The hostess and the waiter were both very friendly and attentive. The service was great. I really wanted to like the food more but it was okay. I can vouch that the lavender lemonade was delicious and the fish and chips were really good, too. The bruschetta bites, avocado egg rolls, and BJ's favorite mini pizza were average. For the price of the food, I expected better. Overall, I would give them a 3.5 at best.

This is an interesting one for me. Handling a 14 person table is hard and they made sure to hand all of us at the same time our drinks and food so that is appreciated. I had an Arnold Palmer and it was one of the best and sweetest ones I have had here and then I tried the Lavender Lemonade. The Lavender flavor tasted similar to medicine and it was more tart than anything else. I ordered a mini pizza and I was surprised about the size and not only was half of the pizza more topped than the other but also half of it was warm and the other half was luke warm. There wasn't too many complaints about the food from my other dining mates. There was a long wait and I can understand to an extent that there are going to be waits but I know that it was draining from ordering to waiting. Waitress was pleasant enough, I am willing to try it again.

This is the first time I've been to BJ's in about 8 years. Eva was our waitress, she was very courteous, attentive and was very easy to get along with. We started with chips and salsa, the salsa was extremely flavorful, the chips were light and not greasy. For my entree I had the double bone in pork chop with white cheese mashed potatoes. The pork chop was cooked to perfection and wasn't overcooked. I was very impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service. I'll definitely be returning very soon. 🤗

Both were very good. I did have to ask for additional sauce as you can see in the pictures it was not coated well. Dad opted for the bread bowl soup, which he loved and consumed quickly. Chicken strips and a burger for the boys. Macaroni and cheese bites for my wife. Pizooki time! 👀 The limited time cinnamon rolls pizookie was amazing! Cinnamon rolls hot out of the oven with ice cream! Every pizookie we eat is great. We enjoyed the atmosphere, TV's on the wall to keep up with sports scores, great service and food! Half price pizza! Monday through Thursday carryout only. Great pizza, especially for the price. Purple Heart recipient parking up front!

I go to Bjs Brewhouse only because of the pizza. However I feel like the deep dish is okay taste wise. It’s a bit doughy and doesn’t have enough toppings on it. Nonetheless service is usually pretty good and the atmosphere is nice.

The food quality has gone down over the years. I Ordered salmon and Mediterranean tacos. The salmon was 15 dollars for barely 2.5oz of fish a 1/4 cup of couscous and 3 pieces of asparagus. The tacos were delivered cold, the bread was soggy and covered in a watery sauce that was sour, chicken was dry and tasteless. Used to be my favorite dining spot but after this 2nd poor quality interaction i will no longer be a customer. Staff was always nice though. Good while it lasted

Good place to come for a quick bite

The food was excellent WHEN we finally got it 25 minutes after ordering. The waiter, Carlos, was horrible. He neglected us the entire time and didn't check in frequently, didn't bring our drinks right away, didn't provide silverware when the food arrived, missed bringing an entree until we told him, fraternized with the other patrons rather than being busy, and was nowhere around when we needed something. Other than him, everything was great.

Super Wonderful food and excellent service. Cherry chipotle grilled salmon was amazing along with a delicious couscous and seasoned broccoli. Waiter was outstanding and frequently checked on all tables.

Carlos L. always has a great attitude and his service is always to the top. Food is very good and great prices. BJs does have a big menu so you do have to come a few times to try different stuff. Best thing is always the dessert. And there cookies are delicious. I love the cookies and cream one.

Food was horrible, never eating there again in my life. Spaghetti and Meatballs, sphagetti noodles first of all looked like bean sprouts dipped in tomato sauce and second, there was only one meatball. Salmon had absolutely no flavor. Margarita tasted like water with tequila. Chicken wings look home made, and chicken alfredo noodles had no flavor. Waitor was rude when we asked for the check as soon as we got the food. I do not reccomend this for an American Family. Absolutely horrible

Aloha from da BIGPAKE; I had my first experience at BJs in Irvine 15 years and now they have locations all around the nation. The food is always perfect , with great lunch specials and some of the best pizzas. You have to stop by.

My husband wanted to grab sowmrhinf small to ear so we stopped here. The waiter was very slow at getting the order and drinks. The waitwt had told my husband the worng information when it came to the salad that he ordered.My husband had to get up and grab what I needed because we could not find our waiter. Once we got our food, my pizza was cold and my fries were cold. Once the waiter finally stopped by our table, I had asked the waiter for fresh fries because the ones that were brought to our table were cold. The waiter said ok, put his hand on top of my fries to check the temperature of them and then walked off to another tabel. My husband and I were so appalled by his actions to put his hands on my food. After waiting 10-15mins our waiter never came back and I talked to a manager whom brought me fresh fries. The way he did the fries, I was not going to ask for a fresh pizza. This is by far the craziest thing I have seen while eating. We were so appalled that we just ate what we could and left.

Prime rib was insanely tender. The white cheddar mash was delicious. The asparagus was on point. The Tito's lavender lemonade was refreshing and tasty. The monkey bread was yummy. There was absolutely nothing but positive experiences and encounters at BJ's including the staff.

Food is nothing special. Service is very slow. Staff are friendly. But think about going anywhere else for chicken, burgers or steak before coming here. The cooks CAN NOT cook meat for the life of them. It’s ALWAYS WAY overdone or WAY undercooked

Spinach dip was cold. Sent it back for them to microwave it. Salad was all stalk, no leaves. Tea was as sweet as syrup. Prime rib sandwich was literally 50% raw fat and the only thing I could taste was salt. All food (appetizers, salads, and entrees) came out at the same time. I sincerely cannot say one good thing about my meal. 0/10 would not recommend. Not going back.

And the avocado egg rolls were simply delicious... the brisket bacon burger was one of the best gourmet burger i have ever had... thank you for the amazing experience...

Service was slow. It took awhile for our waiter to acknowledge us, by the time he came, we were ready to place our food order. When the food came out, one orders was wrong. We ordered an appetizer, but didn't get it till after the meal came out. We had to keep asking for things like lemons, extra sauce (by the time we got it, we had already finished our meal) We did get free dessert :/

Great customer service! Sean the manager went out if his way to make our lunch experience safe! He offered to seat us in a closed section for extra covid precautions. He was very considerate and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Been here a couple of times and it has pretty good food, little over whelmed with how big the menu is. Maybe I'm used the smaller menus but still good food. The chicken Alfredo is really good. Also they don't have imported beer from Mexico. Little negative for me. Other thank that food and service is a plus.

Happy celebration dinner! Excellent service from our waiter! He was personable and took our dinner choices for a party of 8 without writing our orders. He has a great memory as he remembered and delivered our tasty meals to each of us. The only item that was bland was our Calamari appetizer. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Went here for my birthday recently, and went in with a fully clear mindset, as I could remember anything about this place except that I liked the root beer about 15 years ago. Got the root beer again, and it was great, but my glass was empty for 93% of the visit. Ordered chicken wings for an app, and they were burnt to a crisp. Ordered my tri tip rare, it came out with a hot pink center, and was chewy as dog food. The sauce on the outside was salty as heck, but tasted like somebody had ground up a meatloaf and slathered it onto a cheap piece of beef. The baby back ribs were also burnt, and I chipped a tooth on a piece of the char. My wife had a much better experience. She loved her salmon, and her mozzarella sticks were nothing to scoff at. My daughter got a little bowl of fruit and a garlic knot right away, which was very nice.

The girl who was working in the bar was amazing! She said it was her 3rd day alone and she’s doing amazing! She was so sweet and helpful! I kept ordered the lavender lemonades and she kept them pouring and they tasted amazing! My fiance and I will definitely come back if she’s working!

Besides their food being great, during this time they offer an awesome curbside service that you call in the number posted at your parking spot and they will bring your order out to you! Makes enjoying their food much easier and safer!

It was delicious!!!😍 I tried the red velvet cookie to go, and it was a little too sweet for me, but still YUMMY! I’d recommend it! But get it with the ice cream on top! It might help with the sweetness.🤷🏼‍♀️

We were a group of 20 yesterday 3/26/22 and our waiter was Donald R. great service. Got all food orders and drinks out on time, very polite and at tentative. He is a keeper. Good job, thanks for making us feel welcomed.

Burger was waaay overcooked and dry, service was lacking for so few people in the restaurant, and $54.00 for two burgers and two pints of Dos XX draft beer. Not worth it in my opinion.

This place deserves a lower rating the only thing holding me back is the fact that the food was decent. Was excited and enthusiastic when walking in especially due to the low wait time, however my enthusiasm had quickly dissipated once we were seated. After what seemed like 15 minutes of waiting to even be welcomed and having our drink orders taken, our server Steven C. seemed to be absent from his current position. Whether he was having a bad day or not does not excuse the abhorrent service he provided tonight. From him being what seemed, as bothered, by our drink orders/ waiting for us to understand what the menu was to completely ignoring us at times such as when we requested a high chair for our one year old and having to seat her in the booth with us. Needles to say we will not be recommending or dinning at BJ’a any time soon. At least not until they teach their staff proper customer service.

Poor customer service. The last two times we visited the restaurant the customer service was horrible. The server continued to lean on the table. Had to ask her four times for ranch. Didn’t get refills. Messed up our order and ordered extra food for our able that we didn’t order. After we had told her it wasn’t ours she literally went table by table asking who had ordered the food. ???‍♀️ Prior experience to this one was similar. No sense of urgency to deliver our drinks or meals. ZERO professionalism, not worth it for the price, the taste of the food, and quality of service.

Had the prime rib special. It included two sides, a soup and dessert for a reasonable price. Would definitely have it again. The wedge salad was just as good. Enjoyed the visit.

I did not receive my order right and I called them to let them know about it , they just told me if a want a refund for the food that I didn’t received or if a want a gift card. It was the worst customer service experience we ever had there, waitress was very rude, food was not cooked properly especially when it's chicken, asked for the manager and he even didn't apologize for the experience or never even tried to offer us anything for the bad service we received. We never even got 1 refill on our drinks, waitress was at the front desk just talking to the other girls there, she even argued with my wife in regards to her food that she received that they forgot a few items. Will never go back there, we will support small local restaurants more now. No more large chain companies...

My wife is allergic to cilantro and asked for no avocado or cilantro in her food. Her soup came and had both. She ordered a chicken dish and the chicken was barely cooked enough to eat. It was very rubbery. My food was ok but they brought my entree as a soup course and the service was the slowest we have ever had. Overall it was ok but dont see a return to BJ's in our future. There are too many restaurants in El Paso.

Visited Texas for the first time this Valentine’s Day. This place is GREAT. Great food, great atmosphere, great and FAST service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit.

Dissatisfied. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Waited 30 mins for apps and 1 hour for food. They gave us a burger with bacon even though we specifically asked for a normal burger with no bacon. Then when we gave it back, they gave us the same burger but removed the bacon. We cannot eat pork and asked for a new burger. This took over an hour for a burger and fries. Our server didn't even apologize for the mistake. Then when we got our check, she took the check back and said she needed to “change something." This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Never coming back.

How do people like this place? cocktails are terribly made and we had to send them back. i could honestly make a better margarita myself. my GF asked for avocado to be added in her salad and she literally got one itty bitty slice of avocado. food was cold. i could go on and on.

After a long day of plane travel, I was looking for a comfortable bar with good food and bowl games on the TV's. BJ's made me day! The avocado egg rolls were a treat and Omar was a fantastic bar tender; the happy hour specials were a pleasant surprise:)

Headed out for takeout dinner at BJs and I was extremely disappointed with the portion size for take out. I ordered three items and out of the three, the Peanut Chicken & Soba left much to be desired for a price of OVER $20. The portion size was small, the quarter lime was spoiled and old and just plain bad. I’ll let the pictures tell the story. The pizza was as expected and good and the Jambalaya was NOT as tasty as it usually is (lacked spice). The portion size on the Jambalaya was good however I did have to ask for extra Jambalaya sauce before I left the restaurant. Unfortunately, unless taste, portion sizes and the quality of food improves I’ll be headed to other restaurants for full and tasty meals.
