I'm
saddened
to
have
to
leave
a
review
but
after
several
attempts
to
get
a
refund
on
my
order
I'm
going
to.
1st
off,
follow
through,
execution
&
follow
up
is
non-existent.
As
a
business
owner,
I
should
not
have
to
call
u
over
&
over
for
a
refund
that
u
said
would
take
up
to
10
days
over
20
days
later.
My
order
on
the
10th
of
March
was
a
complete
disaster
&
the
'managers/shift
leaders'
have
no
power
to
refund
&
u
have
to
send
an
email
that
is
never
responded
to.
The
owner
was
pressing
me
to
take
a
store
credit
which
I
did
not
desire
without
a
refund.
My
husband
warned
me
to
not
order
from
this
place
&
boy
was
he
ever
right.
I
was
overcharged
by
misleading
prices
&
upcharges
that
should
not
have
been,
my
chicken
pasta
was
bland...&
check
this:
it
had
NO
chicken,
the
baked
potato
had
one
topping
per
side
which
were
freezer
burnt
&
the
potato
was
not
cooked
inside
&
was
still
hard,
they
forgot
my
salad
&
breadsticks.
After
I
opted
for
a
refund
as
opposed
to
store
credit,
I
can't
seem
to
get
any
feedback
or
confirmation
&
it
is
a
whole
new
month,
so
now
I'm
contacting
my
bank
&
will
definitely
write
to
the
BBB
&
newspapers
about
this
experience.
A
true
business
owner
would
have
made
this
right
&
asked
for
another
chance
on
the
house
as
opposed
to
dodging
giving
me
my
money
back.
Mind
u
after
they
were
done
with
overcharging
me
unbeknownst
to
me
at
the
time,
I
gave
the
delivery
boy
an
additional
5
bucks
leaving
me
out
of
nearly
$35
bucks
for
bland
chicken
pasta
with
no
chicken
&
an
undercooked
baked
potato
with
freezer
burnt
scarce
toppings,
yet
u
somehow
think
I'd
opt
for
a
store
credit
for
a
repeat?
This
business
is
all
jacked
up
&
makes
small
businesses
look
bad.
Give
me
my
money
back
including
my
tip
u
incompetent
ran
operation!
