It is a really good restaurant, the noodles are amazing as well as the flavors. The portions are big and a plate can be share easily for 2. The place does not count with the necessary personnel. It took about 7 minutes to get the menu, another 5 for drinks and other 10 for the server to took our order. It took quite some time to get the food and as well to get a drink refill. The food is really good and the place is cozy. The only thing is the waiting time. So if you are planning to visit, be prepare to wait.

I absolutely love this restaurant. My favorite is the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, it's so flavorful and packed with noodles and pieces of beef. The bowls are huge so I never finish it all. I recommend everyone try it at least once, and it is not very spicy at all. The dumplings and baos are also very good, they take a little while to prepare but they are yummy. You can get them fried or steamed. Both ways are delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, you can see the chefs/cooks making the noodles behind this glass wall, it's very neat. The service has always been good, very friendly and fast. Only thing I do not like is that they don't have a kids menu. So I find myself ordering my 5 year old dumplings to eat, everything else would be too much. I hope they change that in the future and they offer a kids menu. Aside from that, this is one of my favorite restaurants in El Paso. Give it a try!

A pleasant experience! If you’re looking to try authentic Asian cuisine would definitely recommend this restaurant. I had so much fun trying new dishes. These cheese baos were delicious 🀀 The cumin lamb has always been a favorite of mine and they didn’t disappoint! Really enjoyed trying my first chicken bao, very flavorful. If you like chicken pot pie you’d likely enjoy this dish. The braised pork was pleasantly paired as well. Highly recommend you stop for a visit!

It's difficult to find great quality food along with amazing service. Here they have both. The orange chicken had a great chicken, and the dumplings were amazing. My friend had they're soup. The noodles were delicious; however, the soup was a little "empty" in terms of vegetables, etc. Otherwise, everything was delicious! We're planning on coming back tonight, with friends, for dinner!

If you need an amazing place with a great service this is the place. The waitress once he walked in was absolutely the sweetest person you’ll ever talk to you and give the best advice to us on what to order and didn’t disappoint. We personally got the orange chicken with noodles, Magnolian beef and two types of dumplings which forgive me for not remembering what they are but one was steamed and one was fried. The fried ones took a little bit of time but it was totally worth it. One of my favorite comments from the waitress was everything is handmade and you can taste the love that goes into it. She is absolutely right and I would totally be back. We went kind of late and we still felt welcomed. Absolutely best restaurant hands-down.

OMG ! The real deal ! Flavorful, fresh, authentic ! Were thrilled to have this quality of cuisine in el paso ! We ordered fried rice with chicken, beef, shrimp and kung pao chicken with noodles. Excellent, the best ive ever eaten ! Love it ! Servings are huge so you can share ,or like we did, bring the rest home to enjoy again later ! We met the team of chefs and they are very delightful ! Cant wait to go again. Highly recommend.

I'm glad to make a good mistake by stopping by this diner. Chinese couple prepares every order and freshly wrapped xiao long bao & dumplings. The Mongolian stir fry with noodles are unbelievable. I would strongly recommend that you check this place out. It's reasonably priced

I ordered tonkotsu ramen soup. The ramen was undercooked. The portion was good. Restaurant is spacious and plenty of Asian people flocking in. You’d think this should be a great Chinese restaurant. But for me it was overall an underwhelming experience.

Completely love dining at noodles and dumplings. Started going to eat there since it opened years ago. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. We were there about a week ago. Food was amazing. The service we got from our server was not. I pay tips for good service. She apparently wasn't into our table as customers. She still got a tip from me. Next time we go I will have to request a different server. Otherwise we will not return to receive underrated service. Especially from her.

I love this place! Every time I’m in El Paso I come here, my favorite dish is the green onion pancakes πŸ‘ŒπŸ» and of course try something new every time. Everyone is super nice!

This place is so amazing and the staff is so nice and friendly. Right when came in. The chef gave my daughter dough to play with. He was showing her how he was stretching it and just so kind. The food is amazing .!! Noodles made from scratch and the food is so tasty and perfect portions. The price is a very good price and they have a big menu. Will definitely be coming back when in the area. It is not all the time you get great service and great food, especially these days. Thank you staff! Your all amazing

Went for lunch and had the pork belly ramen and Bao. They were both very good, the Bao was soft and very well seasoned. The ramen was very tasty. The noodles were excellent and the pork belly was very good. The ramen was huge, had to take half home. Place was clean and very friendly. My daughter loved it, and well definitely go back

    - staff seemed to be surprised that customers actually wanted to dine in rather that take out. - staff seemed a little snobby with the exception of one single waitress. - no wi-fi available to customers. Advise to owner: either have your wifi name hidden so it does not display in the wifi list or make it available to your customers...it does not cost anymore that what you are already paying. - no lunch menu...???? - IMHO overpriced....way overpriced. - settings are average. - 3 empty booths had been cleaned but not very well...food leftover on the tables...definitely not sanitized to Covid 19 standards when I arrived - food was prepared fast, and served hot. - on a 1 to 10 rating the quality of the food was solid 7. The meat was not cooked thoroughly and probably had been frozen by the taste of it. In conclusion: worth a visit but I personally will not return.

I ordered the lamb noodle mix and my wife ordered the dry fried spicy chicken. We also order barbecue baos. I will start with my plate. It was okay nothing great. The noodles were good but it kinda felt like every other Chinese place on the planet. My wife's chicken was really spicy. It said that it was mild and she couldn't even finish it because of how spicy it was. We love spicy food so I think we have a strong tolerance. The Baos were the best part of the meal. The outside breading was delicious and the filling was perfect. They were also extremely fresh. Service was great, no complaints there. We were attended too quickly and got exactly what we wanted. Overall. Good not great, won't be a regular but satisfying if you are in a mood.

Delicious! Fast and friendly service. The chef that was pulling noodles let us take video, and he even gave my young daughter a small piece of dough to play with and try making her own noodles.

I had the combination noodles 🍜 πŸ˜‹ it was pretty dang good. I liked the freshness of the noodles they make there. It changes everything . Straight business. No dilly dally. No riff raff. No silly Sallie Mae's. No fanny Mae's. No ray j. No Kardashian. No chicken noodle and rice.

This place was excellent! The noodles were very good, the broth in my Tonkotsu was flavorful (though not as delicious as true Tonkotsu broth), the chicken egg rolls were so good! And the dumplings, they really are the stars here. I will def be back.
