Very pleased with their work. We ordered mussels and they were simple and tasty, the licor was very rich. The rack of lamb was very nice, and flavor was not super earthy or overpowering. The duck tostones were alright, I personally taught the duck was a little heavy and didn’t taste fresh. The bread pudding was on point. Love a simple well made dessert with quality ice cream. I will definitely return, looking forward to try the elk tenderloin.

The food is delicious and decently priced. The alcoholic beverages are great! The reason for the three star is because the waiter was really rude. He was not patient, would rush us and unwelcoming. Ruining our happy vibes after our wedding. Eventually a waitress stepped in to help and she was the sweetest! Would really like to give four stars for that or if we just had her a 5 star. But because of the negative experience with the waiter I simply can’t.

This has to be one of the best restaurants downtown!! The service is absolutely phenomenal. I loved it so much I went twice in 1 week!! All of the drinks taste fantastic, I loved the Whiskey Smash. Food: We went as large groups each time, so I was fortunate to get to try many things! Loved: Skirt Steak!!! Was absolutely delicious and I liked it better than the ribeye due the flavor and the avocado on top! The filet melted in your mouth but still the skirt steak wins in my book. The hummus is made in house, I added more olive oil to mine as it was a little dry for my preference. The my favorite side: the green beans. The siracha sauce with peanuts on top is to die for. Coworkers loved the salmon, fish, scallops, lamb and Mac and cheese. Least favorite was the rabbit stuffed pasta, this dish had great flavor but is served as a very small portion and my coworker did not feel full. Dessert!! Loved everything!! My favorite was the bread pudding!! Perfectly crispy on the crust of the outside and gooey on the inside. This is a must go to from now on when I visit.

You are paying for location and ambiance when you come here. Caesar salad is better at Olive Garden. Cubano at Cheesecake Factory. I'd give both zero stars. My wife loved the skirt steak and sides, so it's worthy of 5 stars. She gave me a bite and I liked it even cooked medium (I prefer well). You'll have to pay to park but you could make an evening of it. Church next door has great food and cool vibes. Stay away from salads and sandwiches here and you'll be alright. Just wish they'd work on flavor of Cubano and fix decor since this is relatively expensive for a dinner choice. Pics included.

One of the most enjoyable dinning experiences in a while. The place is immaculately clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The food was very good. Best yet was the staff and management; genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about the downtown area. Oh they are open late too. Definitely worth a visit.

I'll start with the service. The service was excellent. The young lady who helped me was very attentive and helpful. I, however, do feel bad for her because the group she had next to me seemed a little rambunctious. From a food perspective, the Caesar salad was quite nice. I tried the green chili pozole and thought it was good. However, it was a bit too salty for my taste. For my entree I had the chicken piccata. The lemon butter sauce and capers was spot on and the angel hair pasta was cooked al dente. But I felt that the chicken was a bit on the dry side. The atmosphere at this place was nice and I overall enjoyed the experience.

It was worth the wait. My husband and I had the opportunity to dine here on Friday night. We were seated at a very comfy booth in view of the classic images of El Paso in the 1900s they feature. My husband ordered the rib eye and I ordered the lamb ribs, both paired with a Franziskaner on draft. The rib eye was served with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The lamb was served with roasted baby potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Both meats were juicy and tender. I was amazed by how delicious the lamb tasted. It is certainly one of the best I've ever had. I hate brussel sprouts, so I am seeking a place to make a believer in Brussels out of me. Sadly, this didn't happen. We also had to wait about 15 minutes after being seated for our waiter. All in all, the food is what saved the rating for this place, making it worth the wait.

Friendly staff. Outdoor seating. Forgot the name of my dessert but it was a delicious mix of contradictions: crunchy exterior, soft inside, hot, and cold. The Elk didn't taste gamey--maybe it was the prep, maybe the temp, I don't know. The aged Manhattan is sweeter than the regular.

(Translated by Google) I celebrated one of my birthdays there, but the pozole left a lot to be desired, insipid, without the right ingredients and more broth than pozole or meat, and pilon hurt my stomach. And the prices are high, a very nice place to visit once and never return!

Will definitely be back! Cozy and fun atmosphere with the wood and brick style design. Was walkable distance from our Hotel (Hotel Indigo) and we would highly recommend! Excellent service! Hostess was attentive and welcomed us very quickly. I wasnt sure what I wanted as far as a margarita, and our waitress said if I didn't like what I chose (Smokey Margarita), I could get something different and not be charged for it.... which is never heard of. I cant remember her name, but she was awesome! This type of customer service is missing throughout the US and it was so awesome to hear this! Of course the margarita was AMAZING and no need to return it! We purchased the Hummus plate and the Grilled Chicken Breast. Everything was incredibly fresh and the hummus is made in house which was some of the best hummus we have ever had! The chicken was delicious, maybe a tad on the salty side but it was still really flavorful and not dry! It had a spicy kick, which was SO GOOD... and it will make your sinuses run! Lol Will be posting a full tour of our stay at the Hotel Indigo if you are curious! Kind of upscale restaurant for El Paso with great selection of delicious plates. The waiter was very gracious and very informative, although she called the New Mexico beer local and confused Karbach as an Austin beer (is from Houston).

My husband and I decided to have date night. We made a reservation 1 hour before closing. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and guided to our table. We placed our order and btw our waitress was excellent, she was very attentive and professional. The food was A1, the margarita was a little strong, the restaurant had upbeat music and just the perfect lighting. Overall it was a very well experience. I plan to bring my mother here to celebrate her birthday.

Dog friendly which is a plus as we are traveling with our dog Bella. The hummus was delicious & comes in a huge portion only. The suncity sunset cocktail is very tasty definitely recommend trying it! The only thing we didn’t like was the Skirt Steak the price was a tad higher and the portion was very small. There was more fries than steak. But other than that small detail the customer service is great and everyone was very friendly.

Returning customer and not disappointed. The staff is very courteous and the food does not disappoint! I didn’t get photos of everything, but I did get a photo of my meal ( blueberry and goat cheese fillet tips), my husband’s meal (blackened redfish), and my dessert (cheesecake). Also my husband got the cream of poblano soup with his meal and it was the most delicious soup we’ve ever had!

The drinks are amazing. The lamb chops, scallops and muscles were very delicious. The spinach dip needed more Spinach and flavor. It tasted like cream cheese dip. Everything else was superb. We all enjoyed our food and the service was prompt. That garden salad is more of an arugula salad, I wasn't pleased with that. However, everything else is a plus ☺

Great food. Good drinks. Decent prices. Great location. Friendly staff. I always enjoy the outdoor seating which is great for people watching. Expect a lot of foot traffic if you sit out front. They have an enclosed seating area on the side of the building.

I’ve been to park tavern a few times, however this late time I was beyond hungry. I started out with a baked brie, was it worth $17? Not really. But it was very good even though the bread was very dry and the amount of brie was very little, however still really good with the nuts and berrys. Next up my wife ordered the skirt steak with the potatoes, I personally think that is one of the best cuts of steaks you can order and it is very reasonably priced. Extremely tender, juicy and amazing flavor. For myself I got my all time favorite, the lamb chops. This time I felt as it wasn’t seared properly and could’ve use a bit more of a crunch. With that being said, the lamb was still very good and has a very special flavor that is hard to replicate anywhere else. Presentation was amazing on all the dishes and our server Ilze was the perfect amount of attentive without being overbearing and when I requested the check from the other side of the restaurant was very attentive and speedy. Excellent server and very helpful.

The food was great. We unfortunately didn’t have a reservation which apparently determines your status. The elk and branzino were amazing. Our server was very attentive and everyone was great. All in all, we would go back, but would make sure to have a reservation the next time we come out so we aren’t forced to sit at an impossibly small table.

Great place, big, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent as was the food. Full bar and a lot of beers on tap. Open kitchen so you can see how clean it is. Moderate prices. I finished a business meeting early and thought I’d grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport. This place was great. The food was good and the staff was friendly. They fed me quickly and well. Highly recommend.

This place is a perfect restaurant for a downtown setting. The menu has both staples and creative items so everyone can get something they like. The ambiance is comfortable but with a sort of formal setting so it's not awkward if you're wearing a suit or jeans. At first this place may seem like it's trying too hard to be trendy but if you eat there you realize it's more about the food than image. I'm pleased with my experience.

The place looks elegant, clean, and the ambiance is relatively calm. First off the staff was very attentive and professional. They make sure your table does not go unattended, however, they also give you your space if you are there with friends or family. My experience with our food order was phenomenal. It did not take an eternity from the time we ordered to the time it came out, however, I don't promise it will be like this for everyone. Our food looked and tasted delicious. I ABSOLUTELY recommend their Green chile chicken pozole. If you are visiting El Paso for the first time, or hanging out with friends, I recommend making a reservation with this place.

Great food and great customer service! If you are going at peak dinner time, you need to be ready to wait a bit for your entrees, so don't sit down if you're already starving. Appetizers come out within a few minutes depending on how crowded it is. Extensive drink menu, and the food was great. I got the Scallops with rice and a side of their mac'n cheese (instead of the usual asparagus.) All three parts of my plate were fantastic! The rest of the group I was with also enjoyed their items such as the Elk Tenderloin, Steak, and Chicken Piccata. We also got three desserts, (I think bread pudding, cheesecake, and chocolate mousse.) Those were also incredibly delicious. Prices are higher than more common restaurants, but the quality of the food and service is definitely worth it. All in all, it was a great time. Shoutout to our server, Murphy, who made sure we were always comfortable, and who was always able to answer our food questions. Restaurant is downtown, so parking will either be in the street, a parking structure, or the convention center.

What a great find, just a block off of the San Jacinto Plaza. The food is delicious. I had the chicken picatta which was excellent and then for dessert I had their Bourbon Peach Bread Pudding which was to die for. It's hard to find a good Bread Pudding but this one was. The outside of the building is alittle rough, but when you walk inside, it's like a whole new world with a rustic character that's hard to describe but warm and welcoming. Our server was Carly and she was on point. Friendly, attentive and made great recommendations. Didn't have to ask for refills, she spotted our glasses getting less than a third full and would be back before it was any lower. Enjoy and Bon Appetit!!! 😋😋😋

The flavor of the food was good, but extremely salty. We could not finish any of the plates because of how salty it was. The server was really rude, gave us a lot of attitude (do not know why). Expect to pay 20-35 dlls per person. The service was fast though. Will not be coming back, and do not recommend. We had the chicken sandwich, soup of the day, and the hummus (hummus plate was the only good thing).

Went their with family party of 8 and it was very nice. Had dinner and all plates looked very appetizing. The place got busy which to me is always a good sign. Filet mignon cooked to order and juicy. Shrimp plate had 8 large shrimp with linguini was very tasty. Prime rib portion was good size and also cooked to order. Even chicken sandwich was very tasty and seasoned well. Im sure their lunch menu is just as good. A must stop if in the downtown el paso area. I made a mistake on shrimp plate, not 8 but 4 shrimp, sorry.

First time eating here and let me just say the environment was amazing. Good music playing in the background and the spacious area was great! We went in with a larger group, which we were sat right away (we did have a reservation). Our server Jorge, was great!! Made recommendations and was very tentative to our group! Service from Mr Jorge was top notch and very professional! The food was amazing! I had the blackened redfish and it was so savory and delicious!! The outside of the fish was crisp and the inside was tastey! The jumbo shrimp was also amazing and super delicious. I had macaroni and mash potatoes for my side, very savory and delicious!! My wife has the Lamb, which she really enjoyed and full of flavor. The lamb came with cut mini potatoes, which I tried and they too were delicious. I had a drink called the El Pasoan, and boy it was a hint of jalapeño and super good!! Had to end the night with desert! Had the cheesecake and you can definitely tell it was homemade! The cheesecake was soft and delicious drizzles with berries and jam! Definitely recommend eating here!! It was quiet busy, so I recommend making a reservation.

Always a go to for date nights or just in the area. Food and service are always on point, rack of lamb is a must try along with the spinach dip. This recent experience was even better, everything was spaced out and timed perfectly between drinks, app, salad and entrees. Great wine selection and don’t sleep on their burgers either!

The food is very flavorful, you get what you pay for. The food is 5 star quality, 2 THUMBS UP TO THE KITCHEN! However the reason why I gave them 1 star is because there was "miscommunication between the server and the cook, (well at least that what our server "Aaron" told us but the server was definitely at fault cause "Aaron" also screwed up 3 salads that came with the meal, PLUS on top of that, one entree was wrong & we had to wait for them to fix it. Furthermore they are NOT practicing social distancing. Initially they wanted to sit my party of 5 in the very next booth of another customer. I ask to skip a booth and they did so but fourteen minutes after, they placed some customers in the skipped booth right next to us (Shaking My Head)... We had to ask for TO GO boxes immediately... We could not sit and enjoy, as intended. We value our health as well as our fellow Americans even if they don't...

We were very disappointed by our dinner experience. I am surprised by the high rating and reviews of this restaurant considering the poor service and terrible food we had. My husband ordered the Elk which was not cooked as he asked, his rice was hard and his beans were chewy. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the meal the waiter did not seemed too concerned and simply said let me get the manager. The manager came and offered another meal which was fine however the second meal was also subpar. The side to the second meal which was asparagus was very salty and had too much pepper making it inedible. This was just my husbands two meals. Two other dishes in our group where the chicken piccata which both had very dry chicken. We also had a side of brussel sprouts that were not cooked fully and tasted bitter. Our waiter did not seem to care about our experience and did not even bother to ask if my husbands second meal was better. After we paid a different waiter returned our checks and the original waiter never returned to even thank us or ask us how everything was. Considering this restaurant is “fine dining” we expected our food to be at the minimum cooked properly and seasoned appropriately. We will NOT be returning.

First time going and they did not disappoint! You can tell the chef's know what they're doing. I highly recommend their salmon and chicken piccata. Also, their churro sundae is really good! It's a little more pricey than other places, but you'll definitely get your money's worth. Our server was also great. He was very knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu and answered all our questions.

Came from out of town to visit family. We decided to check out the Plaza Christmas decorations. While we were there we decided to get something to eat so we popped into Park Tavern. So Park Tavern was highly recommended and now I understand why. We started off our meal with the duck tostones and old fashions. I normally don't go for anything duck but our fabulous waiter, Mark, insisted that it was the best and frankly it was the best duck dish I've ever eaten. The old fashions were quite good with my only suggestion being that they use a large, round ice ball instead of a large cube because it melts more evenly and moves in the glass better. We enjoyed the standard salad although it wasn't much to write about. We ordered the elk tenderloin and the rib eye - both medium rare. They were nicely accompanied by grilled asparagus and golden mashed potatoes for the rib eye and red potatoes and green beans for the elk. We split the dishes so we could try each. Although the rib eye was good, we agreed that the elk was in a class of its own. It was perfectly prepared and presented. The beans were an eclectic mix of Asian fusion that was quite spicy yet very enjoyable. We finished off our meal by splitting their newest dessert - an apricot bread pudding with a bourbon glace. Outside of the bread being a few degrees too cool the dessert was scrumptious. I would highly recommend this restaurant and ask for Mark if you can because he was absolutely wonderful.

They have a person that's dedicated to making desserts all in house and they were equally delicious (desserts pictured were the peach & raspberry fruit tart and s'more brownie sundae) their coffee was delicious as well..It's a little pricey but it is definitely worth it, the portion sizes were incredible...all meals come with a regular or Cesar salad...Say hi to Sergio the chef and tell him Julie and Josh sent ya...

Great location and wait staff, nice atmosphere, but we were a bit disappointed with dinner. House salad is straight arugula and onion and quite bitter. Popped here for dinner while in town. We started off with some of the house cocktails - Union Martini, this was a bit too sweet for my liking, and subsequently can't really recommend it (unless you like those sorts of sugary drinks) For dinner we grabbed the Scallops, Ribeye Steak and green beans on the side. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted great. The scallop dish was flavourful. The green beans were top notch - make sure you get those next time you're there. Overall highly recommended - make sure this is on your dinner plans while in town.
