If I got to leave a review without a star I would. The new "manager" doesn't know left from right. Been ordering here for years but never again for your felon employed trying to scoot me out before I can check my order. Cool you guys want to give everyone lemon pepper wings without our flavors but admit humbly what you have or don't have or what you have able to make good food choices. Never coming here again.

Ordered 2 orders of the same boneless wings and fries. Same order and one order of fries were cold and the other hot, one order of boneless wings looked like small giblets and the other was bigger pieces. I miss the old crew. I'd give less but sometimes they are good, other times it's lack luster. 😮‍💨

Ordered online for delivery, cuz didnt want to leave the house. Tipped driver more than 25%. Waited 45 minutes, to my amazement, they brung the wrong order. Tried to catch driver, if his music wasnt so loud, might have caught. Long story short, had to go get my order. I would imagine that someone would actually confirm the order, not by name only. Their excuse was, there was another order for kevin. I looked at the ticket on the bag. The receipt was useless no information other than the name kevin. This is the second time ever that I have used a 3rd party delivery. Both times, did not get my order. My previous order, I actually got a text saying it was delivered. Never got it. I will not be using any 3rd party deliveries anymore. Ripped off twice!

The food is delicious! I picked up dinner (chicken thighs with seasoned fries)! Was ready when I picked up! I went a 2nd time to buy lunch for my Parents, the same & They liked very much! The service was great both times! I'll be going back again!

Cashier was new. She had issues with the register 2 times then our order was missing an item. Well at the end we enjoyed our food anyway and she was so apologetic.

Guys come on... the order said bbq & cajun. Does that look like CAJUN to you??? Where is the seasoning?? Thats original hot right there, NOT cajun. You ppl seriously got lazy. How hard is it to put cajun powder on wings?? That tape seal means you got it right supposedly so no need to check, but apparently not... do a better job rookies! This is a common occurrence at local wingstops now😒 👎

10pm Sept.3.2022. Ordered 8 peice boneless half atomic and half mango along with voodoo fries. They gave me bone in wings (all one flavor), normal fries, and a sandwich. I politely returned it explaining that it isn't close to what I ordered and provided my receipt. They took it back, apologized, and returned with the same wings, fries, and sandwich from before, but with the correct boneless wings and still no voodoo fries. Maybe it's an off day for the kitchen staff, but even with the receipt it was still incorrect. Food is still great as usual though...

The most disgusting wings we have ever eaten. It took over 20 minutes to cook 6 bone in wings and 6 boneless wings. The bone in were ordered mild and the boneless Korean hot, neither had any sauce the boneless were nuggets not wings and salty. The fries were cooked in two days old oil and had pieces of dried breading and over cooked. We will not return here anytime soon because the food was disgusting to say the least. We live to far away to have returned them for our money so we threw them out and went to spend more money on another meal elsewhere. If you're looking for good chicken wings don't go here.

Great tasting wings, but if you order to go or delivered be prepared to scream about inaccurate order. Never fails to amaze me how they can screw up your order.

I had been trying to place a delivery order with Wingstop since 10pm when the site alerted me that there was an error with the site accepting orders. That was fine. I must have called the restaurant 3 or 4 times to place a small order, but the phone just kept ringing. I went to the store to order in person, but was told that they were no longer taking orders as of 1045.... it was 1030. They wouldn't take our order. How disappointing...

Been coming to this Wing Stop for years but it’s really gone downhill. Service sucks! They take over an hr for your order when only it says 23-28 min online. If you don’t stay on them and keep asking on your food, they will just leave it on the rack. This Saturday I went, of course it was busy, they seemed understaffed. Huge line waiting. One employee had 5 bags that he was trying to label and taking fries and veggies out with his bare hands from one bag to put in a different one. It wasn’t my bag but I asked if the one on the rack was mine. Finally get home and my damn fries are cold and my wings are over salted. This was what did it for me. I’m done.

Placed an order online and came in to pick it up. The man in the front never greeted us and never bothered to say "I'll be right with you." I was standing there for awhile and finally he just says "Yes?" His customer service is not great and he didn't bother to say thank you or have a good night. This place is horrible and they forgot something in my order. Overall, bad service and bad atmosphere at this location.

Have you ever had that dreaded experience where you order online, show up, they hand you your order you get home and you find out they left out half your order? Well, that's what happened to me. I get home and we had to ration the food because half of it was missing. What a PITA to have to return to the store right? So I called and in my 58 years of life I've had experiences such as these where management always tries to make things right, well not in this case. After explaining to Manuel Carballo, the manager, what had happened he took absolutely zero accountability and his solution was simply to credit me for the missing item absolutely no compassion, no apology for the fact that my family's dinner was, to say the least, unsatisfying. If this would have happened with for example Dominoes, I guarantee you that they would have delivered the correct order to your home in minutes. I do not expect perfection but I do expect professionalism and to be treated with respect. I am truly appalled that this individual works in this sector of business because he doesn't have an ounce of social intellect to deal appropriately with matters such as these. The wing industry is prolific and the competition is stiff. Everyone is getting better in business, one just has to get better faster than the rest and I'm not sure the store at 1757 George Dieter has the right management to execute on this. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

I would have to say after being at so many times this has been the best location that I have ever been to the employees were exceptional and they attended me with so much respect the manager Angel was so courteous and has the best manager poise that I have ever seen at a restaurant chain as Wingstop I believe Angel is well suited for this job and he set me up with a very good meal very fresh and it tasted very well All the other Wingstop that I have been to have been tasting very weird but this one has been an exception I don’t know what they do but Angel and his staff have a top tier way of doing things that make this chain go through the roof I enjoy eating at this Wingstop and I will forever make this my forever Wingstop

Worst Wingstop i have ever being. They clearly show they work per hour. They rather chit chat on the back. This is the third time i witness this low level of work performance. This place has an atrocious service is infuriating experience.

I don’t know what’s going on with this wingstop location but it needs to get better. From messing up my order not onc but TWICE in the same night to neglecting their customers in the front to the constant profanity being yelled by the cooks in the back. People with families can hear them saying f words and telling each other to “shut the f up”. Very unprofessional. I’m willing to take a drive to a further location to avoid this wingstop

I like wing stop, but this location constantly messes up my orders. Luckily the staff here is understanding, and usually corrects the discrepancies. If you order online, check your order before you go home. It's annoying driving back to get missing items from your order after a long days work.

This is sad!! We always get wingstop with no problem however this location sucks. This is the 3rd time I come and the wait for the food is RIDICULOUS!! It's a TUESDAY and I called in my order I was told 30 min for a six piece combo . I thought ok maybe I won't have to wait the hour and a half I did last time. Well guess what 47 min and still NO wings. Man I hate this location. Stay away from here thus is the reason I like the fast zaragoza or viscount location it never takes long for your food.

I called to order the 75 wings family pack to pick up. When I arrived I told the cashier (a boy with glasses) that I wanted them extra crispy and the guy in the back said rudely that I needed to wait. Which we then said we were going to wait... when we got home I saw that we were missing the Lemon Pepper flavored wings, they had given us Atomic flavor instead. We then called the store and told them about the mistake at first they were saying that we were wrong, but then accepted and told us they were going to make us the order of lemon pepper and it was going to be ready in 25 mins. We then went to store after like 35 mins to pick up the Lemmon pepper wings, when I went in the store the cashier went back to the guy in the kitchen and asked him for the order, and the guy in the kitchen said "They were ready but since they took longer we gave them to another customer, if they want them they're going to have to wait again". I left the store and called and asked for the guy in the kitchen name and they said it was Sebastian and told us we could call tomorrow to speak to Omar the manager. We constantly come to this location and this is the first time ever that we are treated as if the employees are giving us the food for free. I do have to REITERATE, the cashier was really pleasant and respectful during everything, it was the guy in the back that gave HORRIBLE customer service. We won't be coming back to this location I rather drive farther.
