Good service, food, and nice environment. My wings weren't super hot, but my fries were. I went on a fight night, which isn't an excuse for bringing out food on the colder side, but understandable. I was thankful I was able to get a table on such a busy evening. I will be back for another visit for a proper review, I still enjoyed my food, I am a BWW fan.

This is one of the best BWW in El Paso. I love BWW so I went there this week just to taste the food. The food was awesome. I love the draft beer served by BWW. I found this location little expensive then other. I might be confused but they are somehow expensive then other bar. The customer service was okay. I ordered both the food and beer. Both of them were great. Just one star less for little expensive. Overall, fantastic place to visit with friends and family.

The wings were mediocre at best . But the service was absolutely horrendous. I submitted an order of 30 wings 3 flavors, 10 wings per flavor . When I picked up the order I noticed there were 20 mango habanero wings , 4 garlic Parmesan and 4 salt n vinegar, equaling 28 wings lmao. I literally laughed at how messed up the order was . When I spoke to the manager he looked at me like I was crazy . Really? Lol so I had them remake my order . Do not come to this place ,especially for take out . These ppl can’t count . And when you notice a deficiency on your order ,they don’t like it . Ridiculous!!

This location is absolutely horrible. It’s not clean the host and other staff was rude. Asked for a manager and they never came. Finally gave up on the manager after waiting 20 min. When we walked in there was about five people who walked in right before us and they were sat right away. When the host finally came back we were told it was a 45 min. wait. There were open tables everywhere hardly any car in the parking lot, and several wait staff. There was no reason for a 45 min. wait. We had not been in a long time and were really excited to enjoy, but with this experience I will never be back. 3.9 rating is generous for this place. Do yourself a favor save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I have a good influence in this town and everyone I know will know not to go to this location on gateway. It would be good for Buffalo Wild Wings is the fired this staff and closed this location. Maybe something worth going to would come. The worse restaurant in town.

The manager was more concerned with, what I can only describe as "schooling" me than she was doing her job. After mishearing our party total, she made every excuse not to fix the situation, blaming me profusely, even after I agreed we had a miscommunication. At one point someone else came to mediate the situation (and was truly trying to be helpful) and she kept talking over us and interrupted, to the point I asked to just speak to one person... I couldn't believe she was the person in charge.. She did not know how to handle a large party on a Friday night, or support her staff. Only one game was on, not on the main screen, and the Lakers game wasn't on until we asked and by then it was the second half. Our server never received back up even though the manager stated she was slammed, so our drinks were left empty, my family left standing around without seats while the surrounded tables were left dirty and empty. All I can say is watch the video. I wish there was audio, someone with that much ego shouldn't be in customer service. On July 6th at around 8:30 pm, my wife and I entered this business for the first time ever. We waited to be greeted or directed to a seat for more than 4 minutes, with no one to say anything to us. After we were pointed only toward a seat, we sat and enjoyed all the televisions on for our entertainment. By 8:46, I told my wife we would give the servers ten more minutes and we were leaving. At 8:54pm, my wife had had enough since no one ever came to the table to take our drink order or say anything as explanation to the long wait. After waving down someone we explained to them and the manager we would not return. There are many other places to get wings that will at least acknowledge you have entered and provide much better service.

Worst wings I've ever had, ordered buffalo boneless wings and this looks nothing like them nor taste like buffalo wings. Fries were stale as well.

The food was great, as always. I love Buffalo Wild Wings! The service was exceptional. Our server was very attentive to us even though it was a very busy evening. Kudos to her! Anyway ... I love Wild Wings. Always have.

we ordered wings and nachos on Uber Eats, we wanted to watch the game and have some take out. Being pregnant I was too tired yesterday to dine in. We got our order, and our boneless wings were all plain like chicken tenders. No sauce in the bag either. So I contacted the restaurant as I didn't want the delivery driver to be penalized. I called and spoke to the manager, she told us to have my husband come back and they would remake the wings & to bring the other wings back. Not sure why they would want the wings back we opened, but whatever. Well husband gets back, the wings ARE STILL WRONG. They are bone in wings & the sauces are wrong. We ordered Honey BBQ, Bourbon BBQ, Teriyaki and Sweet BBQ. What we got was Mango Habanero, Mild, Bourbon BBQ and lemon pepper. Which two of those were so spicy I couldn't even eat them. Truly a 0 out of 10 experience. I cannot understand how you can get it wrong TWO TIMES. Will not go back.

I haven’t been here in awhile and I went in for lunch. The restaurant looks awesome love the upgraded features it has, it looks very clean. The staff is so friendly and attentive! Def recommend! Thank you Ericka and Jazmin for the awesome service ❣️❣️

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on Friday, and truly enjoyed it! The wings, drinks, and dessert were great, with great service!

This is the second time I have been here first time didn’t have to wait that long and service was great… wings were asked to be sauced and they were delicious…. Music was reasonable and the waitress was very attentive and it was packed. Overall had a great time ….So had to try it again because of the first visit…. Don’t know what happened but this time had to wait for 48 minutes to be seated. Once texted that they were ready for us noticed it wasn’t as busy as the first time I went. I was expecting the same kind of service but nope waitress was slow and was more worried about celebrating her birthday because she had on a corsage where people could put money on her…Music so loud she couldn’t take our order right and of course it came out wrong not sauced and she told us we didn’t ask for it which we did…… took it to the back and I guess they just poured it all over…. Then one of our parties didn’t get their wings until 12 minutes later… Horrible service this time and it wasn’t as packed as the first time…guess different managers run things different on their shift…. I will be back just to see if they were just having an off day but I think every day should be the same especially nowadays when there is a lot of options for wings….

I have never been disappointed here. Had a burger, and the meat was overcooked and had no taste. The bacon was good. Perhaps they have a new cook who need remedial training in burger cooking.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is conveniently located right off the freeway and serve up their wings pretty fast. Their sauces and dips are very flavorful! I mainly only order from them on Tuesdays and Thursdays, because they have a great BOGO 50% off traditional and boneless wings sales on those days, respectively. Although, I was saddened to learn yesterday that their prices went up slightly.

The wings are good as always, but the new pizza is just leftover wings thrown on thin crust pizza with hardly any cheese. :( just decorated nicely

Hello, today is 4.28.22. My Son invited me to lunch today, it was approximately 1:30 p.m.. Not too busy, very comfortable. Music was not too loud, were able to have a conversation. T.V.s were on, volume was not too loud(my opinion, just right). Our Waitress was Susie. She provided water and flatware. She was friendly, professional and courteous. Suzie, took our drink and food order. Service was a tad slow, but she made up for it, with her Great Service and constant smile. Food was well presented, hot and very tasty! Especially the Onion Rings. Quick mention, restrooms were clean and stocked. I usually cook at home, so this was a nice treat! Of course, being with my Son, only elevated my experience! Will be back. Just ordeed 2 orders of the loaded Bird Dogs. Both orders were missing the fries and beer cheese on the dogs. First and last time I will order them. Very dry and not worth the price. I also tried calling this location back about 5 times and no one can pick up the phone. It was 10:30 pm on a Sunday so I know it wasn't busy. Poor customer service. Probably be the last time I orders food from this place.

Absolutely loved the wings and service. Chabelli waited on us, she made excellent recommendations on the different flavors of wings and even brought us samples of the top flavors. If you can tolerate a high dose of heat try the blazing hot 🔥 wing flavor made with the reaper pepper. The honey BBQ, Asian fling, and spicy garlic are delicious 😋 I will definitely be visiting again to try all the different varieties of wings.
