Always ,i have nice experience when I come to this Starbucks or any of stores in the local area

I did a mobile order for 1 drink and when I arrived to pick up my order there was a huge crowd of people already waiting for there drinks. Long story short Starbucks has fallen way short of their standards at this location. I waited over 20 min for my mobile order. completely unsatisfied.

I don’t think they have restrooms here! What’s the point of having outdoor seating and no restrooms !

Lots of Pros and cons to this Starbucks. Make sure to only come when you got nothing else to do. Give extra time if you order from this place, seems like a lack of conversation between employees leaves customers confused and without what they’ve ordered very frequently. Leaving long lines as they correct for their mistakes. When it does go smoothly, it is a great location. Drinks are delicious, place is beautiful and the location is amazing.

I love that I have a Starbucks so close to home. But lately it hasn't been good. Baristas have a heavy hand with the cream/milk. My coffees have come out like a light beige. It's more milk than coffee. I know you can let them know not to put too much milk but I feel you shouldn't have to. Sadly it's not just this location. I've been to others and it's the same issue. It's as if you're ordering milk with a splash of coffee.

If Opening late put a sign in driveway Four cars waiting for no reason...

Since it shares a parking lot with Home Depot, it's super tiny. The patio is always clean, and they have seating. This store is tiny, so it's only for employees you can not sit inside. It's always less crowded after 4 pm. I never wait in a long line. Staff is friendly and nice always.

Where do they find these architectural idiots that get paid hundreds of thousands, but have no clue on design,. This is Southern California, the sun is on the southern side of this facility, whereas the walk up area is directly in the sun without any shade, and if it ever rains, you will be standing in the rain to place your order, as the wind direction blows directly into that area, this place needs someone with the intelligence of a forth grader to redesign the walk-up window area, and also the outdoor seating area needs protection incorporated for when it does rain

Today was the worst service ever I got at Starbucks the lady kept saying my card was a client she run it three times and I still showed it to her and she said there's nothing she could do the person that looked very mad making my drink did it wrong she didn't make it correct now I have to call my bank to dispute the charges and the manager was so unhelpful.

Ask for hot coffee, got cold. It's Starbucks you had one job!

This Starbucks has always shown me great customer service.

They’re ok…. They tend to mess up my order which is annoying.

The crew here literally showed disdain towards me after I changed my order (once). They ignored me when I pulled up to the window and only spoke to me once my order was ready. That was very rude.

They were friendly and helpful i usually go to Starbucks maybe once every 4 months and we'll i do not know how to order or what to order but they always help me make a great choice thank you

Good customer service, always quick! No indoor seating so if you wanna get off your car there's outdoor seating.

Every time I've been to this location all the staff is super positive and helpful. One time the drive through guy literally changed my mood by how positive and cheerful he was.
