Straight away, royal flush! My meal here, prepared by the cook who was on duty @7pmMST, 9/26 was divine, all the way down to the temp for all items. I'm pretty sure that requires skill since my dining experiences show that few food preparers can do that. I was truly impressed nd satisfied to the tee. I needed such a treat. The past few days leading up to this unforseen visit had me inna spin. Thx to the excellency of food service here, I'm on comfort status.

This was a very pleasant surprise. It been almost 20 years since I stepped into a Denny’s. Had a great time and conversation with our server. Since it was slow when we went she had some time to give us a good experience. The food was cooked to perfection. I had a bacon cheeseburger with the bourbon sauce on it🤤. I was definitely on some Homer Simpson stuff.

Waitress got my order wrong then bill was wrong. Cashier needs customer service training. Said could not change the bill we were charged and what do I intend to do about it. Informed Mgr on duty and he apologized and corrected the bill...that was the only positive part.

Cielo was an amazing server. She did not miss anything on our complex order. From the sounds of it she’s running the kitchen and making sure all orders are delivered with the utmost accuracy. We heard her verifying orders and even making sure the cooks were up to par. Great experience. Thank you Cielo. Keep up the good.

Food was delicious. The only thing was the service wasn't really there. Had to ask another server for help instead of our own server taking care of us. The food was really good though!

Upon arriving at this Denny's location and they saw we were a party of 6 they told us that there was only one cook and that it will take an hour to be seated. But the restaurant only had four tables with parties of two and one table with a party of six. The rest of the restaurant was empty. I requested supervisor and they immediately sat us down and took order. Don't bother coming here if your a large party. Let's come together as a community and make them loose business since they don't want to make any money!! And refuse service because they want to get paid by the hour by not working at all since the cook and supervisors have a salary what about the waiters that need tables to get tips!! Unfair and probably discriminatory DENNYS!!

My wife and I had such a wonderful late night, Betty our waitress treated us so well, even after the cook and the other waitress went on break, she still gave us such a wonderful service, we will be back at this location!

What an absolutely upsetting experience, aside from the waitress being new nothing wrong with that. I normally get a grand slamich but this one was burnt and missing cheese. My daughters pancakes were also burnt and missing all the toppings. We ordered a half order of nachos as an appetizer that we did not get until we were done with our meals. The overcooked nachos had cheese and meat on 3 chips so we asked our waitress for the correct amount of toppings. She brought a side dish of meat and said they ran out cheese. The manager knew our dissatisfaction but chose to ignore and not improve the situation. We eat at other Denny often but this location lacked good food and customer service.

Our waitress Sybil made our experience great! She has good knowledge on the menu and her customer service was exceptional! Just that alone would make me come back! Thank you for the great service and positive vibes you put out! The food was great as well. We will return without a doubt!

I will never go back to Dennys again, especially this location. I understand being short staffed but the food was disgusting. I do not like giving bad reviews, but this had to be said.

Older waitress was very rude. We were very patient. We knew she had many customers. We would as her for refills and she would rudely tell us we had to wait because she was very busy. Yes we understood that. A nice answer like I'll be back with your drinks would be nice. We weren't demanding. This was at Dennys on Zaragoza.

Excellent service. Cordial waitress!!! She was kind enough to give us the special Denny's was having. Almost similar to a Denny's Senior Adult Meal but at a lower price. It is not often you see a waitress look out for her customers in this way (finances). We should have noticed her name so that we could commend her. I did mention to the cashier that waitress gave us excellent service. Meal was warm and tasty.

Terrible customer service, took forvever for the server to assist us and there was hardly any customers. Plus the cashier too a long time to come charge us. She was on her personal phone during work.

My husband, two kids, and myself came in this morning for breakfast and (as always) we had a lovely time and a delicious hot breakfast. Our visit was so great, I felt like I HAD to leave a review in appreciation. We were served by Flor. She was so friendly and graceful from the moment we were greeted. She also made sure to get everything we needed quickly and efficiently, never once did we have to ask for refills! Our kids really enjoy her company and socializing with her, so much that when it’s time to pay and leave, they always beg to stay and hang out with her for a bit longer. Thank you Flor, for your amazing and friendly service!

ordered the chicken bacon sandwich for takeout and added avocado for $1.29 and after eating the first half I decided to open the remaining one and saw that brown and black mess of avocado hidden under the soggy piece of lettuce and it grossed me out enough to not finish it.
