You can definitely tell this place is not a In n Out or Chick fil A. It’s like they don’t want your business. The lines you see at the drive thru is so long. I can imagine how many people see the line and just say forget it. I should have, but too late Ike stuck in their poorly designed thru line where it cuts thru their pedestrian walk way. So cars are stuck on the street with although there is two order here box, they choose to having only one open for some reason. Why did they spend all that money to add an additional lane and not use it. Also they have an online order system but you have to wait in the line to get your food. What’s the point of ordering ahead of you have to wait in line. The great thing about this long wait is that I get a chance to write this review. Conclusion: avoid this location after 10pm.

If I could I would have gave a 0 start review.I came to eat with my family as we were eating and having a conversation my husband noticed his burger was getting cold as he looks at his burger is raw.I go to show the manager and one of the shift leaders named Liz has the audacity to say wow they wait until their almost done to complain. FYI we didn’t wait.never have I been threaded this way.will never dine in this restaurant!!!

The cashiers are so rude. All I ask was if my order ready because I was picking up, and they’ll just look at you like your dumb. This one bigger women with glasses answer by saying “it’s not ready” and walked away throwing her hands up. This is why you go to school kids, don’t end up working at McDonald’s for the rest of your life. Obviously some of these workers have regrets. Please learn to be nicer.

My kids love to go play on the indoor playground. They always have a restroom for the little ones. Always a long line. Especially when you walk in. Order is always right so far. Not rude. Adriana very kind lady , with great customer service. Family bundle is the deal to get . Big Mac or Chicken Nuggets Both great deals.

I shouldn’t even give this place a star to begin with but it’s the only way to leave a review, sadly! Went through the drive through today around 7:25pm and tried ordering some stuff but this rude BOY Manuel, decided to give me attitude and rush me to complete my order. This BOY has no manners and no customer service experience, acted very careless and management didn’t seem to care or have control over his crew. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed of this location. Who ever runs this location should better train these employees and “MANAGERS” because it seems to me that no one here likes their job and look miserable, to the point of giving poor customer service.

this is one of the few mickey ds opened 24 hours. their food is always pretty good for being mcdonalds. but alot of the times their out of of certain things.

The shift around 6:30 pm has the worst cashiers ever they're angry and they served the coffee all cold and after I ate my food I felt nauseous I had to stop coming here and so is the rest of my family and friends they should fire all those people that work during that time. Also the manager joey didn't even care when I told him my coffee was cold. Not sure why they're working there if they don't wanna work.

I chose the park and pick up service and it was quick. Worker came to my car and my order was accurate. I love using the McDonald's app. I did not go inside, but the outside was clean.

Love those frozen coffee drinks better then SB that's for sure and the oatmeal bomb.

My order was missing some food. Didn't find out till I got home, I called and told them of there error and they told me to come in morning and they would give me a correct order. McDonald's made good on their error I was given a meal. Thanks for looking out for your customers and correcting the wrong.

Ordered through the app and it crashed when I got there. Went inside showed them the email of my order and that it took my money. They can’t find the order on their system so I just left out of frustration instead of arguing with them. Now I have to dispute the charge since I didn’t get my food. This location is horrible avoid this place at all cost. Go to other McDonald that are better.

I preorder my food for curb side. When i got there, they made me wait 45min. Then i get my order wrong i get off the car and take the food back so that made me wait another 10min instead of prioritizing my order they were attending drive thru orders. When they gave me my food they gave me all spicy Buffalo sauce for my kid chiken nuggets I call the manager and complain about the long wait and the wrong order and employees giving me hot sauce for complaining all he says I'm sorry here is an apple pie. I dont want an apple pie you spent an hour of my time my kids are expecting McDonald's if it was only me I would have gone somewhere else. But you can't expect nothing else from an 18 yr old who is the manager and running the show. I doubt his coworkers take him for serious. In not going back.

I ordered through Uber eats and half of my order was missing including condiments. I get that y’all don’t like giving extra condiments but you could have at least put the ones I needed for my chicken nuggets 😑
