This was a first. We were the only people, my daughter and I, in the restaurant and weren’t told anything while the staff was making to go orders. We waited 5 minutes and no one said anything. We then left to a different place. We love chipotle, but this was disappointing. Month later: Two times in a month going twice and still is very disappointing. My wife ordered a veggie bowl and this is the serving we were given. Very disappointed in lack of training, service and care. Won’t be back!

The food was great! However, one of the line servers stepped back to eat a sample size cup of barbacoa, using her fingers instead of a utensil, WITH her serving gloves still on and then went back to the serving line to serve without changing her gloves. I told her to change her serving gloves and she rolled her eyes and left to change them. This same server cut off another server while she was in the middle of explaining options to us. The music was extremely loud... not slightly, but extremely loud. Three tables in a row were dirty, so I had to wet napkins to wipe one off for us to sit at.

I ordered my food to go as always and I’m not sure what I found in my food. Barbacoa bone or something. It freaked me out and I couldn’t go back to the restaurant to show them because I had a short amount of time to eat and go pick up my daughter and run errands. :( My food was also cold and I picked it up right at the time set for pick up .Didn’t look very appetizing when I lifted the foil. Wish I lived closer to the fountains location. They always got it right!

This was my first time trying chipotle and it was actually better than I thought it would be I recommend coming here

I work at this shopping center and most days I like to pick food up on my way home although I have a 30 minute commute. I will usually order my sour cream and salsa on the side to avoid my food from getting soggy. I was told today I would have to pay $1 for each side that does not get put into my bowl. I asked if I had gotten it in my bowl if I would be charged and she said no, only because I'm asking for it on the side that it would have to be charged extra. Every other location does not charge me since it's a free topping but apparently this location likes to upcharge customers. Sorry but I don't like to be taken advantage of and I will completely avoid this location now.

terrible service during closing shift. workers (especially a blonde girl) made faces, gave attitude, and served you as if the portions were coming out of their paychecks with a terrible attitude. i would recommend any other chipotle location except for this one just because of the terrible service given here.

I was in today and I felt unwelcome. I wasn’t greeted at all, and I wasn’t the only one who wasn’t greeted, by the first person I came in contact with (whoever was first in the serving line). I was hardly looked at and the man who served me and made me feel rushed, he hardly spoke. When he moved me to the second portion of ordering, the lady acted the same way (felt like she didn’t want to be there, zero customer service qualities as the first team member). I again felt rushed. I understand it is fast food but I legitimately felt like they wanted me in and out in under 2 minutes. The line wasn’t that long behind me. I used to work at pieology in the same complex and we would get busy but we never cut out customer service for a long line. When I finally got to the cashier he greeted me with a smile. I usually see him because I go a lot so we had a common ground. The lady however who was next to him helping him with the cashier position was just as smiley but she made me feel just as rushed. I was given my total by the man on the cash register and I paid in cash. As I was putting my cash away and getting my stuff together, the lady who was helping continued to push my bag of food toward me as if I didn’t get the hint. I understood that they needed to get the next customer checked out but to basically push me out of the restaurant made me upset. As I finally got my money in my purse (which was under 30 seconds) I didn’t receive and “bye thank you”. All in all I felt unwelcome and rushed. When I got home less than 10 minutes later, my meat and rice AND beans were cold. I’m currently eating a cold meal. I usually have the same customer service issues at the Mesa location here in El Paso. My bowl itself is also wet... I get the same thing every time so I am confused as to how my bowl is wet today but usually never is. I don’t think it’s condensation if my food is cold.

I came in here today and the first thing I saw was one of the employees in the back not wearing a mask and touching his face while handling food. Come on people! They only let 2 people in the store at a time but your emoloyees still put us all at risk. No thanks.

This is one of the worst Chipotle locations. They are always out of salsa or beans or rice, and this is not even a busy location. Poorly managed and poorly trained staff.

I frequent this Chipotle several times a week. We've noticed that the cleanliness and freshness of food are no longer this locations top priority. The restaurant is very dirty. We love Chipotle but not this location. We've resorted to driving further out to the Chipotle off of N. Mesa where they take pride in cleanliness and fresh food.

Well this place went down hill today. Only filled the bowl 3/4 and gave us a tiny burrito.

Ordered 2 salad bowls and both had meat liquid that filled the entire bottoms. Also there wasn’t much lettuce in there and what was in there was soggy from the juice. It was literally a soup. Please drain the juice before filling up the bowls. It was horrible.

Worst Chipotle location, they never serve well and portions are always small compared to other Chipotles. Ordered a bowl and it was poorly served. Asked the server if I could have a better served bowl but she said I would be charged for double protein. I declined and proceeded to pay. I dined in and then noticed I mostly had the fat of the meat. I was about to go back and let the person who served my bowl know, but decided against this when she began yelling at an employee she seemed to be training for saying avocado instead of guacamole. Trainee seemed pretty embarrassed by this unmannered lady! To top things off, I asked the cashier for the servers name just before leaving and she advised that it was the GM, Paulina! Ridiculous and very disappointed!!!! We will not return to this location.

Walk in about 9:20 PM to dine in and only three tables were available. Chairs were up on the rest of tables as if the restaurant was closing for the night. Hours of operation 10:45am-10:00pm is posted on the door but people became discouraged so left to seat outside in the cold to eat their food. Unacceptable!

Staff is fun, they get you through the line quickly. I order the bowls with brown rise, then load me up. It's ok to spend more for Guacamole, it's fresh. Nice store, friendly staff.

I have always had a great meal from this location. Wade and the team there have always been courteous and kind. I love coming here! The last time I came Wade who I assume is the manager paid for me. I forgot my wallet and my Apple Pay on my phone wasn’t functioning correctly. Extremely appreciative and thankful. Especially with everything going on.

Second time at Chipotle. Great food but I just don't like the presentation on the bowl for the reason that all my food was all scattered and with the lettuce on the top and the guacamole on the side I I felt disappointed when trying to eat my food.

Ordered two burritos: 1 Steak 1 Carnitas Plus added other items. Walked in and placed order and brought it home. As my husband ate his Steak burrito close to the end, OUT COMES A MEDIUM LENGTH HAIR. ????He did not even finished the rest. 30 minutes later, I begin to eat my Carnitas burrito. Since I cut mine in half I ate half of it. Third bite into the half OUT COMES ANOTHER MEDIUM LENTH OF HAIR. ??? Threw all my burrito. Called the store and no answer. SUPER DISPLEASED ???BY THE PRODUCT SERVED. Will not recommend at all. And will NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION Again.

The food is always delicious and consistent. I usually get steak burrito including brown cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole ($2 extra)

If you order for pickup you can guarantee they wont have even started on your order by the scheduled pickup time. If you order delivery your order will definitely be wrong every time.
