So far this is the best Mexican salvadorian food in Eldorado county hands down! The service was fantastic and we didn't wait to long. I suggest the birria tacos with the dipping juice.

Food was excellent! I tried the first Salvadoran dish I saw. Wonderful chicken, shrimp, beef, and mushrooms in the dish. Service is great with fun appropriate music

This is a nice family run restaurant where the owner goes out and checks on you to ensure your experience is positive. This is not a large restaurant but adequate. I experuenced the owner's commitment when I commented to him about the mole, and he brought some more out that was very tasty. I recommend this as definitely a place to try gir diamond springs. The only reason for less than 5 is the confusion on what dishes are Salvadoran vs. Mexican fare.

Hidden Gem in Diamond Springs. Cozy and clean. Great service and yummy food. We ordered combo plate with cheese enchiladas and beef taco, Caritas super burrito, and Carne Asada burrito. Beans and rice, were excellent. We made reservations online, which was quick and easy.

The chicken pupusa was flavorless but the pork was decent. At least the beer was cold and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Delicious food! Pozole was the best! Papusas best I have had. The you man server was so nice. Definitely will be back

We love Soriano's! This place is a hidden gem. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the food is always delicious, the owner is always there and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and just a great place for dinner. Like Margaritas? They are the size of a fishbowl! The bacon wrapped shrimp are my husband's go to, I have tried something different every time we go and I have never been disappointed. If you have never had a Pupusa, order one as an appetizer, so amazing!

This place is a diamond in the ruff. Sure, it took over our old Chinese restaurant, but I absolutely love it. The popusas are really really good. The food came out promptly and fresh. Everyone was nice and said hi. I'll definitely go there more for lunch pick ups.

Every time we go here we have an issue. The last time we went, our water glass had dirty lip marks on it. I asked for a new cup, and the new glass was just as dirty. There was dirt streaks from the server wiping it off. The time before that, we had a hair in our food. We've tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but we've been three times and we've had an issue every time. I no longer feel that the restaurant is clean and I will not be going back.

Stopped here for a quick bite after a track meet and after the incredible experience with the nicest staff and among the best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had… I’ll be making this place a regular stop no matter how far out of the way I must drive. Try the shrimp & mushrooms in spicy butter sauce for a uniquely tasty super filling meal.
