bei der Massage ging es schon kaputt. Wie frech, dass ich noch 125 EUR zahlen musste!!!! Nie wieder werde ich hingehen und empfehle auch gar nicht weiter

Ich hatte wegen diesen schlechten Bewertungen bedenken ABER alles war wirklich super!!! Sehr sehr freundlich waren alle und ich habe gar nicht gewartet. Massage, Pediküre, Nägel, Frisör, Gesichtsbehandlung wirklich auf hohen Niveau. Ich komme wieder! :-)

Sehr enttäuschend, ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Ich habe einen Schönheitstag für mich und meine Mädels gebucht, 1 Monat im Voraus. Am Telefon hat mich, die Dame aufgrund ihrer fehlenden Deutschkenntnisse sehr schlecht verstanden. Ich bin mit Ihr die am Gutschein stehenden Behandlungen durchgegangen. Nun kamen wir an und erhielten den Plan. Die erste Station war die Kosmetik. Wir haben eine grosse bezahlt bekamen die kleine Version. Die Kosmetikerin befragte ich vor Ort ob dass die große sei--auch sie nickte. Draußen an der Rezeption war der sehr ungute Herr der uns dann erklärte es sei die kleine gewesen und nun habe er keinen Termin für eine große Behandlung und als er merkte wir haben das grosse 160 Euro Paket gebucht nahm er uns auch die Coupons gratis Kaffee und gratis Kuchen weg , den diese Coupons seien nur beim kleinen Beautypaket dabei. Weiters gings zur Massage die keine 50 min war--aber so bezahlt werden musste. Pediküre war die schnellste Pedi die ich jemals bekam. Nun kam das Mittagessen wo uns dann die Dame sagte das keine Maniküre die auch natürlich schon bezahlt war stattfindet. Aber sie wäre bemüht 2 statt 3 Maniküren noch statt finden zu lassen. Wir sollten daweil den Wellnessbereich nutzen. Oben angekommen war schon der stehende Chlorgeruch.--die Gäste im Innenbereich hatten alle schon tränende rote Augen. Der Pool war überfüllt von schwimmender Salzsäure. Auch wir verließen den Wellnessbereich mit tränenden, gereizten Augen. -- Ich sprach wieder den eh schon gereizten Herrn an der Rezeption 1 Stock an. Doch er hat mich überhaupt nicht verstanden oder wollte er nicht. Ich sagte : da innen ist zuviel Chlor---er meinte mit vollem Mund --den er aß gerade am Schalter--Klo. Ich sagte nochmals mit tränenden roten Augen Chlor. Als ich sah das es ihm egal ist , ging ich zur nächsten Rezeption---nur 1 Dame (schlank, groß) von den 4 Personen die für die Gäste zuständig sind, nahm sich an und entschuldigte sich. Also zusammengefasst_ Bezahlt worden ist die große Kosmetik--> erhalten haben wir die kleine 50 min Massage--> erhalten haben wir 30 min Pediküre war ok Maniküre war ungenügend--- die Nägel waren nicht gepflegt(ersichtlich) Essen ---> war ok Wellness war auch bezahlt--> konnte es aber nicht nutzen Ablauf war unorganisiert Und wir bekamen die bezahlten Behandlungen nicht. Angeboten wurde uns stattdessen Kaffee, Essen und Trinken statt Wellness Maniküre und Kosmetik Ich habe versucht der Dame zu erklären dass wir zur Entspannung und Kosmetik gekommen sind --nicht zum Essen, und dass ich pro Person 90 Euro nicht vertrinken könne. Ein nettes te kurva kam deutlich zu hören von der Dame an der Kassa hinter der Scheibe, ich sagte nur, dass ich Sie verstanden habe. Das war der absolut schlimmste Schönheitstag für uns. Was recommended the luxury package with one overnight and was looking forward to it a lot but unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations. For what you pay in total it is not good value for money and should be cheaper. It does not feel like a hotel at all, more like a big mass beauty salon with some rooms. we checked in and nothing was explained. we were straight away (9.30) asked to pick what we want for lunch and dinner (1 soup plus one main from few choices) and were told we have to eat at 12 and 18.00. squeezed in between appointments basically. everything seemed very rushed and not well organised- some appointments were moved, they did not have all of them put in the computer as per our email confirmation and then for the last one my friend had to wait 45 min and nothing was said- she could have done something in the meantime. most staff does not speak english or german which is not ideal for beauty treatments. the pedicure was in a big room with maybe 15 chairs next to each other and mainly asian ladies doing nails not speaking the language. mine could not say a word. so she was not able to tell me that any colour was not included in the package but costs extra. so they just added it to my bill. but at least once i complained they took it off- but made me feel bad saying the lady who did my nails will have to pay for it. then we did the facial- very painful squeezing of spots next to my friend- again absolutely no explanation of what will be done to our face. 90 min thai massage itself was very good but the atmosphere was not relaxing at all and my thai massage lady was super unfriendly and actually a bit rude. manicure- same thing- colour costs extra. the lady that did my nails was so not motivated and kept chatting to the one sitting next to her in hungarian the whole time looking super miserable. hair dresser i was lucky that my guys spoke english so he at least understood a bit of what i want- other guests were complaining that they were not understood. there was not much time in between to use the spa but in a way it was ok because it is small and you don t need to spend hours there. the food was really not great- more like heated up ready made canteen style or plane style food. i skipped second day lunch because of the quality and the atmosphere. they have a nice looking cafe with nice outdoor terrace but dinner hast to be taken downstairs behind the manicure place. the guy told us to be on time because food is already heated up and he wants to go home...u cannot order any drinks with dinner and everything shuts at 20.00- totally- like a closed store. so nothing to do in the hotel after 20.00 and really they want you to finish by 7.30 so don t think about ordering a nice drink in the evening and chill on the terrace. you could sit maybe on your own balcony which most rooms seem to have. the aperol we had during day was quite expensive compared to the rest and was not that great. room was super basic and dirty. not very comfortable or welcoming. sorry to say but i would not come back for this price.

Good service. Busy at times. Book in advance for weekend treatment. Highly recommend manicure and pedicure with paraffin & the Thai massage is amazing.

The wellness area is wonderful But unfortunately several saunas didn't work and the two pools are too few for so many guests. The price is too high for this service.

Booked a room with some colleagues on a business trip. Did not use any other services. I can only review the rooms. The place has good cleanliness, the room was a bit small but it had an amazing terrace to access, great to relax or smoke. The staff are friendly.

The massage was very good, they were professional and helpful throughout the entire trip. The saunas were many, although small. The pool too and there was not really much else except for that.
