The rudest front desk lady I have ever met! Thank got people are desperate for radiology services, otherwise with this behaviour they would have gone bankrupt long time ago.

After a waiting time of more than one month for the appointment, I still needed to wait more than an hour at the appointment. Afterwards they did not send the results in promised time to my doctor which made the doctors appointment another waste. Just poorly managed.

I had to wait 1:15 hours in their depressing waiting room in the basement!

Very professional doctors. It is worth to wait. The only thing I do not like much are the pretty unprofessional ladies at the reception - but I do not really care about them :-)

All the staffs were friendly and nice. The doctor, who checked on me was very professional and friendly. Just like the others wrote, I did have to wait, but waiting at the practice a little is so much better than waiting to get an appointment for days or even weeks. I got my appointment pretty quickly.

Ich kann die Praxis absolut empfehlen. Ich war nur zu einer Routineuntersuchung eingeladen. Das Ärzteteam und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und offen. Die einzelnen Schritte der Untersuchung wurden optimal erklärt. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und bin sehr dankbar, dass es das Brustkrebs-Screening Programm gibt.

Tolles Team, es waren alle sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit obwohl es einige Schwierigkeiten meinerseits gab. Selbst Herr Dr. SCHMID hat mitgeholfen. Das ganze Team ist länger geblieben obwohl ich erst nach schließungszeit fertig sein würde. Ich habe viele MRTs gehabt, aber so ein Service habe ich noch nirgendwo gehabt. Selbst der Befund wa am nächsten Tag schon da. Vielen lieben Dank

Bis auf die junge Dame mit den Wasserstoffblonden Haaren und den aufgespritzten Lippen, die jede freie Sekunde genutzt hat am Handy zu sein und dafür gesorgt hat dass Kunden für sekunden warten mussten, war eigentlich alles gut. Wenn man schon am Handy hängt vor den Kunden dann wenigstens mit symphatie. Sie schaute einen immer so an als hätte man sie gerade bei etwas gestört und jetzt macht sie einem halt den Gefallen wenn es sein muss. Alles in allem ist die Praxis eigentlich ganz gut soweit.
