Such a great and clean property to live. Sarah Roman the property manager is so nice and helpful with the tenants. She always focus on keeping the property clean and organized. She has always helped us whenever we were in a need of something with our apartment. I appreciate all her efforts she is making to keep this property organized and clean. I definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants to live in here. The management is amazing.

I’m giving 5 stars for the manager, Sara. She’s responsive, friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond what other managers in my experience have gone. She always makes me feel welcome as a person and welcome to voice any questions or concerns. She is definitely one of the top assets this complex has, if not THE top asset.

I've been living here since August 2020 and have never had an issue with management. They have worked with me throughout this whole covid-19 pandemic. Luckily , The Landlord Sarah has been willing to help me out and has been supportive and very helpful. Iam grateful to live in this location and if I could write a 5 star review every month I would because this management deserves it.

Worse place to live with worse employes including the property manager. I have known this place and living here in the last 2 years. I advised your guy to choose somewhere else.

This new Management Company is doing great things in the community. I love their profession of Listen . They have transformed this place very nicely. Management & Staff are absolutely professional specifically love to mention Manager Sarah Roman here. She is doing amazing job. They provide you with the place where you feel like home. Lived there for 5 years, it is in a very convenient location. Near stores.. .popular fast food restaurants and like 1 minute from Interstate 8. I moved out because my family was growing and moved to a bigger place otherwise I would have stayed there longer. Its a quiet neighborhood. Management takes care of any repairs needed to the unit in a timely manner. It is a clean and safe environment for families. My kids best memories is their time spent at the pool. I miss the donut shop which is walking distance from the complex.

We really enjoy living in this community. Ms. Sarah the property manager is very helpful and friendly with the tenants. We have lived here in this property for almost 5 years now and we really enjoy living here. Ms. Sarah such a kind and great manager who always help the tenants and provide excellent customer service. We really appreciate the professionalism and all the help that you provide.
