The
reality
is
that
the
wings
are
good,
that's
not
my
gripe.
Have
you
ever
had
that
dreaded
experience
where
you
order
online,
show
up,
they
hand
you
your
order
you
get
home
and
you
find
out
they
left
out
half
your
order?
Well,
that's
what
happened
to
me.
I
get
home
and
we
had
to
ration
the
food
because
half
of
it
was
missing.
What
a
PITA
to
have
to
return
to
the
store
right?
So
I
called
and
in
my
58
years
of
life
I've
had
experiences
such
as
these
where
management
always
tries
to
make
things
right,
well
not
in
this
case.
After
explaining
to
Manuel
Carballo,
the
manager,
what
had
happened
he
took
absolutely
zero
accountability
and
his
solution
was
simply
to
credit
me
for
the
missing
item
absolutely
no
compassion,
no
apology
for
the
fact
that
my
family's
dinner
was,
to
say
the
least,
unsatisfying.
If
this
would
have
happened
with
for
example
Dominoes,
I
guarantee
you
that
they
would
have
delivered
the
correct
order
to
your
home
in
minutes.
I
do
not
expect
perfection
but
I
do
expect
professionalism
and
to
be
treated
with
respect.
I
am
truly
appalled
that
this
individual
works
in
this
sector
of
business
because
he
doesn't
have
an
ounce
of
social
intellect
to
deal
appropriately
with
matters
such
as
these.
The
wing
industry
is
prolific
and
the
competition
is
stiff.
Everyone
is
getting
better
in
business,
one
just
has
to
get
better
faster
than
the
rest
and
I'm
not
sure
the
store
at
1757
George
Dieter
has
the
right
management
to
execute
on
this.

DISAPPOINTED!!
