Stopped by on 6/15/22 I thought they where still open 24/7. I walked in at 5:40am With no hesitation Manager took my order for 4 dozens. On my way out I realized they opened till 6am!!! Thank you for going out of ur way to take my order before opening!! Food was delicious! Definitely going back! Glad salsa ranch is back. :) you made my day TC

Worst customer service of any Taco Cabana by far. Came to this location for a group order with lots of tacos, enchiladas, and more. I ordered a quesadilla and the staff charged me for it and never gave it to me. It wasn’t till I got home, driving 50+ miles away till I realized that it wasn’t in the bag. Frankly, it shouldn’t be my responsibility to make sure all my food is in the bag when I get it, especially when I’m ordering for 8+ people. By the time I got home, it was too far to go back, and the store refused to refund me for my purchase. I’m exceptionally disappointed and upset by how they handled the situation.

We really enjoyed Taco Cabana. After a long day of driving we were in need of sustenance and Taco Cabana hit the spot. My husband had the enchiladas plate and I had the Beyond beef taco bowl. It was quite delicious. The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we went, but it was clean and the food was very fresh. The staff were polite and offered us a to-go lid for our container when we couldn’t finish all of the food. I wish we had these in California.

I just make a doordash order the first order was a lot of items missing they reorder again when I received the order they where still items as missing the food plate was all mix together so I call the store Jerónimo answer the phone he was really rude plus he hang on me worst customer service ever

Loved the flavor and one of the few places that knows how to do a proper Arnold Palmer. Steak and chicken were both well cooked and seasoned, the only downside was I ate it and was still hungry. I will come back again.

Worst Taco Cabana. Placed an order for CurbSide pick up, only 2 spots are available one of which was taken by someone who was parked and not in the vehicle. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know I was here, no answer. Tried to go through the drive thru and they still took over 20 minutes to hand me an order that was supposed to be ready. The employee at the drive thru window was so rude and rolled his eyes when I asked about my order. Couldn’t even acknowledge me saying good morning or thank you.

Typical type fast food place but would rate it better then most, will say don't usually do fast food places but on a brief visit and wanted quick and easy and margaritas to go so what the heck. Did quick dine in and take out

I forgot about our potluck at work. Luckily, Taco Cabana and DoorDash saved the day! Taco Cabana quickly prepared a dozen breakfast tacos(always delicious), and Doordash delivered them quickly! Now, I am the guy everyone gives that nod of approval to in the morning remembering those breakfast tacos!

Good service, Very good food. pricey but good. one of the salsas tasted too much of vinegar. the place was very clean.

Taco Cabana is a reliable chain. Food at this one was really good. Service was a little slow but overall just fine.

I am fan of Taco cabana. As a tourist and on top of it vegetarian, i do not like typical American outlets but taco cabana hits the chart. Amazing black beans with tortillas along with fresh salsa sauce is as good as my fav Indian food. Loved potato jalapeño burrito as well 😍 Have tried taco bell numerous times in India but Taco Cabana is far better !

This place opens super early so it's great for those early morning food runs. Picked up 2 dozen breakfast tacos, chorizo with egg and bacon and egg for $21.99 each dozen, but if u do the TC mixed dozen its only $19.99 each dozen. Eggs were properly cooked thru, chorizo had a great flavor. Staff was courteous and friendly. Food came out fast and order was correct 👌.

Went in the drive thru yesterday for a bacon and egg burrito and the new xhurros but when I got to the window the guy making the food had no gloves and burrito was basically smushed into a ball. Should really focuse on getting good employees again its been a great place to eat till recently.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! The evening (7:40 pm.) "Manager " A. Arrieta was very rude. Our order was wrong 3 different times, even after letting her know this is not what we ordered on the same visit 3 different times. She needs to attend a class in customer service. I work also and if I were to treat people like the service we received here, well need not say more. One could obviously tell she doesnt care what kind of service is given!! So sad because we have been coming to this Taco Cabana for years and now NEVER AGAIN!! Do not come here, seriously dont! Also, Taco Cabana how can you advertise your tortilla soup small and large. Your large is small enough to feed a 5 year old. And all this for almost $70. RIDICULOUS!

First night on Dec 20,2022 just before closing did a take out order. Service was perfect. Cashier asked all the right questions. Order was perfect from our food to utensils to condiments. On December 21 at about 6 pm, we did a take out again. Female cashier did everything wrong. Assuming order was right because of the excellent service the previous night we didn’t check our order. Got spicy flautas plate instead of chicken flautas, no guacamole, refried beans instead of black beans. 2nd flautas plate was right but both didn’t get the tortillas. Chicken quesadillas didn’t get sour cream & guacamole. Black bean burrito w/ rice was almost all onions & tomatoes. We didn’t get any utensils or condiments. We’ve eaten at this establishment several times throughout the years while passing through. This is the worst service we’ve ever had. Being that we were only steps away at Marriott, I should have gone back, but I do not like to send food back.

worst experience ever... was on the road this morning and stopped by. ordered my food and everything was going fine till it took too long for a simple order to be taken out. so i asked the lady who was there which looked like a manager, she had a attitude just because i asked if they could hurry and she was very rude to her workers which i think did not help the situation at all.

Food was good but need to work on health/sanitizing. Girl was mopping & helping serving food without gloves & washing hands. Lucky we rec'd our food before she started mopping.

Worst taco cabana I've been to. Ordered and then realized the guy didn't know what he was doing and we had to reorder with someone else. Menu is skimpy compared to other taco cabanas I've been to. Then we sit down.... all tables were dirty. We had to clean our own table. The salsa bar was closed. Received our food..... it was ok. My street tacos were cool not even warm. Honestly didn't see one table that was happy with their experience. 2 of them got upset and were cussing. Not a good way to start your day!

Poor customer service in the afternoon, employees just playing around with a girl that seems to be a manager. Steak on my tacos was dry, even tho tortillas where nice and fresh, dry meat didn’t help. The restaurant was clean, please bring the salsa bar back!! Still love taco cabana… just not this one anymore.

Just like a lot of post COVID places, customer service has diminished, prices are higher for less quantity/quality of food and not to mention basic restocking of items or goods was not there. I have gone to TC for decades, please please bring back the good service.... And the fully loaded salsa bar.

I love the Steak Tacos, and would certainly give them 10 Stars if the Salsa Bar were back open! Maybe next time!
