Wir haben auf der Durchreise einen Abstecher zum Mittelalter Weihnachtsmarkt in Esslingen gemacht und dabei das Hotel schnell und unkompliziert gebucht. Tolle Lage am Esslinger Höhenweg, ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist mitten im Mittelalter auf dem Marktplatz. Es fährt auch ein Bus nicht weit vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmmer mit Balkon und tollem Blick ins Neckartal. Frühstück ok, Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz, kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus. Alles zusammen top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I recently stayed with a colleague for a couple of days in this small hotel in the hills near Esslingen, in a quiet residential area overlooking the vineyards. Staff helpful and friendly, no problem communicating even if we knew no German at all. Hotel is clean, both our rooms had been renovated recently and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was typical continental, we didn't have dinner at the restaurant though it was really full of people, which can only be a good sign for an establishment that is out of the way and people have to go to deliberately.
