This jack in the box have really good customer service, i been not having any problem with my orders

I was impressed with the Tacos that ordered. They were well done. The young man at the cashier. Was very nice & helpful with Mt order. He's is Kendrick l believe.My granddaughters meals were well done. Clean dining area. 👍☺️

Flavor is standard and the place is a bit dirty but the bathrooms were very clean compared to others Jack in the Box.

Drive thru was jammed cars were leaving but I got my food n it was hot n good..

Literally the best Jack in the Box when it comes to customer service. The staff are so nice and do the best to make your experience a perfect one. One of the female managers put everything I ordered into combos so the price wouldn't be as big. Also, one time they forgot to take down one of my beverage orders so they gave me the beverage for free. The staff talk to you like you're an actual human being and not like they hate being at work. I've had so many bad experiences at all the fast food joints in El Centro, but this one makes you forget that you're living in such a horrible place.

What I like is that I can get breakfast all day long and it's usually pretty good for the price

Visited this location yesterday. Service was fast despite the line, and the staff seemed friendly enough. Only issue was the 2 ultimate cheeseburgers I ordered had severely overcooked/burned patties; 3 of 4 of the patties (ultimate cheeseburgers have 2 patties each) were not edible, but the 3 plain large patties that I ordered for my dogs were fine...it's like they hid the patties in the burgers, acting like I wouldn't notice. Very disappointed as this chain usually has exceptional service.

Well Advertised promotions but food wasn't as hot as expected

My kids loved the ultimate bacon cheeseburgers! But I had the Fish sandwich, just mediocre for me. But fast and friendly and got my whole order correct. It was very busy but got home quick.

Great customer service but the line was super long.
