Disgusting!!!! I ordered spicy chicken strips and instead got a container filled with grease. Couldn’t even eat the biscuit because it was soaked from all the grease. And to make it worse the manager had the excuse it was the spicy sauce. No sauce that was disgusting GREASE never again.

The food was alright, but definitely overpriced considering how many small pieces of chicken we got. And the staff needs to be friendlier! If I ask a question don't make it seem like such a burden to answer; you're paid to be there and WORK!

Hard to rate when you stop by in the evening and there's no chicken? 30 minute wait for more?? 😂😂😂. Only redeeming quality is that it's attached to a Taco Bell, so I can get Baja Blast Mountain Dew without having to buy their food

The place was very dirty. The staff and I think even the manager, acted as it was a burden to ask for napkins or to check the soda machine. The area where the napkins and soda are was dirty. No selection but carbonated water, people had to sit at dirty tables. We have been in there a few times thinking things will be better and nothing changes. I think the five star reviews are either friends of the workers or people paid to put good reviews.

Food was nasty reheated too much, and place was so duty tables where nasty and the lady Norma was soo disrespectful she got mad because there was none Sierra Mist , Pepsi, Mountain Dew ir any other ones just pure club soda coming out she was not nice at all!

Service is decent. Tried the Chicken and Waffles and was left disappointed. Waffles were too rough but can't be too picky since it is fast food.

I love KFC. On payday, I always order the 3 piece extra crispy. The drive through cashier is always cheerful.

We went last Tuesday... But not KFC are great.. we have our favorite KFC location in El Paso Tx
