The atmosphere here is absolutely awesome. It’s like a more hip/modern take on Bdubs. The prices are very similar to there as well. This restaurant is also kids friendly with large booths available for them and your family. We ate inside, but there is some awesome outdoor seating available as well. If you’re a sports fan, you’re in for a treat as they play nationally televised games on the nearly 40 TVs they have displayed all over the restaurant. The only negative thing I can think of is that the cocktail/drinks menu doesn’t have the prices shown. Other than that, 10/10.

Good food, good atmosphere. Parking is congested, restrooms are clean, staff was polite and helpful, food was really good and portions were huge. SO Much FOOD!!!!!!! Moderately priced, we had 8 people with 7 alcoholic drinks a few fountain drinks, 2 sampler appetizers, and 8 meals. Spent roughly $230 after tip. Had plenty of leftovers to take home. Found a tiny kitten, she gained a forever loving home.

Good wing restaurant with comfortable seating, open design, nice bar area, and a good varitey of beer, whiskey, & tequila to chose from. Initially walking in the door the employees were a little standoffish and not very friendly or inviting which made me have second thoughts about leaving. But, after a few minutes things started to normalize once they warm up to you. Then the service was good overall. Maybe everyone was just having a bad day but I found this to be really odd for a family oriented restaurant. Overall, the Shack is a good place to grab a bite to eat after work with friends, bring the family, or watch the game which they have plenty of tvs to do so. Currently the wings are a little over priced in my opinion but good size and good quality compared to other wing restaurant chains. They do have plenty of other options to chose from on the menu. I will definitely be back to give it a second try and see how it goes.. Recommendations: Nachos Lemon pepper bone-in wings & fries

The drinks are good, their happy hour is great. The shrimp, wings (boneless and bone-in) are solid and the sauces are flavorful. Even their salad was good! The only thing that has missed the mark was the burgers, they've been a bit dry. But everything else is worth the 5 stars.

Great food, amazing atmosphere. They have live bands that play, all the sports showing, good music. The drinks are really good. They don't have a wide range of beers, but the one's they have are good. Even though it's a traditional wing place, it has burgers, sandwiches, and salads.

Service is friendly and prompt, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Prices are reasonable, providing good value for the quality and quantity of food and drink served.

The girl who took my order was nice, but the order was not done to my expectations. I asked for my wings to be extra crispy, and some were even raw!!! The previous time I order take out I paid for a large ranch, and when I got home, it was missing, but they sure charged for it. It seems that they always miss something and don't do things right. I will not return there.

This place never disappoints. The food, drinks and service is always consistently good. The only downfall is the parking. Too few for the business saturated area. A definite comeback place, if parking is a available.

I just wanted to give or waitress Ms. Allis Ashley a massive shout out for our experience tonight. We were sat in a reasonable amount of time. After we had been sat it took a small amount of time to be attended to until Ms. Allis Ashley dropped by our table even though it wasn’t hers to make sure that we were taken care of. Take care of us, she certainly did. She periodically checked on us and without even asking got my son a refill when she noticed he was out. I wanted to give this shout out because it was not necessary for her to do that. Thank you for being an exemplary server. That is what you hope for when you go out to eat.

My favorite place for wings! Our waitress Jackie was very friendly and attentive, this is our second time being served by her and she is always on top of our needs and checks our table frequently. The food is fantastic and was brought to our table in about 5 minutes. I like the ambience of the place and when we’ve come during a weekday we’re seated immediately. Weekend gets very busy so wait time can be about 30-45 minutes, but well worth the wait. We’ve come several times and all the waitresses have been very helpful and nice. Totally recommend.

Great place to go in the middle of a hot day to get a cold Miller Lite Draught. The food is good too. Went there while getting my car serviced. Nice atmosphere, plenty of TV's.

I liked the ambience and the friendly staff. They acknowledged us immediately we arrived. We waited for about 10 minutes. We were seated at the outdoor sitting area. Waitress was very attentive and checked on our table several times. The DJ was playing 90s music right next to us. Really enjoyed myself and will most definitely return.

I used to really like the food here but now it’s just too over priced and the quality of the food isn’t the same. I Would always get the waffle fries and the monte cristo but the last 3 times I ordered it the fries were so hard and all stuck together I couldn’t eat them. Also the monte cristo never comes with the jam or powdered sugar anymore so it’s literally just a hot sandwich, I am so disappointed since I wasted money by giving this place one more chance and I will no longer recommend the Shack to anyone.

Food was good our server sam was great, very knowledgeable of the menu, and very friendly. I went a second time and got the fried pickles and grilled lemon pepper shrimp, sat at the bar top with jasmine and she was attentive and friendly.

First time being at The Shack and I have to say it’s AWESOME! The place was stunning, the food was absolutely delicious and the service by Marcela was extraordinary. Marcela was in charge of bringing me the correct order I ordered. She was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Had a great time with friends and will definitely come back to get more of the shrimp wings!

Manager Claudia was very attentive and helpful. Great atmosphere and food. Our server was very helpful as well, she took great care of us and made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely come back again!

This was my first visit but definitely won’t be my last Arial was my waitress she was super friendly, amazing and attentive. She listened to my desire for my meal and these nachos are by far the best I have had since moving to El Paso. The sweet tea was amazing and being from TN it is rare to find comparable sweet tea. The atmosphere is very inviting as well.

Second time here. First time was about two years ago. I didn't like it much the first time but gave it another shot and it was delicious. I love their spicy ranch. The fried pickles and shrooms are so delicious. The jalapeno poppers are good too but I felt like they needed bacon but that could just be my preference. The wings weren't greasy and the flavors were there. Definitely would come back. Service was very good as well.
