I am a new card holder, and I came with my family from out of town. The staff was super nice, up until I got to the register, I was using the app, and the cashier was giving me and my family a hard time. Demanding we show our identification with our membership. We began to feel uncomfortable, and to make it worse, the cashier started to laugh at myself and my family. We decided we wanted to leave and he continued to laugh at us. The management backed him up and made us feel like we did something wrong. I will be canceling my membership and will not be visiting Cosco ever again. Worst customer experience of all time.

I just moved to Las Cruces and this location is the closest. I Misplaced my broken card and was waiting in line to get a replacement card. The line was very long (not an issue) and the kiddos started to become wiggle worms and the weather was turning. My wife walked around to the front entrance and was told that she would need to wait until I got the replacement card. She explained to him that I was in line to get a replacement card. It was raining and windy it was bad enough the line I was in was out the door and I was out side but to have my family wait outside. I asked her to walk-in and wait just on the inside but the door guard must have forgotten that even if a person could sneak past the inconsistent membership checker that a guest could not make a purchase with out the card. what is the issue? The prices are not a secret they are posted online. he was starting to be little my wife and talk to her like a child. I lost my place in line to step out and tell him I was in line getting a new card. He replied "I don't care" and that he will call the manager to have us escorted out. I told my wife at that point to go on in and go shopping, then turned to him and told him to call management that "I" would love to speak to them while I was waiting to get my new card. To my surprise I never got a visit and I was in line again for 20 more minutes. I was not happy at all, once I got my card and returned to the front the guard to the "Forbidden City" he had left. After finding my family and armed with my new card finished our shopping. The rest of the staff we came across was helpful and professional. When checking out the clerk asked for my card. I could not help but laugh. I will not be renewing my membership for my family. I'm in El Paso almost weekly and would have kept going. good bye Costco I can't be civil to a company that treats us that way. I have called Twice to talk to someone about this issue and it could not be anymore an issue to talk to someone.

I just want to say Gina you are amazing! Food court kept hanging up the phone on me and I called the administration department and you TOOK MY ORDER AND PLACED IT! That is going above and beyond. Never have I experienced such high customer service! You get 5 stars. The food court gets 1 star for consistently hanging up the phone. Do better food court. Gina! Amazing!

This Costco has gone downhill in the last year. Three separate trips, I’ve purchased items that were moldy right off the shelf. Two of them I ate the moldy food before realizing it was moldy the same day I purchased them. Madeleines, kiwi, and bread. Very poor quality control. Seems to be a recent occurrence with all incidents happening within the last 6 months. I don’t if management had a change, but the quality control has dropped off quickly. At this point, I am reluctant to purchase food at Costco anymore because my brain now associates it with mold.

Costco has great prices on bulk items. Staff seems under trained and work differently. There’s carelessness and laziness. Employees handing out samples, aren’t interested in handing them out. Manager standing in the middle of the path eating a sample as I walked by. The store is great, but staff, not so much. They’re just there for the pay check, not much pride you better let them know you need a box or they’ll dump everything in the cart before you know it.

Costco never let me down. Love to come here, it’s just so busy most of the time. Better come at the end of the day. Special, it’s 3 minutes from us ❤️. Save my time

Angelica is the clear example of excellent customer service demonstrating empathy and patience. Obviously getting prescriptions is not a fun experience, especially when you have family members that are currently sick. She made it a great experience helping me getting the best price for all of my prescriptions since we don’t have health insurance. She was very patient and explained everything. I needed to know about the prescriptions I was getting. It has been the best experience I’ve ever had at Costco.

This warehouse has everything!! I love coming to this location as it is not overcrowde. Staff is always willing to help find whatever you need. I absolutely love getting my plants here...

New member. Compared to Sam's, ten times better. The quality of merchandise is much better, food items are better than anywhere. Clothing is amazingly good and obviously better quality. Meat counter items are impressive . All prices were fair, not excessive, based on the overall quality of the items.

O M G!!! This Costco has the best customer service than any other big wholesalers. From the pharmacy staff to their membership desk! The pharmacy clerk was super helpful and kind she convinced me to get my Costco membership again. I got such a great deal. How could I say no? Miriam took my picture and was super professional for beginning to end. Give her a raise!

Love their selection, quality and prices. Their staff is great too. They don't take Amex and have no auto checkout application, that I can find. Sam's self checkout is awesome. No standing in line.

It's Costco, so what else is there to say? It was a bit crowded with merchandise and hard to maneuver around. But I finally didn't have to worry about sufficient supply of cat and dog food anymore. First time experience was amazing Levi from the membership department is the man! He was very helpful! I had no idea what all Costco had to offer prior to going there ( beside my wife telling me about the hot dogs, mostly the reason I went). But after talking to him I left Costco a executive member! I would say it’s definitely worth it! Also the hot dogs are 1/4lbs and $1.50 with a 20oz drink, that was all she wrote for me!

I always find what I'm looking for at Costco, opposed to Sam's We usually go during the week after lunchtime and we've been pretty lucky not to be fighting the crowds. Their fruit and vegetables are always fresh and well stocked.

We purchased a living room set online. Came damaged and we started return process. The pick up company scheduled pick-up with 4 hours window so my husband took time off from work and waited 6+ hours, no one showed up. My husband called them twice and they told him they will be late and he waited for another hour but still nobody showed up. We called them the following day, they said they have to reschedule us. After two weeks, they called and scheduled for today with 4 hour window from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. They told us that they will call us 30minutes before. We waited until 6:00, no show and no call. At this point, I called Costco customer service and the lady tried to call the company and they were already closed. Costco lady told me to call back tomorrow during their business hour. My husband at 6:30 called the company phone number(called us to schedule ) and a guy answered. He told us that they have other pick-ups and will call us before they come. We told him that we do not live at the pick-up location but we only 15 minutes away and as soon as we get their call, we will be there to meet them. We waited but no one called. I monitored our security cameras at that house, when I saw a pick-up vehicle. We called the company again and they told us they cannot wait and they said they called us. We have our phone with us the whole time and there were no records of their call. This is the worst experience ever. Costco return is a joke!!

We enjoyed our visit to Costco and were pleasantly surprised that they have samples again! I am not sure when they started again, but hey! The food court dining area has been drastically reduced in size but the waiting line is smaller thanks in part to the kiosk for ordering. Self checkout is also available now. The store is clean and organized. The best part was a very friendly sample server named Lilia. She was so kind and explained every detail of the product.

Went in for one thing and came out with a bunch of stuff I didn’t know I needed. And I didn’t get the one thing I did need. They have great prices on huge pumpkin pies and cheesecakes

Elderly man at the entrance ask me if I had a medical note I told him no even though I told him some of my medical issues, the manager Derek showed up I gave him some personal info and he let me into store. I will not show anyone at store a dr note explaining my medical issues no ones business.

Costco was Super busy on Monday this afternoon. A lot of merchandise is on Sale. Also, EPPD were out giving parking tickets to vehicles parked in Handicap spaces. Make sure your sticker card is updated and visible in your 🚗 otherwise it will be a $250.00 ticket!

We've been members for about 5 years now and haven't had any bad experiences yet. The couple of times I had an issue, it was taken care of. Love that they still have people at registers and they can move the lines quickly unlike Sam's Club!

This facility holds up your gold standard and I've been to plenty Costco's across the country from New Mexico oregon, East coast, several Midwest states, but this particular Costco stands out for the kindness of the people and the honesty! My experience? Somewhere in Costco I dropped my gift card obtained after returning an item, I wanted to use it on my new purchases but I lost it. After my purchase after going over to the food court they came and found me and told me the woman behind me had found my gift card on the ground if you can even believe this!!

Where do I start ???? I would give them a zero but not possible . I bought the warranty on the tire , it has not been two years and my tire are flat worn. I brought them here to validate the warranty on the four tires and manager of the tire center of course had to come with a reason not to change the defective tires. Then he tried to sell me four other tires ....Ha ha ha . I bought tires somewhere else and going to cancel my membership. They did it with truck tire and now with my wife SUV.

I love Costco. But I saw an old lady touching all the Croissants. Not because they fell out but because she was choosing them! Please start sealing the croissant boxes in order to avoid this type of incident that’s putting peoples health at risk. Who knows how many other uncivilized people have done the same.

I went to get my membership card and I wanted the regular one ($60), and I ended up paying for the business one cause the lady at the desk was very pushy, even though I told her we just wanted the regular cause we barely use it, but she kept pushing me to get the other one, then a coworker of her helped her and I was so pushed and anxious that agreed. But other than my experience, the store has everything I need, cashiers are fast and friendly.

A quick trip for yogurt turned into a $560 shopping trip. It's always fun to shop here. Ended up buying two pairs of glasses at the optical store along with some cool advent calendars with a different beer for each day, leading to Christmas. Love the pumpkin pie.

Parking is a challenge with the strip mall stores surrounding it. The store was packed and not enough checkout lines were open. They expect everyone to use self checkout. Prices are a little higher than Sam's Club but some good deals can be found.
