This place feels like home. Friendly staff with fast service. Smiles all around from staff and other customers. Yesenia made great recommendation for me for breakfast. I had the Heuvos Rancheros and it was excellent! It seems like they really make an effort to remember their customers and that makes the service just that much better!

I use this app to look for restaurants. I was at an early dentist appointment and this place was next door. I was able to eat after the appointment. I was looking at the pictures and some caught my eye. I was thinking those pictures are not real. I will have to go and find out for myself. I had ham and eggs. I was surprised to see that the items that were served resembled the pictures. The service and the coffee are very good. The cup of Fidel you get as an appetizer was good. It is not as good as my mom's cooking. The second time I went I had steak and eggs. I took my coworkers because I wanted them to experience this restaurant. Breakfast is served all day so I had breakfast at lunch. I will go again to try different dishes.

Today may 14 I decided to get a small nice and fun day with my husband. We tough about Chinese and Japanese food but, we decided to go to the Mexican restaurant. Called luci’s cafe. I went one day before inside because I tough during the pandemic those restaurants were closed but, I got surprises that there were a restaurant opened. Then I decided to come to eat and we order. Torta de sirloin, machos deluxe, enchiladas, flautas, gorditas, tamales! coffee and horchata. I was wondering the food was going to be amazing because the restaurant looks clean inside. Was not joyful, amazing, and delicious as I aspected. We payed almost 50 dollars for all of the above mentioned. Also they don’t have card system they charged you 1.8 dollars for you to pay with card. The waitress was very efficient and nice. The horchata good the coffee fine. But the food needs a lot of work and effort to get deliciousness. I’m going to give a chance to me to come back for a one meal only to see if they can develop a better taste for the consumers and be happy with a nice torta.

5 stars off the burger alone! I got the Lucy's burger and fries as a takeout order. The burger was well cooked and a little sloppy as all good burgers are. The fries were a little undercooked for me, if you like crunchy fries I suggest you order them well done. Also this place is popular, if you're doing takeout like I did you may be in for a wait. When I placed my order I was given a wait time of 20 minutes that ended up being 40. However, they were very busy and the staff was very polite. They have two huge TV'S that were showing college football so I didn't mind the wait. Even with the longer wait time the burger alone was worth the visit. I highly recommend Lucy's North 10/10

Been here about 5 times now and always consistent. Affordable and great flavors. The salsa is spicy and very flavorfull. Staff is very welcoming and quick to greet. Today I learned they had onion rings and gave a try for the first time and wow! Remind me of carnival Onion rings. I recommend

Went around 9am new year's eve. Got chips and salsa -- salsa was spicy to me but still good flavor. Soup comes with the meal. I can't describe it other than a tomato-type base with noodles. It was my favorite part of the meal actually. I ordered tacos al carbon. They were good, too. Came with dollop of guac, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, rice and beans. The beans came in bowl of their own and had some meat in it. I think maybe smoked sausage or hot dog? Service was great, and my bill pre-tip was around $9.00

Surprisingly it's bigger than it seems from the outside. However, their food wasn't like what I read in these reviews. The service was not the greatest but had worse at other places. Overall was not impressed and not worth my hard-earned money. My scrambled eggs were overcooked, the hashbrowns were bland, salsa and chips were bland and stale but my beans were delicious. The staff was nice but highly unattenative. If you are happy with the typical northeast atmosphere, service, and overpriced bland food this spot is for you.

Everyone was really friendly. They were great at refills and the food was awesome. Also pretty cheap especially for their burritos! My husband and I loved the chips and tortillas too :)

The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it is good. On my last visit I had a problem with my fries being cooked too hard. They replaced them but the replacement ones were not that good either. I've eaten there years back and when I reacquainted myself with them the first visit was good except for one of the burgers purchased was over cooked. Their breakfast food is good. Nice customer service. I just think they sometimes cook the food a little too long.

Great place for Mexican in El Paso! The menudo was so delicious that I wish I had ordered the large instead of the small! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and welcoming dining area. Good selection on menu, including kid friendly items. Great value for the dollar. Will definitely come back to make my way through the rest of the menu, as everything I saw on other patrons plates looked delicious and well prepared!

Came here for brunch. Got served quick hot coffee plus the breakfast came with fideo soup. Bad thing is that the soup and the main dish was all barely warm, basically food was almost cold. Decided not to say anything and kept eating. All the employees are very friendly and keep an eye out for you.
