This is the worst place to eat in all of El Paso except the food is fantastic the service is terrible. If you are lucky enough to get your sandwich it will be good but they are out of everything they're always complaining that they're short staffed they have rude kids that work there that don't do anything but stand around. They try to scare you off by telling you there will be a 45 minute wait. I complained to corporate they gave me a free sandwich so I went back to redeem it and same thing out of meat out of ice out of soda the bathroom didn't work the chairs were all broken the manager was overwhelmed and at least apologized. The staff was eating while we were trying to get sandwiches

Love the subs. Delicious! But the sitting area is always dirty. At times it's not easy to find a clean table to sit and enjoy my lunch. I don't know who's duties are to clean but I see employees in the back of the counter doing nothing. Customer service not what it used to be. That's for sure.

Love the food but Staff is lazy. . . Place was dirty and to make things worse multiple times now we go and they're closing way before their posted time just to be able to leave early. Times are posted for a reason and should be followed especially if it's fully staffed as it usually is when this happens. No professionalism from this establishment. Simply disappointing. If you want to come here I recommend you coming an hour before closing if you want to be helped. It's ridiculous.

Good food but it’s pricey and service is lousy. Ordered 2 medium and 2 large sandwiches to-go (no drinks or chips), paid over $50, every sandwich was made wrong and no pickle spears were included (of course I did find out until I was home). It was an online/app order so no chance of miscommunication when ordering. One sandwich was ordered with just bell peppers and cucumber, but we got it with everything except that. The staff is polite, but are more focused on socializing than serving guests. As I waited for my food along with several other guests, we watched as team members socialized, joked, and laughed while only one of them slowly made sandwiches for several guests that were waiting for food, and to top if off, the expensive sandwiches were made incorrectly.

I love the sandwiches here, especially the steak and cheese. Restaurant was clean and sandwiches were out quickly. My son loves the meatball sandwich from here. Meatballs are far better than those at Subway. And their tea is so good and strong.

Picking up a GH order, employees claimed they did not received the order, so it was canceled, gas & time wasted because people are not checking the systems.

The atmosphere was very nice, and I didn't feel like I was clueless and couldn't ask anyone what to do or where to go. Firehouse subs is my go-to sandwich/ sub place, and I love their subs!!!!!

Man I love this place, always have always will. Forget those other places with yellow and green signs... you know the place. Firehouse is the place for great subs.... plus they help firemen with live saving equipment which in turn helps us.

Subs lack a bit of spices could have more flavor to them. I had the Italian meatball sub. Needed more seasoning. But staff made it all good with service, and a clean place.

This place is point on sandwich bread is soft and always hot depending on your order great atmosphere. If your kind of hesitant trust me you will not be disappointed.

No customer service here. $16000. Coke dispensers out out Fanta orange on 1 machine and the other serves soda water. Don't have time to fix it. Some chips are more special than others and are available only on request, if they have time!

What happened to my firehouse? I have had better sandwiches from gas station coolers. The order was placed online for a 1:05 pickup, 90 minutes later. It was prepared when they received the order. Everything was stone cold. The meat lacked 2 inches reaching the end of the bread on BOTH ends. The cheese was missing, and the meat was mostly fat. The bowl of chilli was thin as water and ice cold. Utterly inedible meal. Was it because I dared use loyalty points for a free sandwich? I know these places are franchised, but this one is damaging the whole company.

I recently visited Firehouse on Redd Rd. and was thoroughly disappointed with the service provided, which I found to be completely unacceptable. Upon entering the establishment, the lackluster attitude of the staff was immediately evident. The employees seemed disinterested and indifferent, paying little attention to customers’ needs or inquiries. This lack of attentiveness greatly diminished the overall atmosphere and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Senior Leaders need some eyes on this store.

My sandwiches are always prepared just the way i order and always taste great! Staff usually are pretty attentive and friendly.

Smelled delicious when we walked in. Fast friendly service. Took about five minutes for our order to come out, there was about a handful of people in there. It was very clean too, nice decor. Price was a bit high, but not too bad. About $20 for a meal for two. Food tasted fresh. Overall great experience.

Firehouse subs are the best. They are made perfect every time I have eaten there and are pretty quick about it. I like to use their online order so I can skip the line and get my food quick. Never had to worry about them messing it up either. Overall a good place to eat

I think the sandwiches here are better than Schlotskys and Jason's deli.
