Pre Placed order didn’t get it till an HOUR later. There were 10 people waiting inside nothing was ready. Walked in 45 after placing she asked what name and said oh let me put it in. Employee was rude just giving out pizzas so we could leave didn’t care about any extra items. Pizza was poorly cut. Manager was no where to be found just one girl and one cook doing orders that didn’t even exists.

Hot and Ready is supposed to be available between 4pm and 8pm, ran out and stopped producing at 4:30pm. When asked why responded with bad attitude its their discretion and not their problem. Get your cheap pizza elsewhere, these guys depend on lazy customers for sales and couldn’t care less about policy or cleanliness.

Placed order online. They didn’t have it ready. Supposed to be ready from 7:48-7:53. Showed up at 810. Ok no problem. They said what’s the order I tell em what it was. 5 mins later they give me the order. I didn’t check it. Bring the pizza home and find out they just added the toppings raw. I asked for “well done” on the app. I also asked for pretzel crust and pizza sauce. Didn’t get that either. The manager didn’t even have the balls to tell me to my face. No stones on this man. There’s a problem you face it like a man. Respectfully say “we messed up we didn’t see it we’ll take care of it” Shame

I pre-ordered pizza once and they told me 30 mins so i went to the store and came back after 45 mins and the pizza still wasn't ready but others that just walked in got their pizzas right away. I recently called to place an order...me & my sister called from different phones and a Spanish speaking lady answered the phone and because we didn't speak Spanish she kept hanging up on us. This isn't a Mexican restaurant and she had English speaking customers/employees so i didn't understand the logic behind it but after 2 strikes i won't be back...

If you ever want to buy any other pizza that’s not hot and ready expect to wait over an hr for it. When you place the order on the app it says it’s will be ready in 35 minutes, but it never is. They also fail on completing the order leaving items out. Tried giving this place a second chance, but they continue to disappoint. Management needs to keep up with promised time or close to it. Just go to dominos or papa John for a better experience.

Took longer than expected on my order even though it wasn’t busy, took over 30 min. They were playing around on their phone’s taking pictures of themselves, tossing the pizza dough that was prepared for ingredients across the ingredient table and one of them didn’t catch it, it fell on the floor. Waste of product

Don't waste your time, it takes an hour to get a single cheese pizza. Seriously read all the other reviews, this place is slow and has no customer service. Worst little Caesars in town, and that is saying something because the other Dyer St Little Caesars is also horrible. Do not order ahead on the app, they put you in line and serve everybody else that comes in and pays cash first. Ordered a pizza at 6 pm, the Order Tracker said it went in the oven at 6:18, at 6:25 she told me its going to be 5 more minutes. Didn't get my pizza until 6:46.

Nope!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!.... Coldest, hardest 'Hot and Ready', EVER !! ...And those prices for THAT quality?!?!? Sorry, to all of those Little Caesar fanatics out there, but this place should be shut down!! ..and the attitude of their freaking employees!?!?! Awful experience for any first -timer. Just awful!

I usually buy pizza in the northeast location in Rushing. But because I was taking it to my friends house, I chose this location as it was closer to him. At any rate, I discovered that this location makes the classic pepperoni way better than the northeast location. It's almost like they pride themselves on serving a well made pizza.

My pizza was terrible was not cut properly with pizza tearing in half on each slice . The crust was very hard to bite into . Very terrible service on several occasions.

The place is good and clean and fast. But if you order a hot and ready they sell you a hot and ready extra most bestest instead of the pepperoni and cheese hot and ready. So that costs more and was not expecting it and it raised the total of my order unexpectedly. The cheese stuffed breadsticks were amazing and I would order them again.

Would give zero stars if possible but if you’re on post and your “dasher” cancels on you, you will not receive a refund at all for the poor planning of these people and door dash so I do not recommend ordering from this place at all unless you plan on wasting time and money with them

Been here several times, and never a lunch special ready. Done with this location.

I ordered a few things tonight and they got 2 of my items wrong wouldn’t be as mad if the total from what I paid vs what I got wasn’t more than a $15 difference. Ordered a sausage pizza and got a burnt pepperoni, I also ordered a large order of crazy bread and got 2 burnt cheese stuffed ones. Tried calling and no one answered the phone at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tastes great but there was a ring around the edge of the crust, 1 inch all the way around where they didn't cheese the pizza.

Very inconsiderate. I payed for my pizza online and when I went to go pick it up, the employees left before closing saying the "system was down" and then proceeded to not refund me. I need whoever was in charge of this shift to be fired ASAP.
