Hi, I will visit this hotel few weeks later. I have some questions for you. 1. are there some towels for taking a shower? 2.How much is the student cafeteria cost thanks I am looking forward to visit here

I have stayed at Brera for almost 5 months, in two different types of rooms. Without any doubt, this is a fantastic choice if you are moving to the city. The location is perfect: within walking distance to the train station, but away enough so that it is quiet. Nearby you will find everything: from supermarkets to restaurants, parks, etc. The facilities in the building are very nice. Rooms are very well maintained, beds and showers are super comfortable, and having a laundry room inside the building is a plus. However, despite all of these strong points, I consider that the best thing at Brera is the staff. They are always available to help and make sure your stay is comfortable and that your integration into the city is as fast as possible. Thanks for all, Brera!

Staying at Brera makes your life a lot easier! It is within walking distance to the supermarket, the main station and many other facilities. In addition, it is also close (about 15/20 minutes on foot) to the city center. Above that, the building and its apartments are new, quiet, clean and cozy. Its cozy atmosphere makes you feel at home right away. Also, the staff is super nice! Arbenita (with whom I have most contact) is always welcoming, kind and ready to help you. I definitely recommend staying at Brera!

Staff in Brera Ulm is very friendly and ready to help. Rooms are comfortable, well designed, and equipped with everything that is needed for a pleasant stay. I personally liked a roof top terrace, which is available to all guests, the most. Recommend this place either for long or short term stay.

Perfect place to stay: there is everything you need and the apartments are well designed. I stayed there the time to find a place to live in Germany and it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and the location is ideal: close to the train station and grocery shopping. I would recommend this place.

Spent a long weekend with a friend in Ulm at Brera and it was honestly the best choice! Everything went smoothly, got prompt responses to my enquiries via email, very kind staff. The Location is close (quick walk from the train station), near the center where we got plenty of choices for restaurants and cafes. The room was super clean, calm, well furnished and very cozy. Definitely recommend it!

Hi, I would like to say that I have been living here for a year and I would like to thank Arbenita and Julia for their extraordinary collaboration and last but not least Arbenita is my favorite, she helps me with all my needs. She is a real asset to the company. She helped me in many moments with difficulties and always found a solution, I can't forget Julia is a super nice person and any problem has a solution thank you for supporting me and for always helping me.

Firstly, i would like to thank the manager Arbenita Kurroshi for being so exceptional at her job. She is a true asset the to the company. She made our stay extra special and always quick to help. We encountered a small issue with our heater and she fixed it the next day. Arbenita was a pleasure to be around. The apartment was clean and cosy. The cleaners were also lovely. Highly recommend.

My experience here was wonderful. Cosy and clean unit, within minutes of Ulm hbf, Supermarkets and historical city center. Remarkable though, is how friendly and kind staffs are. They patiently helped me to sort out how things are in my early days in Ulm/Germany.

We stayed here as our temporary accommodation because of our relocation in Germany. It's perfect for temporary stays since you have everything you need. The furniture and appliances are complete for everyday use (stove, microwave, cooking and dining wares, tv, office table, chair, wardrobe, bed, bathroom), you only need to buy your own food and bring your clothes. As for the services, there is WIFI available, laundry room operated using mobile app and also they clean your room every week which is very nice service too. There are multiple rooms available and we stayed in the Amazing apartment and later on on Cosy apartment and both are good. The location is very near the Ulm Train Station which is perfect especially on our first day when we have lots of things to carry. Grocery shops are near too (Kaufland and Aldi). And lastly, the staff are really nice and accommodating to us which made our stay a whole lot easier! :) Will definitely recommend this place to others!
