i had to give it one star I didn't want to or I wouldn't get to comment...now i know why Massage Envy got sued about their membership. becuase my husband and I are going through the same issue with our membership..we been trying it cancel our membership for the last a year and half. in order for us to cancel and be able to use our points we have to our acct open. don't make since at all and how can we use our points. when everytime we cal to book an appointment. nothing is available at all times

I am from Southern California and was glad to see an ME "close" to me, the front desk staff grated me with a smile, and I was very well taken care of. I renewed my membership for a year!

I've never had a place call me 15 or 20 minutes before my appointment time and cancel, and for some outrageous reasons.

Great! Facials great! Massages by anyone! Competent front desk that knows what they’re doing and actually answers the phone and checks you out quickly. I’m grateful this place stayed open during much of the pandemic and is finally becoming easier to get into once people go back to their home locations that went stupid during covid and shut down.

Best massage ever by Lindsay!!! She really knows how to find all my tight spots. Feel like a million when I'm done. Highly recommend a massage at ME.

The staff in the EDH location are amazing. They always take great care of my husband and I. The new online appointment application makes it very easy to book our favorite massage therapists.

Favorite one of the natuibal stores. Best services and servicirs, with akways pleasant front deak staff. Clean, sweet music, rarely has anyone to start kater than appointmebt time.

My bad experience had to do with privacy policy, and I know a lot of people don't about that, so please note that my family also told me of the creepy sales tactics and pushiness this location used to pressure them into subscription. My experience was pretty terrible out of the gate, and if you want to recreate it ask them about the privacy policy! Reception was not prepared in the slightest for such a basic question, and whoever their admin was let me know how annoyed she was by trying to wait me out in their office, printing the privacy policy for their website from double-sided along the short end, thrusting the printed document at me wordlessly, and lo and behold it's not even the right privacy policy (the one for the website is not the one for their sign-up). This is all after they tried to get me to fork over all information just to see the sign-up privacy policy, COMPLETELY backwards! This as opposed to, right down the road, another tech-bro-esque massage parlor that was at least ready and willing to have me read their privacy policy before I filled anything out; or, even better, the several NORMAL massage parlors in the area that aren't trying to force you into a subscription or shoving an iPad in your face. Just go in, pay, get a massage; now doesn't that sound nice?

So hard to get an appt, poor communication, frequent cancellations with no explanation, they won’t schedule more than a month out.. no online appointments. Won’t set up recurring appts.
