We had a wonderful dinner here. The vegetarian options were fresh and tasty. Display of plates was well done. The staff gave us good advice about the dish of the day and was helpful and friendly. We got our order fast. You really should get an reservation at this restaurant. Everything was clean and hygienic.

Well, I just don't know where to begin. Without a reservation, they completely accommodated us as if we did. We started with the fish soup with thai flavors and coconut milk and the roasted duck salad. I kept it simple for dinner and ordered the salmon with grilled squash, but my husband ordered the fish special that just completely melted in his mouth. So many flavors filled our plates and palates, that we highly recommend you coming to enjoy the entire experience. Broad wine menu, different dishes to touch on so many parts of the world, and the most accommodating staff we've experienced to date. Provecho!

Very good quality of the food - very delicious and thoughtful creations:) great wine selection, lovely service and good value for money ! The only thing is the interior and style of the restaurant - it could really do with a renovation and a bit of an interior design consultation ! While the food is nicely arranged on very nice plates, the room atmosphere is a bit old school and not as „high class“ as the good food. Re-Belle, a newer restaurant on the island, offers both - great style and amazing food - therefore only the second best restaurant on the island for me :) Still a lovely evening though and certainly one of the gems on the island :)

What an outstanding discovery this place turned out to be. Last week we ate here on two different occasions and have nothing but praise for this restaurant. From the moment you walk in you get this warm genuine feeling that they do appreciate you as a guest and will take good care of you. Service from the owner and his staff was attentive and friendly. You find many dishes with influences from different corners of the world giving the food a fresh modern touch. The menu has an excellent choice of many interesting dishes on the menu making you coming back for more, which we did. A few daily offers outside the menu was a nice way to offer seasonal specials. Their goat cheese crème brûlée was phenomenal and all other dishes we tried including a superb fresh Albacore dish were really up to a very high standard. An interesting wine list with many local wines was also on offer. Considering their high standard I must say the value for money you get here is very high. You would have to pay way more for this kind of food elsewhere. Outdoor seating, own parking and good opening hours are other noteworthy features. Surely this must be a strong contender to be the best restaurant on the island and we can’t wait to return again.

The best meal we’ve had in La Palma. Mediterranean cooking with a Asian twist. Mains, from the weekly specials, of pork and bluefish were both excellent. Not cheap but good value for the standard. Airy dining room, plenty of space between tables and not too noisy.

Enjoying the evening: We had a nice evening with various selection of starters and main menues for reasonable prices. I enjoyed the relaxed attitude of the Restaurant. No too strict such as other good class venues. Only with slight chances in the menu they were not flexible. Thanks for the good food and service.

Best restaurant we visited on La Palma. We passed it on our way from El Paso to Los Llanos and got curious. The same evening we went there and got a spot on the terrace. Due to the evening sun, a shady table is recommended. The staff is really friendly and open, all speak really good English, a lot German as well. Next to the standard menu they offered a week menu too. Almost all dishes are made with local ingredients even if the dishes aren't all typical for the island, Region or for Spain. Already with reading the memu for the first time, we said we have to come back. The food here is delicious, well. Portioned and good balanced with interesting combination of those locally sourced ingredients. Plates are nicely put together, so the eye can enjoy the meal too. Waiting times are good between courses and the staff is really alert. After our first dinner here, we were sure we wanted to come back. So 2 days later we came again, to experience the same as we had before, just with other dishes. Also these dishes were top of the notch! The vicinity to the LP-3 road is noticeable on the terrace but definitely not annoying, due to the corners the speed of the traffic is rather low. Parking space is limited and it might harder to find a parking spot then to find a table. Last but not least the price. It was by far the most expensive restaurant we've visited on the island and the pricing is above average for La Palma and for Spain. But it is 100% worth it! The quality of food and service is also way above the average of La Palma. You get what you pay for. So if you're looking for a high quality dinner and not looking for your standard Spanish Tapas, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very nice restaurant, nice atmosphere good service and excellent food we ate here twice in one week because it was so good. Diffintly recommend going here!! The food is diffintly worth the price! We paid 72 euro plus 8 euro tip. for 2 starters 2 mains 2 glasses of very nice wine and some water.

Lucky me, I had the chance to stay there a few times during my stay on La Palma. A well organized Team, the food was excellent and Rüdiger recommended nice wines. I really enjoyed! There is more to explore and I'll back hopefully soon.

Very nice fusion restaurant. Nothing a like on the island if you ask me

We went to Franchipani three times during our stay in July. The first night, we arrived late and were hoping to just get something small to eat for ourselves and the kids (11 and 15). Although we arrived 15 minutes before closing time, we were welcomed in and seated immediately! The food was delicious and the servers really made us welcome. We decided to go back here twice and both times, again the food and service was excellent!

A very nice and memorable experience. The surprise menu was excellent value for money. Extremely friendly service that really made us feel welcome.
