The pool is well kept, not very many people, staff spreads out customers to honor social distancing, & they're friend and helpful.

Like how they re did the area. Plenty of place for people to sit and some nice picnic areas for families to ear.

The park has everything from a swimming pool to a community center with computers, a gym, a basketball court inside, and various activities to lead a positive life. This park was my everyday walk when I lived around that area, but now I can recommend people to go and enjoy all the many amenities the park has. My favorite is the walkway, where people can spend time walking and also walking their pets. Amazing!

You need to schedule your lane ahead of time, it does fill up depending on the time and day. We have a toddler so we stayed in the shallow end, she really enjoyed it.

For the water park, my kiddo and brothers had an amazing time. Just please remember to have the little ones wear goggles. My son is 7 and was the "perfect" height for the water streams that come out of the moving spouts to hit him directly in the eyes. The stream was so strong that he was crying and in pain for about 10-15 minutes. Thankfully no lasting damage. So don't forget the goggles. Side note: Pretty good location as well for Pokémon Go players. 👋

Fun splash pad. One of the covered picnic table areas was littered with trash, even with trash cans nearby. People just need to clean up after themselves. Otherwise, the splash pad was working well and my kids had a lot of fun.

I happened to stumble through Marty Robbins Park a couple of days ago, it was late at night so there wasn't anything going on. I did notice that there are 4 baseball fields in the center of the park. The home plates are in the center and from there you can see the whole park and it's view. The Marty Robbins Park, is very well maintained and clean. Whoever is doing the lawn maintenance there, you are doing a superb Job. Everything looks crisp and fresh.

My kids enjoy this water park so much. Only thing is not enough places to sit, sometimes dirty, and from time to time scary unexpected guest come.

The park itself has SO much space, they could've made it larger. The walking area should've been longer utilizing the back behind the baseball fields. They easily could've made the one mile distance just as Album Park. The Parks and Recreation cleaning department does a good service, but I wish they would provide much, much more trash cans all over the park.

Stopped by for a mobile vet clinic. The park looks excellent. Plan to come back on a day long bay the pup didn’t get vaccinated.

Tried taking my daughter to the rec center just after 12 pm to enjoy an afternoon. We were told there was no space for us because of kids summer camp. Very disappointed.

They dress coded me for wearing shorts that I have worn before the front desk person even said it’s was okay to get in like that but once I got in they dress coded me at the very end I would not recommend!!!

We had a lane reservation for a specific time and while we completely understanding have to share a lane within our party, they wanted us to share a lane with another third person who wasn’t part of our party or reservation. When we mentioned that we were nervous about sharing a lane because I’m pregnant and can’t swim as fast and didn’t want to get kicked, the man just told us yea that is something to worry about. They wouldn’t offer us a refund or for us to switch to their sister location in the Eastside. I don’t understand what’s the point of reserving a lane if people not in your party will be swimming in it. If you don’t want to waste your money take your chances coming in and pay upfront in the event the lanes are full since a reservation doesn’t mean anything.

The parks recreation department needs to come by this park more often. The water splash was not working until about 2 or hours later when we finally saw a P&R employee. After the water came on, we had fun.

A good place to take the kids to play! Absolutely love the fact that the playground is under shade. Also has a nice open grass area for kids to run around.

I’ve been searching for (swimming) facilities to complement my modified RCAF stretching/strengthening/weight loss exercises, and was pleased at how well Marty Robbins Aquatic center meets my needs. I was able to sample with an initial day-use fee ($3), and magnificent manager Victor told me that it is a better deal that if you swim at least 9 days, buy the 30-day pass. ($27regular/$16seniors). After my initial swim in this not-too-crowded indoor pool, I quickly bought the 30-day pass, and have been arriving every morning it’s open during the past month. Even my wife has enjoyed it on the few occasions she has been able to get away. Another great aspect are the life guards; they are all certified and extremely conscientious about their tasks. I always thank them for watching/keeping us safe, but no extended discussions—they do not need to be distracted! Part of their job is to assist more-disabled/wheelchair users with an electrical chair to enter/exit the water. The change room is ready with toilets/sinks/mirrors/bench seating/hooks/foaming soap dispensers/four excellent 1/4-turn showers/no lockers. Adjacent to the womens change room (which I assume is similar to the mens) is a speed suit water removal machine. This is an excellent relatively shallow (no deep end for diving) swimming pool, and certainly has my coveted “iWheel of Approval!”

I go here on a regular basis. The park is clean and I love that they have baseball fields and a swimming pool, splash park, basketball courts in door and out. Kids play area as well. Plenty of open space for little league practice.

Spray park is great! Just wish there was bathrooms nearby and more shaded picnic areas. Kids love this spray park!

I've always loved to come here to decompress, whether it's watching a game of baseball/softball ⚾🥎, a walk in the trail, a sit on the benches or even to shoot some pool in the rec center. Always n forever will be my park, since the '90s

My sons friend took a ball with him and the lifeguard started yelling at him and my son ran 1 time and the same lifeguard yelled again

The pool is not open for recreational use like the website says its only open for laps so dont waist your time.

  • 5/5 Bryan Q. 2 years ago on Google
It's currently only open for lap swimming due to the COVID-19 restrictions (please read description on website, carefully). It's a nice indoor pool, 25 yards, goes from 4ft to 6ft back to 4ft so it's not deep.

Pool wasn't crowded didn't smell like chlorine as you'd expect going to an indoor pool overall excellent experience

Great park for youth sports, lots of open spaces.
