DO NOT come here if you want to study with any electronic that might need power during that stay. The ONLY power outlet was next to the counter. My laptop needed to recharge and I had to sit on the floor to recharge it. Very inconvenient

One of the smaller locations, in a slightly ghetto area but it has a drive-thru, so that's a plus. The employees here are seemingly a little snarkier and not as well trained as the other Starbucks I've visited. They like to argue with me when they do things like mess up my drinks. My last visit there (four days ago) involved an argument over a refill. Quite frankly, it's annoying. I'd go as far as to say that I know better than they do since I've been a customer with Starbucks longer than they've been an employee and being that I order the same two simple drinks all the time, I'm not the one messing it up. So please stop fighting with me, thanks.

I went to the drive-thru at this Starbucks around 7:20 a.m. To start the girl on the speaker couldn't hear my voice, she said:"I can't hear you I only heard coffee", I had to speak louder and repeat my self 3 times!, I asked for a small coffee with caramel flavor, extra cream, and she understood "tall" I also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. When I got to the window I opened my coffee, it was a tall size over-filled with black coffee, no sugar, no cream, I told her to drop some coffee and put creamer, the girl gave it to another girl to fix it. When I get to my office, I noticed the bagel was not toasted! it says: "warm bagel". What a disgrace of service!, the girl didn't say "sorry" or "thank you" and is not the first time something happens at that location but it's closer to my job. The Starbucks employees need more training on taking orders, and customer service. I'm not going back for that price I can get cheaper and better somewhere else!

Ordered on the app, my drink was wrong but I didn't have time to go back. I called spoke with Ryan and he was amazing. I was able to get my drink made correctly 3 days later when I was back in town. My drink was Matcha latte,oatmilk,1 pump Chai. 😋 extra hot. Try it

Not a large store. Close to highway and easy to pickup to go. Drive Through is busy at weekdays but may close at weekends.

I feel like the coffee here is rushed the quality of the product is deteriorating.

I love this Starbucks ! Every time I go to this Starbucks my drink is so good & the people there are always so kind !! Highly recommended

Worst Starbucks ever . Customer service was horrible..they totally forgot my order waited 15 minutes.. until I decided to ask what happened to my order.. ..they said they had forgot... the employees are constantly playing around.. laughing and giggling instead of doing their job.. manager should definitely look into it.. I'll never come back to this Starbucks

The interior is well designed and decorated. Spacious and welcome. It's on a freeway so it doesn't get as busy as some other Starbucks, most people come here for the drive thru. The order was completed as expected.

I called a couple of times and no one picked up the phone call for the order. When I got there, they said it need to take about 15-20 minutes. It was not good experience

I come here often cause I work down the street. I never had a problem with my food, but today, my Vanilla Bean Scone was so tiny! I've always received larger ones. Very disappointing.

The women at the front counter who I believe was the supervisor or manager was being very rude to us when ordering. My girlfriend asked a question and she became very rude and frustrated all because she didn’t understand the question. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but there is no excuse for that type of attitude.

I travel alot for work, so I get to stop and see a ton of starbucks locations, but this is one of my go to stops to work outside of my own office. The staff here is great and friendly, and most importantly their customer service is one of the best I've experienced. As busy as they are cleaning, they will still walk my food and drink over to my table while im on my laptop. It may seem like a little thing, but those are the "little things" that matter to me. I've been to all the starbucks locations around this one, but if you have to stop at one in the san gabriel valley......this is the one, and they have a drive-thru to boot. Btw.....if you get the egg bites, ask for the cute little sriracha packet.

A very nice and secluded locale. My only complaint is that they were playing Taylor Swift for my entire patronage... Painful

Great coffee break, the girls here are nice, I needed coffee to continue my trip back home so I stopped here and had the best hot Americano and a delicious warm cheese danish. Air conditioning is great as it's a little bit hot outside. Restaurant is sparkling clean.

Came in to grab a quick drink ended up chit chatting with Lizz, who is an amazing person so nice and helpful with ordering and tips on the area! Made me feel at home in a sweet shop! Totally ten out of ten I'll be back!!!
