Waited for 20mins and never got a server or waiter to assist me and someone came in after me and they got there drinks before I could even ask and no one stopped by to ask me if I need or want anything also two waited looked at me and walked away so definitely won't be going back there for dinner or to rate the place or food cause I was not able to even order drinks. Place looks nice and hope others to have the issue i had.

Probably the last time eating at Chili’s for my family and I. The temperature was extremely high when we walked in from the start. You would think that with it being over 115 degrees outside the central air would be circulating but that was not the case. Secondly, our toddler’s food didn’t come out for another ten minutes after my wife and I had received ours and the worst part about it was that our son’s food was cold. So with that being said I gave my son my food since we did not eat until he received his and asked for a new dish. From beginning to end this experience was terrible. Lastly, the chicken tenders were rock hard and my son could not even bite them in half. Maybe I am being over the top, but my wife and I received ice for our water, but our son was just given room temperature with his? The whole experience there seemed careless.

Melissa and Alannis are the most helpful and always polite with a smile on their face. Hard workers and very active in their job. Great service. Good times and great vibes is what they bring. Both times they assisted my wife and I greatly.

Rib eye tasted more like a sirloin. Wasn't bad, but dont think it was the right cut. Service was good. Place is noisy but that's on the customers.

I eat at this restaurant on a regular basis. It is close and convenient, plus the food is good for the price you pay. Service has never been a problem here and the service is fast. I don't like how they don't put sugar or sweetener packs on the table; you must ask for them. I should note that other restaurants around this area do the same thing. As far as the food is concerned, it's pretty decent. The burgers are of good size and have flavor. Salads are usually good as well. I'm not a fan of the Cajun Pasta as I find it pretty blah and lacking spice. They do have specials that are really good value. Update: 10-02-23 Service has been excellent for quite some time now.

It’s standard Chili’s, which can be good or bad depending on your perspective and expectations. The staff was friendly, which helped. Food was fine. Not really anything notable, but probably worth sharing that it wasn’t bad.

I love Chili's. The customer service is great and the food comes out relatively quickly. The wait staff always makes sure to check on you yo make sure everything is satisfactory.

food was great as always but, there were no fountain drinks, no onion rings, and no French fries(only seasoned fries), the staff was very friendly but they've very few staff members and the service was not that good because they take a lot of time since we sat until they asked us for our drinks until they asked us for our food order until they brought us the food plus the lack of food they didn't have available 😒 but hte food we had was good enough

Love their Texas Fries, Cheeseburgers. The neat has are really good flavor. Even my 6 yr old granddaughter said "the meat is so good"! We enjoy coming to Chili's after Mass with our 3 grandchildren 🥰👍🏻

I was in vacation and happened to stop by Chili’s,I’m in love with this place ,customer service is perfect out here ,the food is delicious I highly recommend the steak ,very clean inside and the workers are great ,the manager Monica is amazing very sweet and professional,the bartender Curt the best I highly recommend it !!!!

I want to give this location a good review, I really do. I've been here twice and the food was excellent: well packaged, hot, and exactly what I ordered (once, I even got extras!). The problem is, the other three times I've been here have been much less satisfactory. This last time (and it probably will be my last time ordering here) my food was packaged horribly, making half of it unappetizing since half of it was soaked in grease, and the other half covered by my mashed potatoes, which looks like they were just shoveled on top as the last item. As a bonus to the messy prep, I did not even get the items that I ordered. A quarter of the food I was expecting was just missing. I'd give three stars for getting it right almost half the time, but you lose a star for the lack of consistency and another for how bad this last visit was. The whole point of chain restaurants is to know what you're getting, and sadly this location just doesn't fulfill that.

Awesome and efficient, love how they all come together as a team from the host to the servers and all the way to management helping to serve. Definitely my go to diner! Don’t forget to request Alexa, she’s wonderful, quick and not to mention her warm personality. Outstanding Service!

Awesome customer service! Fast, efficient and friendly. I love how management steps in the floor to help their employees serve. True meaning of leading by example! Alexa is our go to waitress. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our family is taken care of. Make sure to request her next time you visit Chili’s.

Horrible customer service especially from this so called manager Jose. His staff needs better training when it comes to hospitality. I recommend you send your managers to get trained. You get better manager interactions with managers from McDonald's than the ones from Chilis.

The food was what you expect from a chilli's burgers, sandwiches, and Mexican food if you can call it that, what really impressed me was the fact that they were really fast we were seated in less than 3min and were served in no more than 20min this was on the weekend and they were pretty packed, i was definitely left impressed. To wrap it up food was decent, but the service was great, i personally don't like waiting more than 30-40min for food if that's the case I'm better off cooking at my house.

The food was served correctly, at the right temperature. Staff was friendly enough and it was easy to get a table at 2pm on a weekday. While I know the world is a little odd right now and the service industry (and the human beings in it) are struggling, our service was very slow. I think one server was covering most of the store. Not sure where management was on this day; maybe they were in the back slinging fajitas if the kitchen was understaffed? It was frustrating, but I understand where the world is at the moment. We'd go back the next time we're on our way out to California. Trying not to be too unkind about it, but wow, very slow.

Hadn't been there in a long time and it's better than I remember, we will be visiting this place more often. Good burgers.

For what I consider "fast food" everything was good. My husband got a burger with fries and I got the chicken fajitas. It came out fast and hot and the server was attentive. The only thing is like to see is more cleanliness. The shelf at the table dividing sections had a thick layer of dust that was off putting and I had to clean my seat before I sat.

They have very good dishes, you can enjoy a game of baseball, basketball or football, share with friends and family !!! (delicious street corn, much better than that of kfc !!)

That's messed up they didn't even bother cooking it first! Or even to cut it, they just tossed the whole raw broccoli in a bowl I am so disappointed what a waste of money.

The chips and salsa are sooo good. The guac is also very good. I enjoy the steaks w/ mushrooms and the steak and chicken fajitas. Food is always tasty and delicious. Service is good but I usually like order for take-out.

They are so fast the hostess was super friendly! I’m not even done with my visit but I’m already so impressed! My food was nice and hot didn’t taste reheated. Server was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service for a small town! Thank you to the Chili’s crew 👍
