I am very happy with the customer service we received from Jose. He was very knowledgeable on ALL the jewelry, gems, diamonds. Any and all questions we had he was able to answer and explain to us in detail. Our time at Kay was less than short, but through all our questions and asking to see or try on things Jose was happy to help. We bought jewelry a year ago and we were very pleased so we came back this year and were not disappointed. We bought a necklace, rings, earrings, and bracelet. The holiday deals were amazing!
