This is my first time eating at this restaurant. I think its to expensive for what one gets which is very little. Also it's very greasy which can get one very sick. I'm one for a good hamburger but this one is not worth it and the taste, let's just say has none. I prefer Whataburger hands down. And it cost the same for four meals compared to the two I bought with drinks. I took a photo of my meal which is very sad to say the least. I don't recommend this place unless you want to spend money on a hamburger that is bland. This is the second worst burger I've eaten. I honestly don't know what customers see in this burger but for me it's the last time I go and eat there. Hope people realize this soon.

Uninspiring meal. The meat and buns are fine if you're trying to be nice about it; at the price of the whole meal, you'll probably find yourself looking for positives in your eating experience too. Even with the variety of options, you can somehow end up tasting the same exact burger even when using different combinations. The fries are consistently burnt, flavorless when not burnt, and like the rest of the meal it's just downright not worth the high price of the meal. Can say it ruined the expectations we had going there. Five Guys is literally down the street and I can say you'll have a much better meal for your money over there, or just head to Orange Cow for something different. The service was good, and the sanitization of the place was excellent and on point, but you don't go to a burger place looking for those things mainly, do you?

It was mine and my family's first time here. And I've heard alot about this place so I figured we give it a try. Unfortunately I wasn't and still not impressed. By the time we ordered our food to the time we brought it to our table it got cold pretty fast. Fries were either to salty or not enough salt. The burgers I'm glad were ALL cooked but it wouldn't fill you up. I've noticed that ALL employees weren't wearing gloves or hairnets. It's takes employees to restock stuff like straws and lids. The bathrooms needs work And by work I mean there's stuff that needs fixing. And I like the menu but for little amount of food.....it's WAY too expensive for a "fast food place" I don't recommend this place

The place has a nice aesthetic. It was pretty cold in there. It was dead when time came to order. It took a bit to get the food and this was mysterious to me. The burger was neat and built ok, it just had no flavor and was really overcooked. The bacon was even extra singed. I didn't taste anything different from patty, to cheese, to bacon, not even the bbq sauce had much pop. The chips were a combination of crisp, uncrisp, seasoned, and unseasoned all at the same time. My partner had a burger that was unseasoned and flimsy with unseasoned fries. It well wasn't worth an over 30 ticket. I was in uniform and got no discount. The staff was also very absent, I would have thought to see about a dessert possibly but no one was around. I'll try the chain but idk about this location.

Tried this while visiting The Fountains. Found the place to not be well cleaned. The floors were dirty, the entry rug looked weeks old without being cleaned. Fingerprints and handprints were all over the plexiglass that protected the cook/prep area. We noticed several shakes and drinks were "out". Once we ordered, we looked at reviews and see that those same shakes and drinks have been "out" for weeks! My wife ordered The Keto lettuce wrap. It was ok. I ordered the standard cheeseburger, it was too salty. I only ate two bites but could not tolerate it. To top off this not so satisfying experience, the air conditioner did not seem to be working nor the hand sanitizers. It was very hot and sticky inside the restaurant. Overall, 1 star experience. We likely will not return. Management would do well to train staff to be on top of cleaning and repairs. This is a mall area and a lot of traffic but the place is failing to deliver just a good simple burger in a clean environment.

It was my first time here. I came with my wife and we got the Cheddar Bacon Burger. When we sat down the tables were a bit dirty. We would appreciate some more cleanliness. In all honesty the burger was alright. A bit small for the price. I paid $30 for both meals. I was expecting a good size burger like whataburger size, but it was small like a McDonald's size. The fries didn't look appetizing and sure enough they weren't that great.

Do not recommend, this place needs to get their act together. I wouldn’t even want free food from this place. The fries were burnt (visibly brown fries… like really guys.) The burger patty is overly greasy and flattened thin to the point of having holes, being overly crunchy, and much larger than the bread. The bread was just soaked in grease and floating in the middle of the patty diameter. The staff is struggling. Therefore the bathrooms were untidy and the paper towel roll wasn’t put into the motion detection paper towel dispenser. It was a great feat to reach high up towards the roll and grab a piece with wet hands. Waiting about 7mins for the cashier to cook the food before she could take my order. The manager was cleaning the dining area themselves. We got a rotten fry with a black spot and we were done. The amount of neglect on decent quality was too much. Simply stay away. You’re paying for subpar food. It manages to be twice as expensive to buy awful food here.

Also, It was my first time at this place, but it has great taste Food Quantity: 10/10 The burgers are big enough, and they give you more than enough fries which is amazing! Staff: Im giving a 1/5 stars because the staff was rude. When we arrive they didn't had any orders and the main person that was taking the orders look like he didn't wanted to work, just going from one place to another, ignoring us. I've never eaten here before. It was very good. The meat was fresh and not frozen patties. Fried like you would a burger at home. Not greasy, Huge portions. I had the sweet potato fries, they were delicious.

Could have gone elsewhere for better food and service. Presentation of burger was nothing compared to what i was expecting. The flavor of the burger was mediocre. And honestly just the atmosphere of the food and staff was off... Not sure how to explain it. I just not what I expected.

We decided to give this a shot since we were already in the fountains shopping area. Overall, it was really good, and the fries were great. A big thing that separates this place from five guys is the fact that they have multiple fry options, such as plain, sweet potato, etc. The burger itself was a little bland though, nothing really making it any different than any other burger out there.

Looking at these reviews I will say they are misleading. This place is much better and much more deserving than 4 stars, but upon walking in to the restaurant there were numerous tables that were very dirty. If there were not as many dirty table this would have been a 5 star review. I have been recently repatriated back to El Paso because of work. In the DFW metro we have plenty of burger joints and mooyah is always a great and consistent option. I was extremely glad to see them here in the El Paso area when relocating. Yesterday I took my brother to eat there as he has never been here. He had the mdc and I had the single. Mdc is short for mooyah double cheese. He had the sweet potato fries, I had the regular fries. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend this place. People complaining about the price need to understand food cost and in retrospect understand what you get for your money here is fairly good, you can easily spend close to the same amount of money at a lower quality franchise or more. Thank you for the great experience.

We love this place! Great burgers. They have vegan, keto, and gluten free options. And a huge chalkboard for the kids while you're waiting. My favorite burger is the quesonario!

I found this place a couple of weeks ago being new in Austin. I moved to a vegan lifestyle and their vegan burger is excellent. One of the best I’ve had. I know that sweet potato fries are the best solution but since I’m new to this I’m gradually moving off fried foods and some other things. The other burgers look excellent. Customer Service was great and I’ve been back several times since.

My wife and I love it here!! Burgers are hot fresh and delicious! Too many fries for my taste (not a fry person) but they do give you plenty. We'll be back for sure! Good lunch date place.

Worst experience at this location. 1.) at ordering the girl taking the order was in a horrible mood.(Turns out Vanesa is her name and IS the manager) Was not listening to order. When I asked for her to repeat it back because I saw it was being taken wrong she basically rolled her eyes. 2.) Even though the order was repeated and asked for with certain ingredients if was not made correctly. When we simply asked for grilled onions so I can add to the burger myself, they said they would bring to the table. 15 min later waiting they had forgotten. 3.) another burger was RAW in the center. Not when medium cooked RAW 4.) when speaking to the manager she was not apologetic or even trying to help. Simply said want another one or refund. I understand under the circumstances employees are hard to come by, but the attitude and horrible service will quickly have people looking for other establishments to dine at. 5.) the bathrooms where disgusting

This place has never disappointed me. Setting things straight, it is a pricey place that probably should come on especial occasion or if you are filthy rich and dont mind spending a good buck for a burger. Nevertheless the price goes hand in hand with the quality and the flavor this burgers pack. I would recommend this as a meal in a lazy day cause they could be heavy 😴 but extremely delicious.

The burger was good but the service was flawed. The person who took our takeout order did not note our preferences correctly. Asked to replace lettuce with buns but they did not. We noticed it after going back to our hotel.

Dropped by MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes on a whim because we were starving. This was our first time going in to this establishment. To tell you the truth, I had no idea it existed. Well to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement! I love turkey burgers and this place had them. My boyfriend loves all beef hamburgers so he was as excited as I was to try both of these burgers. The only place I have eaten a really good turkey burger is at Fat Burger in Aurora, Colorado. I was proven wrong, the turkey burger at MOOYAH'S was the best I've ever eaten. It was so scrumptious! The buns for the burgers were toasted just right on both sides, the meat was cooked just right (and a good size portion), and the sauce was perfect on it. I will definitely make this my go to hamburger place from now on. Don't just take my word for it, go on by and try this place and you will not be disappointed. Excellent burgers, fries, and shakes! The wait was a little long, ordering is not particularly efficient, and the price is a bit higher than typical. The dining room is pretty large, but an ordinary fast food type situation. Fries are well seasoned, crisped nicely, and the queso sauce is sublime. Burgers are creative, thick and juicy, with fresh fixings and soft buns - a well thought out product. Definitely worth a try. The chocolate shake is decent, the vanilla is so thick it's hard to get a straw to function, but the coffee shake is worth the trip in it's own right! I thought it tasted more like bourbon than coffee, so I was thoroughly pleased!

The cashier rang our order up as Grubhub pick up, so our food sat on the counter for 15 minutes getting cold while we waited for it to be brought to our table. When I went up to inquire about it I was told "well it's been here, waiting..." I realized they forgot my green chile queso when I went back and showed the receipt that I had paid I was told "I am not dumb" by an employee because I showed him the receipt. I never said anyone was dumb. We had to go back and ask for the correct sweet poatao fries as they got that wrong as well. But it is ridiculous to charge $2.79 for 1 ounce of queso! If this had been a grubhub puck up it wouldve been all wrong, good thing we were dining in. There were 8 employees all standing in the back store room chatting and eating while the dining area needed cleaning. The manager, Victor, did come over and talk to us and apologize. He explained many of the employees were in training, but he was trying.

??I walked in saw the text promo for FREE AVOCADO, followed the instructions and saved me $1.29! I also downloaded the app to scan my receipt for rewards savings and already got a coupon for free fries!? ??I did notice the floor was very slippery (greasy) as I was walking to towards the fountain drinks. It has been that way almost every time we visit. ??They also mixed up our fries between 2 orders. With such a minor issue, you'd think they would have switched burgers/sandwhich. ??Burgers were delicious and the sweet potato fries were my favorite!? ??my children also enjoyed the "MOODLE DOODLE" and coloring mats. ????My oldest also mentioned how one of the restrooms had a dirty mirror, floors & walls with toilet paper all over as well. IF THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE, THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS A PRIORITY ALONG WITH THE GREASY FLOOR, for safety and health reasons. ???

This place probably has the worst service I have ever experienced here. We waited for almost 45 minutes for our food while others were coming in and out. There is only one person in the back helping cook while the rest of the servers are walking around like they hate their life. The cashier was also rude as she was rolling her eyes when I ordered. My whole order was incorrect; seems like the workers were in a rush to close. I will NEVER come back again. This place use to have great service, not anymore.

The place is a rip off $27 for two burgers to fries and two medium drinks. Save your money go to Whataburger Or any other burger place under the sun.

We have been going there for some time and today was the worst day. The service was good had no problem with the cashier but the food was just real bad. The fountain drinks were real flat and flavorless. I noticed several people kept going up to the pick up window and thought it was weird, well it was due to the burgers being bad. When we got our order the burgers were real small and flat. My daughter actually said it looked like someone sat on her burger. My burger didn't even have any sauce on it. On all the burgers the bottom bun seemed like it was soaked in water for some time. Definitely not going back. Better off sticking with the usual places. Was not happy with the amount of money spent and terrible food.

We ordered through DoorDash and our delivery guy was awesome, but when we looked at the burgers we were extremely upset. My husband ordered a half pound patty and I got the quarter pound patty... however that is not at all what we received. His burger was small like mine, so we paid almost 2.00 extra for the same size burger. We had also asked for sauces to be added to our burger.. they added some but it was a little drop of sauce. Couldn't even taste the flavor of the sauce because there wasnt enough. Needless to say this was a horrible first impression and I doubt we will be back. Fries were good though.

I’ve been here before and it’s been quite some time, but I was extremely disappointed in both the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The young lady at the cash register didn’t even greet us. She just stared at us until we asked her if “she” was ready! Then as we got our drinks, the fountain drink area was extremely dirty and the sweet container had something that did not taste fresh or closely resemble sweet tea. The restaurant, the seating areas, and the restrooms were very dirty, which made me think of the food preparation and just took my appetite away. It surprised me as the west side location seems to be the exact opposite of this location. It’s sad to say that I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location. I would have given it half a star but 1 was the least:

Similar to smash burger. IF U get it to go, your burger will be smashed & bun will be soggy. My burger looked nothing like photos. Best to only eat in. Little pricey but so is smash burger. Tastey buns and fries. I miss affordable freshness of in & out ?.

We went during lunch time on Thursday the burgers are actually pretty good and tasty they're not as juicy as Five Guys but the bun makes up some up for some of the flavor. The fries are good. The portion size if the meal is actually decent for the price. The restaurant is really clean it's really nice the service is decent.

Today's visit was underwhelming, and frankly, disappointing. I used the online ordering app for the first time, so I know the order was sent exactly as I wanted it. To begin with, when my husband walked in to pick up order, the cook yelled at him from across the restaurant, "You need to wear a mask!" repeatedly, in front of the entire restaurant. Albeit he forgot his mask in the car, I don't believe that type of public shaming is necessary. Further, our order was sloppily made and missing toppings. My mushroom burger, pictured below, literally had 5 tiny mushrooms on it and was missing the onion strings that are spec on their menu. We also had a build your own burger that was missing bacon and mushrooms. Upon calling the store, the solution we got was a credit on bacon for our next visit, unless we were willing to go pick up the bacon today. That doesn't fix the disappointing dining experience we had today. I am leaving this review because MooYah apparently doesn't have anywhere to leave a complaint. Their website says contact the store. The store didn't offer much of a solution. We unfortunately will not be ordering from MooYah again any time soon.

Catered my birthday meal from here, the manager was so sweet and helpful. My food was nice and fresh, as ALWAYS and the menu has lots of fun and uber delicious choices. My favorite black bean burger from any restaurant, and if you get the lettuce bun alternative, you won't be disappointed. But their traditional beef burgers are also incredible. Definitely recommend going.

My family has long been a customer for Mooya's since the Fountains location opened. It's always been slightly pricey but the food quality was well worth it. This father's day we decided to eat there, excited that in-store dining was finally back. Disappointment doesn't even begin to describe the experience. The food took a good 30 minutes to be ready, during this time we noticed there was some order disarray going on with orders getting mixed and returned by other customers. When we finally received our order, there were several missing items, orders were wrong, and the burgers were clumped up balls that had been forced to fit into a piece of aluminum too small for that burger size and that had apparently been opened by a previous customer returning an incorrect order. Bread was soggy, and fries were undercooked and somewhat cold by the time we received our order. It's a huge disappointment that has just cost Mooya's a long-time family of customers.

Daisy was so rude. She was our cashier, she might’ve had a bad day but my husband and I were very respectful towards her. Food was good but service was trash.

Burger was good. Service was not. Burger was good overall - yummy but soggy. We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. They seemed bothered when I had to clarify the order. They seemed bothered when I had to ask for napkins and condiments which were behind the counter. They seemed bothered when I requested a new refill cup (Covid policy). It doesn't really make me want to return.

Very nasty employees ... why would you handle money then with out changing gloves go to making food ..and during this times Not happy will never come back and will advise health department

The food is delicious. The service absolutely not. The 1st time we went they took forever to have our food ready. People kept walking in after us and leaving with food before us. When we asked why they said "oh they ordered online". We decided to give them another shot (cuz food is great) ordered online got there and it still took them over 30 min from time given to have our order ready. Wont be returning. ?

The food tasted good, but took a long time and was a little cold. The staff was horribly unfriendly, and it seemed like most of them were in bad moods or something. The young lady who called my name literally rolled her eyes and shook her head when I said Thank You. This unit has really gone downhill since it opened. We will not be back.

First time here looked like really good burgers. Kathleen really messed up the order 3-times! No apology, no compensation and the burgers not very good. Very disappointed will not return..

Burgers are good and so is their salad. Total crave. Above is the first review I left about a year ago. However, after paying 50$ for a meal that was delivered my postmates, I would not recommend this place currently. I wish i could provide a photo but after speaking to Kathleen and her management, I was furious. I watched my son eat his flat cold burger out of hunger. I've learned that I'll stick to home cooked meals during this pandemic. Kathleen nor her manager should be considered essential. Disgusted.

In response to the social distancing initiatives, Mooyah has done a wonderful job of incentivizing take out meals for the whole family. Though there was a bit of a wait, the employees were incredibly gracious and needlessly apologetic. I was appreciative of their service and understand delays due to an influx of takeout orders.

Just one of the best places to eat. Fresh buns made daily. Love love love their food. And in El Paso TX, they have awesome employees.
