I love my apartment, I've been at Colonnade for 4 years. This is by far the best management we have had. Jackie sends email updates on the property, which never happened before. Things get fixed very quick. David the repair man does an amazing job on any project. Everyone is super friendly. I love living here.

I have just moved here from the United Kingdom. Colonnade was the first place I viewed and the level of service I received from day one has been exceptional. Leah Nearhood has taken care of me the whole way through and has answered all of my questions efficiently and goes above and beyond to help. I really feel very well looked after here and a very valued tenant. Thank you also to Raquel Robinson who has played an important part in greeting me here, getting me set up and also going above and beyond.

I recently was taken on a tour of the Colonnade Apartments by their property manager Leah. From beginning to end Leah showed and explained everything I needed to know any everything I didn’t even know I needed to know. Through out the tour, I witnessed multiple tenets approach her as though she was a friend. For those of you that know that a good manager is just as important as the apartments we rent, rest assure, you are in good hands with Leah.

Raquel is the sweetest! She was very accommodating, patient, and understanding when I couldn’t decide on a unit. She made the whole process seamless. I’m excited to move into my new apartment at the colonnade!

I can honestly say that I've never lived in an apartment like this before. Everything looks so tranquil and inviting. I can't wait to take a dip in the pool once the weather warms up. Special props to Leah who is a great manager and takes her job seriously. Always friendly and ready to help

Leah is amazing! After searching through apartments all day and dealing with people that didn’t seem to like their job I am so grateful with the way she answered the phone. After arriving she helped me right away and gave me two tours through the neighborhood! Very sweet and knowledgeable!
