First and foremost the mall itself wasn't bad, I just had a bad experience with one of the booths. On the first floor by the left side of the mall, there is a massage booth and the guy running it was incredibly aggressive with me and my friend. When passing by the guy stopped us and offered us a massage and I declined, then the man would grab my arm and try to force me and my friend to try his massage. We left the mall immediately after and we don't know who to report him to so I decided to post it here in the reviews. I don't mind the booths around the mall and I get that every one has to make a sale but when they get physical that's where I draw the line.

I cannot believe how bustling the Cielo Vista Mall was last night. I can't remember the last time I saw any mall this busy. Is the pandemic finally over? So many open businesses as well, like one selling Funko Pops and others selling vintage video games or sports cards. I felt like I time traveled back to the 90s.

Nice shopping mall with a lot of stores from banks to speciality and departmental stores. Located next to 1-10, on the East side of the city. Great parking and basically all what you need. Restaurants, banks and Apple Store also in side the mall. Tax return offices as well.

The annoying people in the kiosk’s need to stop harassing customers because no I’m not buying your 500 dollar hair straightener or 100 dollar hand cream. They can never accept a no as a answer you literally have to ignore them or walk past them but sometimes they will chase after you.

A good place to walk around and just window shop if you have no money. Also, to shop for good deals. Also, their restaurants are fair, but their Chinese restaurants. I don't recommend eating because they aren't that clean. They have coacharoaches and sont care if people see them. It's called Chinese Gourmet. Don't go, please.

Johnny Rockets, really good food for a pretty good price. Be aware if you have food allergies do not attend. There is an open kitchen and the cleanliness of the different utensils isn't great. Using the same knife to cut the burgers avacados and all sorts.

The dirtiest mall I’ve ever been to. It’s on the same scale as a swap meet. I’ve never seen so much trash & product on the floor. The only stores that didn’t have product on the floor were the mainline shoe stores, cell phone stores, beauty stores etc. The dinning area is disgusting every table is dirty. I bet rodents are under the grease machines in the dining facilities. Simone Properties has clearly charged this one to the game. I wanted to take pictures just so the mall could see what their mall looks like. But there was just too much junk trash that it became frustrating. I had to get out of there!

Outdated mall, needs a facelift. The several kiosk vendors are annoying which is why I avoid coming. And fix your escalators! Always broken and looks like an eyesore with the yellow caution tape. You Can find your typical name brand stores but other than that, better to shop online at the comfort of your home.

Totally weird mall, they close literally in the day time on Sunday and if you actually looking for a good deal ,not here,every store seems overpriced except for maybe Hot Topic ,but the inventory not as good as their online store. Save your gas and just order online 👎👎

this mall needs to handle their curbside situation ....I had to call the store numerous times letting them know all the parking spots were filled with cars and no one was inside whatsoever. store employee said they have no control over it and that the mall managers said there is nothing they can do about it. Do better, thats terrible for these employees.

Beautiful, diverse, and variety of things to do via pastimes. Love this mall ! Purchasing & activating my phone here/there was both easy and fun. Infact, the experience prompted me to even further purchase a large blue tooth speaker. Great place with great people !

Went to the pretzel place since all my family wanted pretzels. The young lady in the business was on her phone not giving service. Then she took a minute to yell out you need a mask for service. I asked her for service she still denied it still on her phone never gave us service. We had another gentleman coming out the back yelling at us "there is no service if there is no mask" if they would have asked politely and gave us great service I would have put on my mask and purchase.

The only negative is they allow the vendors to hunt you down and harass you. Shouting st you as you pass by. No thank you I'd rather not have someone touch my hair and breath on me while Covid is still a thing. Lol

The go to spot for teenagers and young couples to hangout and shoppers of all ages. Prices are a bit on the high side, but there is plenty of variety. The two floor mall, with booths for separate entities and lots of stores with a food court fit to please for most cravings. This mall is built right across a much newer outdoor mall that's just minutes away.

Literally the best mall in all of existence! Great staff here the place is very clean there are tons of stores it’s large but easy to navigate. Wide variety of amazing shops and restaurants. 100% recommend everyone to go here I have absolutely no complaints. all of the stores inside them all are a good size and have a wide variety of things as well. The restaurants are good and have great food and great customer service. Everyone around there is very nice and masks are not mandatory!

Big 2 story mall great for shopping high end and on a budget. Sports shops, kiosks, Geek stores, massages, hair and nail shops, portrait studios and fun shops. Grab a bite to eat in the food court, or a boboa tea, pretzal snacks or ice creams from the side shops. Great place for walking in doors to get in shape with ample security. Free kids play area downstairs, fun motorized animal or train rides. Holidays usully have photos with Santa or the Bunny. Fun events on thier web site for kids.

One of the best mall

It was so nice to see a full, living and vibrant mall. The mall even had a Sears which I thought were mostly gone. Beautiful decorations for the holidays and a lovely fountain.

Went to the mall to get some Christmas shopping done in the evening around 3. Went to the customer service because I needed some gift cards and there was no one there working there. I waited and nothing. So I left and did some more shopping and went back around 430 and no one ever arrived. I checked their hours and lets just say someone was supposed to be there. Super frustrating. I hardly go to the mall, but can't rely on the customer service to buy gift cards at all.

Closes too early

I really like going there but I didn't know you have scam artists at this mall. My family and I were walking around and I got stopped by one of the booth people and I didn't want to buy anything from them but they were both pushing to buy something I did the first one but the second guy came up in my face asking to buy something I told him 5 or 6 times no no no no but he won't stop tell I did so this got to stop if I ever wanted to come back to this mall again

Rarely do I shop at Cielo Vista Mall. When I do shop, I normally head to Dillard's, JC Penny's, and Macy's since they cater to the older woman more so than any other store in the mall.

Good atmosphere for shopping, a variety of stores to find what you maybe looking for. Two levels and great to walk around to get those steps in.

I have always loved going to cielo vista mall it’s by far one of the best malls We have in El Paso but their children’s area has gotten truly disgusting and smells like urine. For as much business as they get, you think they would take a little more time and effort in their children’s area.

Customer Service was absolutely no help. I asked to be connected to a store when they weren’t answering and the lady said there was nothing she could do for me. Was not willing to help in any way at all, horrendous customer service.

Cielo Vista needs Pest Control ASAP. Food court has roaches everywhere + plus exit/restroom hallways. Restaurants should complain, is disgusting to eat here.

Amid covid restrictions this mall does not follow requirements. Store employees do not wear masks properly nor are shopping patron proper mask wearing enforced. No one follows the 6 feet distancing.

The experience is awful. There is absolutely no customer service. I paid for a service only to make three appointments that were all cancelled, then when I finically get the service done the technician was an hour late. I will never support this business again. Really nice mall! Best buy and Bath & body works are the best. People always welcome you with a smile, and there are a variety of shops for whatever you may be looking for.

I recommend this place 100% jazlyn was so sweet patient and gentle and very understanding I was nervous about getting my first lobe piercing and she ask are you ready and she count to three like l ask her too and l felt better if you want her to be the one to pierce your ears go to the lovisa it's upstairs and the good news is that it's free for the piercing you gotta pay for the earring you can get the earrings for cheap for like $20 dollars if you ask for it the earrings lm wearing was 20 dollars plus tax but it's worth it
