Went here for lunch on Tuesday, and wanted to do the student buffet discount that was advertised on Facebook. When i told the manager Eddie that we wanted the student discount he proceeded to tell us no that it was only for the surrounding High Schools and it started at 12:30 pm. I told him the post didn’t say any of that and then he had the nerve to demand I showed him the Facebook post. I gladly did and he didn’t even apologize for being rude. He got mad and said that the post wasn’t correct and that it wasn’t meant to be anytime of day and only for high school students. He ended up being so rude to us. We’re college students and it was around 11:30 a.m. I mean come on man, it’s not coming out of your own pocket. Don’t be so rude! I attached a photo of the offer. Also yes, we did show student IDs from UTEP and he said “are they current?” Like of course they’re current??? They don’t print them with dates but I’m not gonna lie to get a discount. That’s just stupid. Be real! Learn some manners eddie.

Went to go eat at this location last night with my family as we got out of a kids event and showed up around 8:30pm after checking on google their closing time at 10pm. We first get our drinks, then pick a table to sit at, and then we went to the restroom to wash our hands. After that we go to the buffet to get our food and return to the table we picked to comfortably enjoy our food and as soon as we sit down we’re approached by a employee telling us if we can move tables because that section was already closed which was really annoying after we put all our food and drinks on the table like if my family of 3 was gonna be a huge inconvenience. They want to pre close the restaurant to early which makes us guest feel really uncomfortable they even turned off the music and we were hearing their music playing in the back. When it was time for us to get dessert we had to ask for it because they had already put everything away and it was only 9:20.

Very good variety of pizza and very delicious, the only issue is that the restaurant is a freezer, my wife is a bit skinny and after 30 minutes in there she partly froze so I had to drag her out to get her in the heat so she could start moving again.

Its weird to see relatives of the worker just walk in and grab a plate and a cup from the front without paying wheres management here. They gave us looks when they notcied we were looking at them

10/2023 Young lady ringing us up didn't know or care to know the game up front with a clock, and how a customer can win a free buffet by playing said game. When asked about it, she didn't even know about it, and when she looked, she blew it off, saying they just put it there and didn't know and asked to take our order again. We didn't press, though we should've. She didn't want to be there, and it showed. They're hiring, and they need better people up front for sure. Went at open'ish. Everything was super fresh, and none of it had time to sit. Even the salad stuff was on point. Good food experience. Props to back of the house peeps on the baked goods. They had just about EVERY kind of Sport and Motorsports that was going on, on every TV, which is about 6 or 7.... was pretty cool to see actually, they just didn't have sound for good reason. Running a ROKU setup. Nice. Management needs to explain changes that occur to pricing and promotions to their employees in a more timely manner. Was a bad start, but it ended well. Room for improvement. Customer service goes a long way. 3 stars. I still recommend it.

The 2-4pm buffet is a life-saver for students. The pizza is good and always available

The manager was so nice and made us feel very welcomed , he even made us our own special orders , it was a great experience and I will definitely be going again !

Got two large pizzas for $14 incl tax for take out. Fast friendly service. Pepperoni pizza good but Spinach Alfredo little skimpy. Buffet well stocked. Staff wore masks and cleaning constantly.

This is a good place to take the kids off they like pizza, staff was friendly.

We stopped to eat at this location on N. Mesa I have to say kuddos to the whole staff the restaurant was very clean and they were hustling putting out fresh Pizza's and pastas keeping their salad ingredients filled constantly. The food was great but even more impressed by how hard everyone was working. 👏🎉💚

Apparently you can eat free food here as long as you know the 2 girls that worked int he morning on 1/13/23 around 11:30am We saw 3 women just walk right in saying hey to girls and just picked up and grab a plate and started eating for free

I have always loved Cicis pizza since I was a teenager and they opened in the early 90s. They offer Military Discount, so that's a plus. It's not the greatest pizza , but for a buffet, it's on point. The disappointment today was the cleanliness of the place. Someone had dropped a couple slices on the floor in front of the buffet, and several employees just walked around it. Took the management to point it out to an employee, and even then he passed to buck to someone else. Just kind of sad to see. The food was good as always. Just gotta clean it up a bit.

$4.99 for unlimited pizza is a super deal for mondays n tuesdays...but their pizzas sadly not that tasty. More precisely meat toppibgs are disappointing. Its good for one time try though.

This Cici's Pizza location was great! The pizza, salad, and desserts were fresh and delicious. The dining room was clean, thanks to a very nice young man who came around every few minutes clearing away plates and cleaning. We got a great value and a great meal too! Oh, and all the TV screens give everyone something to watch! Very satisfied! 👍

Excellent experience loved their pizza. The variety of pizza to choose from and its endless. The salad bar is fresh and clean. My favorites were the chicken Buffalo, and the new tator tot with bacon pizza. Their dessert pizzas and brownies delicious 😋. Definitely recommend it.

Love this place always lets me pay in advance for family member so they dont have to make the line when they arrive. I always spend around $60 give or take. I recommend getting the ole pizza made by the cook in the morning.🍕

Had half the restaurant closed and food options at a minimum across the board. I arrived at 7:30pm if I was there closer to closing time I would understand but that’s 2.5 hours till closing. Not worth my money.

The food is ok. Pizzas are tasty without being out of this world. The staff is attentive and friendly and they are willing to help you. Super nice service! Although the atmosphere is ok, the building needs maintenance, as well as bathrooms, chairs, and floor.

Food was great. I really enjoyed my salad. Employees were attentive with dirty dishes on the table.

Regardless getting there 30 min before closing we received very good service specially from the manager, very kind and friendly, he still offered to make us anything we would like and food was hot and they had plenty of variety

This is the 3rd time we come in and yet again, disappointment! The girls (cashier and girl in back) are rude, eye rolling, not paying attention to customers that are standing there cleary needing help. Not to mention the noodles didn't taste good, at all! Its nice to walk in somewhere and the employees look somewhat in a good mood! I know there's a need for workers but as this point the crew I've seen the last 3 times are only hurting business and the thing is, I wasn't the only one with the same concern there!!

Normally the pizza isn't bad. This last visit (Cicis - MESA ST) - pizza tasted as if it was old, salad looked old/wilted. Tea also tasted old. Not sure if there was anyone in charge that night. Will be some time before we go back. TWO THUMBS DOWN 👎👎

Ordered online and only half my order was made. The girl who was supposed to give the orders to the cooks didnt write it down right. She was more busy flirting and ignoring customers. Waited over 20min for breadsticks.

Cicis back finally after months of being closed. With there wonderful staff. You can dine in or order to take out.
