Horrible you spend good amount of money, you expect quality food you get old food. Call to notify manager and employees don't even care never buying from this place again 😒 5dlls for each potatoes that are clearly old (purchase2 both were same quality). Cold food, old dry tortillas very disappointing 😞 😕 😑

Food is good I love their red salsa. Like most places you are now getting charged for condiments. I asked for a salsa for my meal it didn't come with one. I paid 1.10 I understand prices have gone up on everything. Salsa is inexpensive to make, little complimentary items along with good food and good service it's what makes your clients come back.

First time trying this place, I believe, was around Anthony, TX. Was in El paso on a weekend trip and saw this gem. It never disappoints the food is always awesome and the people there are super friendly and nice.

Aloha from da Bigpake: so I have had some chicken from all sorts of fast food places but this was the best. It roasted chicken with a Mexican flag, tortillas on the table, with salsa. It's a plate you can't stop eating and when your done you will feel fulfilled.

Excellent quality chicken, and you get a lot of food for the price. Quesadillas and the chicken salad were also really good! Lots of little sides and extras such as sauces and tortillas also come with the order, and it made for a satisfying meal!

Love this place. Grilled chicken at a lot of places is usually very dry, but I've never had a bad piece here. You also get a lot for what you pay for! They don't skimp! You'll leave satisfied!

Went there 09/28/22 at 6:41 through the drive thru. They messed up the sides we had ordered fries and macaroni salad they gave us rice instead of those two. I understand how fries and rice can sound the same but macaroni salad sounds nothing like rice. When we called they offered to replace our sides so we drove back to get them. When we got there the guy behind the counter said “really you’re complaining about rice” which is rude. We have cooked rice at home if we wanted rice that’s not what we had ordered. By the time we got back home the food was cold didn’t even offer to heat up food just gave us the sides and made us feel uncomfortable. Poorly managed location won’t be back there.

I was very disappointed with the food and service. We ordered the 12 piece combo with 2 sides. We asked for Mexican rice for one of the sides, but got fries instead. Apparently the lady taking our order at the register was not paying attention. Normally orders like this come with large sides. These were not, they were individual sides not enough for two people. We also ordered chicken salad and beans which were okay but not great. The corn tortillas were bland and tuff, not appetizing at all. Drinks were not included. For the money spent it was not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

The chicken here is really great, it’s clean and flavorful. The staff is helpful and kind. The girls are very helpful if you need anything. Lastly, I love how the salsa is very hot 🔥

Amazing customer service!!! We came in 10mins before closing and everyone was super friendly and with great energy. We felt so welcome and the place was so clean. I haven’t experienced service like this in many years. Thank you so much to all the employees for their hard work.

If I can give this place a -5 I would! So I’m currently visiting El Paso Texas and was craving a burger so I stopped by Don Carbon and ordered a #7 and specifically told the cashier no mustard no ketchup and no cheese. Received my burger and took a couple of bites when I realized it had cheese. Took it back to have it remade and did wait about 10-15 minutes before I got my order. So I felt my fries…cold….opened up my burger and couldn’t believe that they scrapped off the cheese and gave me the same meat patty with my bite marks!!! What kind of ish is that!!?? Got my money back real quick and will NEVER visit their establishment again!!

If I could give this place more stars, I would for both quality and price. Chicken doesn't taste 'chickeney' if you know what ai mean. Salsa sides and square torillas are just right. Chiles toreados! Servings are huge for $25.

The food is always delicious. 3 piece dark have me 3 small pieces of chicken. I had to wait 30 min for my order in the drive thru.

Came here at 5:00 on a Thursday. Ordered the carbonazo and two chicken quesadillas. Got home and the chicken was burned solid black on the bottom. Opened the charro beans and had a container full of liquid and chicharrones with about 1/4 cup of actual beans. Considering this meal was almost $45, I was very disappointed.

Ordered a family meal and our box of fries was half full. Check your food before you drive off. Other than that, chicken was great!

We truly enjoy this chicken and the sides. Fresh, well cooked and the beans were the best!! Never tried frijoles charros with chicharrón!! The service is excellent and the facility clean. We will try again the next trip.

Went to the drive thru to order their fit bowl with chicken. It's so good and add a toreado and it's heaven. Their chicken is very delicious and goes great with anything. Surprisingly their vegan burger is so good we look forward to ordering it. There are also kid meals to enjoy

I came from the Westside it was pouring crazy got there just so they can tell me they have no chicken there's a half hour wait stayed in the line 45 minutes and nothing got to the window still no 🐔 this sucks!!!! Customer service is horrible the lady ignored me while I was trying to ask her something she also proceeded to tell me you want chicken or not horrible

I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews. There's time when the food is good and not overly seasoned with salt but even then it's so pricey and you have to stay on top of the employees because they will give you the wrong order or they won't charge you for what you actually ordered. You have to have them repeat your order. I paid $24 for one of the #1 and it's just the chicken, some corn tortillas and 3 salsas. I personally feel that's too much. NO other sides are included, you have to order them separately. In total for TWO #1 and 6 sides, I paid $75. Maybe individual meals are more reasonable but won't be back anymore. Too pricey.
