This is a great location that is easy to get to and plenty of parking. When we were here, there was plenty of seating, and I was with a decent sized party. Tvs were on every wall and had multiple televisions on every wall as well. The atmosphere was surprisingly muted and pleasant to hold a conversion in. BUT... the service sucks. Server never brought napkins or paper towels in a wing house! Also, he never came back to check on drink refills (order something spicy, and it gets a bit uncomfortable sucking on ice). The wings were good, but at the price of rather stay in my area and go to wing daddy's.

The food was great! The atmosphere was great but my server, Ericka, was EXCELLENT! It felt like she was my niece and a cousin to my kids. I have an anxiety disorder(s) and she helped in making me feel relaxed and not anxious because of her demeanor. We went there to celebrate my daughter joining the Army and I'm so glad we did! She was patient, prompt, didn't overcrowd us, and checked in just enough to our liking and needs. She shared her family's military history and accomplishments in a way where it was NOT interrupting our dinner. She was just the sweetest young lady. The advice and well wishes she gave my daughter were so sweet and genuine.

Restaurant is really clean. The food is amazing, if you're really in for a kick try the blazing wing challenge. Excellent service really nice and friendly servers. Chicken sandwiches are also very good. Establishment does serve alcohol.

This was my second visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings location on the West Side of El Paso. The building is large, very clean, and well taken care of both inside and out. The dining area has plenty of indoor seating for famlies along with a separate bar area featuring a large bar with plenty of high tables for larger groups as well. Tvs outlining the entire space make it easy to watch the game or hang out and enjoy a few beers playing trivia with friends Both times I have been here the food and service have been excellent at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. The comfortable atmosphere, great beer and liquor selection, along with the wing specials on Tuesday's and Thursdays will definitely keep me coming back to this location. The app is also worth using to take advantage of specials and discounts as well.

Every time I order to go somethings always wrong. And I paid 60¢ each for these little cups of sauce absolutely ridiculous you can dip something once in it. Use to be a little bigger container for sauce, if your gonna charge that much I need a lot more sauce

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We order take out and it said it will be ready in 30 minutes, we get there exactly 30 minutes after placing walk in and ask for the order. Girl immediately says it’s not ready and when we were about to ask how much longer she walks away and starts cleaning tables. We ask to cancel our order and she asks for the name we give it to her again and she like “oh it’s right here.” We get home the food is COLD. So disgusting. WHAT A RIP OFF. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Not to mention they gave us 1 ranch only for 30 wings.

I have dinned in this location before and always been satisfied. However, I recently placed an order for delivery and let me tell you, they stole my money with garbage food. We ordered the ultimate nachos, 6 piece boneless wings, and the 3 chicken strips with fries. The nachos had little bit of toppings and all stale dry chips underneath. Where is the cheese for these nachos? All the sauces for the wings and strips came separate and not nearly enough sauce to coat them. The fries were cold. Food was cold considering it was express delivery. All this was was almost $40 dollars smh. I will never come back here again.

Ordered six wings. When they arrived they tasted old and dry. The server took them back and told me that a new order would be out. I then told my wife to eat since my order would be out shortly. She finished her food then the drank her soda then she drank my soda because no one came back to check on our drinks. She stepped into the ladies room and returned and still no food. I just decided to pay for her food and leave. The waitress informed me that two managers were working but neither of them came out to apologize for the inconvenience. How pathetic. I will never go there again.

I went into this location with my family on Veterans Day to eat lunch since I would be able to get a free meal for me. We sat in the bar area and was approached by our server/bar tender saying he was the only one there which was ok with us since there was only 2 other groups there and 1 was waiting for food. So after telling us that and taking our order he never checked on us ever again and just kept bar tending even after 2 other waitresses arrived. After waiting 40 minutes of waiting we noticed 1 group that got there 15 minutes after us get their food, which was attended by a different waitress. So we got up and left and told a waitress on the way out to let our waiter know why we left and to do better at customer service.

This place had is waiting 45 minutes for an order of mozzi sticks just for them to be disgustingly COLD ! And proceeds to tell is our food will be out in 15 minutes, just to come back to our table and tell us the kitchen lost our tickets and left us waiting for AN HOUR ! Me girlfriend and i walked out due to the fact that the place wasnt even packed & we waiting an hour for a basic wing meal. Be better and do better.

I was visiting from Florida celebrating my Lil Cousin Senior night game a UTEP and although he finish his career as The leading tackler in Utep and NCAA this season they denied us service saying that we was intoxicated which was a LIE. I had a chicken sandwich and 3 glass of Pepsi awaiting his arrival from the game so we could celebrate. I emailed the GM and still haven't received a response.

Took the kids for some wings, nachos and fries. We got the dry rub buffalo and buffalo ranch wings. They were very good, very crispy and the sauce was delicious. We also got the nachos with chicken, and they were excellent. Very well seasoned, and the red jalapenos were surprisingly tasty. The service on the other hand was not up to par. Our waitress was also manning the bar, and took forever to get drinks and our check I had to go to the bar and pick it there. They were short staffed, as most restaurants these days.

I tried the wings at this place when it first opened many years ago and was thoroughly disappointed so I never returned even tho it’s only a few minutes from my home. If you've been to one BWW, you've been to them all. 🤷 But then you know what you're getting. It's a bit pricey for the wings, but the Asian Zing sauce is great! The high chairs and booster seats are covered in plastic so not sure if they have been sanitized for each new guest or if they are unavailable.

This place has horrible service. I went in during lunch time, the was only one other family there which was strange due to lunch being the busiest time. There was no greater to seat us. Waited five minutes only for them to say seat yourself. Food took forever to come out. Will not go back, I see why they weren't busy.

Went here for lunch on a college football Saturday. They had any game we could ask for playing on a plethora of TV's. Their biggest screen is a projector which lacks the color and picture quality if regular TVs but it is still good. The food was good. I had a sampler which was great!

Ordered through the app and it was simple. Once I arrived to BWW I had no idea I was supposed to head to the bar for my pick hence there were no signs that said so. Keep in mind I scheduled my pick up at 1pm on a Friday. There was no host at the front and waited for maybe three minutes until someone noticed I was there. Host yelled out to “seat ourselves” before she told us to go to the bar once we explained we were picking up. Waited another five minutes for my food. It was already about 1:15pm. My wings were a little cold and my fries tasted old. Not going back.

You can always tell about the cleanliness of a place based off of how clean the restrooms are. If they cant bother to keep those clean, you bet they are using the same standards in the kitchen. The restrooms here were gross and it crossed over to the food. I got the sampler and it came with a wide variety of fried foods. All of the items had the same after taste and after a while I figured it had to be old oil or something. This place used to be good, not sure what happened but I miss the B-dubs of yesterday.

I ordered wings for delivery and they never arrived. When I asked for a refund I was told to go through door dash even though I ordered through the Buffalo Wild Wings website. I wasn’t given a way to track my order through door dash or did I authorize it to go through a third party app. Bottom line I have no money or the wing.

I really like the wings here. They have many flavors to choose from. Had the Asian Zing, Mango Habanero, Jammin Jalapeno and the Nashville Hot. Didn't really care for the Nashville hot. It was like a smoked tomato ketchup sauce. I did however really enjoy the other three flavors. Will definitely be going back.

Very bad experience ordering food for delivery. They had our poor doordash person wait a long time at the restaurant. I tried calling over and over and no one answered the phone to see what the hold up was. When my food order arrived it was cold, the wings was rubbery. Never again am I going to order for delivery again. These poor door dash drivers are doing their best to deliver food freshly made to people and the restaurant gives bad service in return. Extremely disappointed!!!
