Consistently out of food. I’ve been to this location 4 times over a span of several Saturdays (the gym is nearby and this is a decent refuel). All 4 times they’re out of Teriyaki Chicken by 7:30 pm. I mean we’re not talking closing time here we’re talking 7:30. Like at some point you’ve got to tell yourself “Man this is a popular food item. Maybe just maybe we’ll make enough to satisfy the masses” but nope itheyre out they’re out they’re probably not making anymore. All I’m asking you is that we’ll it’s prime dining time on the weekend just make enough otherwise the food is decent and so is the customer service.

idk if they switched cooks or something but this time I was eating a plate drenched in oil...literally a pool of oil on the lo mein...all I could taste was the oil...the Angus steak was way over cooked ...all I tasted was the burnt overcooked taste ....hopefully they see this and fix it I would hate this to be an ongoing problem...I've never had a problem whatsoever but this time the quality was a bit off...

Came on a Wednesday night to very friendly staff and fresh hot food even though it was not very busy. You can really tell these folks care! Atmosphere is great as well. Thanks so much! The parking here is a little difficult and I will say the only thing that seemed off, has nothing to do with the business or employees. But there is some sort of sound/air pressure thing that happens right by the front door that is a little uncomfortable upon walking in. Perhaps it has to do with the AC and exhaust vents. Other than that, this is a great place. I don’t normally leave reviews for chains or fast food places, but this particular place has a great evening crew!

So usually I don't get food from here at dinner time...but I did this time. The food wasn't great at this time of night around 9pm ish but it wasn't exactly bad but definitely will not be my choice place to go at that time of night moving forward.

This place is great, always clean attentive personal and good food, just only idk why they never have teriyaki chicken or you need to wait 15 min

The five flavor shrimp is very good but it's way more vegetables than shrimp. My plate had a whole 3 shrimp which did not make the premium cost worth it. Other than that the food and service were great.

The female cashier flat out denied me asking for a military discount with a rude "No." I've been to numerous Panda Express locations and know they all offer a military discount. The manager needs to educate their staff. And how to at least be polite when addressing a customer. I only asked a question.

Money hungry workers skimp out on portion sizes like it comes out of their paycheck. Disgusting behavior

Just because the little lady serving and charging you get a 5. She's a prime example of how work should be done, fast and effectively with a happy courteous face! SHE IS SHARP! Everyone else is on break during lunch hour rush? Really? Her name is Jasmine :)

Always too busy to get in a decent time and the one day i can get parking the store is closed for the day. It would be nice if they updated their app/listing to reflect that. Im not gonna bother coming back to this location if im not even sure theyre gonna be open on a friday.

Holy! These dudes were basically close 45minutes before they actually close, "this is all the food we have, We don't have any change for cash". People standing around, rice was basically uncooked (probably super old), teriyaki chicken was pre-chopped?!, dried it out nicely. Selection was poor. Not worth the effort to park. Skip it. If this is how they cut corners to close, what are they doing to the food?

I stopped by this restaurant at 8:30 and they didn’t give me much food. They were out of stuff and the rice was hard :/. The employees seemed nice but gotta do better. There’s no reason that people that come in at evening times should receive less than customers in the day time.

I ordered a big plate and some egg rolls. They sent me 2 bowls of orange chicken and some cheese ragoon. At least call me tk ask for alternatives rather than just replace with what you think is good. I am alert ox to rice and cheese.

So, I placed an order through the Panda Express app on Friday 6/9/23 and around an hour later. I got an email that my order was canceled. There was no reason given other than for me to contact the store for more information. When this happens, my refund is received within the hour. This time I haven't received a refund and every time I call. They don't answer. I just called them before they're open, and still no one answers the phone. I will be coming into the store today after work to demand my refund. *UPDATE* I had to go through Cash app inorder to receive a refund. Which I received 06/19/2023. Panda Express lost me as a customer. Not wanting to give me a refund for an order they canceled is wrong. It's a good thing I use Cash app for all my purchases.

We came for lunch it’s 12:33 pm and they were out of everything. They kept telling us it would take a long time for brown rice, greens, broccoli and beef, string beans and beef and orange chicken. Can you believe they were out. We had to buy jus noodles for our crying toddler. 😒

I Love Panda. The only thing parking is very limited I recommend delivery from this location.

Food is fresh cause it's always moving. Very busy Place during the week. Has about three Patio Tables outside but lots of seating inside. Their beef with broccoli is crunchy and juicy at the same time. Servers are polite and accommodating ( I always ask for half rice/ half noodle) This is typical in this city.

i love panda express but for some reason in this location I always get the same girl I don’t know her name, but she is very rude
