Was a little disappointed that the splash pad wasn't open yet even though it's definitely warm enough. Also there wasn't any info about when it would be open anywhere. Haven't found anything on the website either.

I suggest going early between like 9 30 10 the park opens at 10 that way you're able to get atable and you're able to actually relax and you know you can watch the kids from right there I enjoyed it very much so did my kids very clean way better than I expected especially for being free

It's ok...went with the family for memorial day here and the water turned off at 5ish...not much shade...but kids did still have fun...Pavo park by far best free splash park

For some reason the splash pad is always throwing the minimal possible water. The bucket would fill up every 20ish minutes. As you can see the water isn't even on and everyone is just waiting. Hopefully this reaches someone that can fix this issue.

Sue young added a splash pad/park. It is a blast for my kids. And its FREE! Decent seating. A good playground and really good shade. There's a fun family event for many different age groups.

Recently renovated and routinely maintained, family friendly and close to Sam's, EPCC Transmountain Campus and William Haddad WWII Memorial, where there are usually food trucks and plenty of historical information.

This park is amazing mostly because of the water area but the restrooms aren't that clean and the water fountain close to the restrooms aren't that fresh and the water is just warm

  • 4/5 Eugene L. 4 years ago on Google

Very nice park, a horrible bathroom. Not kept up very well from the city.

This park is very big and it's free. Playground for the kids, & a little waterpark area as well. Has a soccer field, & grown trees for shade. Free grill use & picnic tables.

Kids had fun, need more trees. Trash needs to be picked up more regularly

  • 5/5 James M. 10 months ago on Google
No pressure for the barrel to fill up every 30:40 minutes to fill up today was to hot just standing there looking at a gaint bucket to fill up

  • 3/5 C S. 6 months ago on Google
Noticed some questionable people in the area, hovering around the bathroom near the park. Keep your eyes on your kids. Random trash littered about, not a lot but enough to be noticeable. Trashcans were not over flowing so it's probably just because of lazy people. Plenty of space to host a semi private party, but no running water near.

I have lots of parks in my favorites list this one just like Marie Tobin nations park it was close to where I grew up and I have always enjoyed this park even more now with my own children and the water park addition makes it that much better and funner to enjoy.

Not enough shaded area by the water section. Nice place to visit with your children.

    Nice park

  • 5/5 Rebecca B. 5 years ago on Google
Nice green space with a splash park and covered playground. There are many covered picnic tables and at least one barbecue area. There is also plenty of grass for soccer games or just running around. It is very close to open desert so occasionally you will see wildlife there.

  • 3/5 Joann B. 3 years ago on Google
Due to Covid 19 the park is closed, been closed and isnt reopening until.... whenever. How I know this, El Paso said they were reopening May 1st, waited til sunday when it got hot in the afternoon, once I got to the entrance of the splash Pad the yellow tape is still there... I feel bad for the kids. Cant wait for outside to be open again.

I like that park alot, its not crowded on weekdays and since there is desert around it, there are always some wild rabbits feeding on the grass.

Love to go here with my children! They have such a good time. Its always very clean. And I love how they have the covers over everything this year!

  • 4/5 jammy j. 4 years ago on Google
My kids love the water works. Plenty of space for large family activities, cookouts, and decent parking. I gave 4 stars because they're aren't enough trash bins and the restrooms are a long walk. A set of porta-potty units are available at one end and a sheltered building at the other end.

Our boys love it here. The bucket dump really drops some water.

  • 5/5 Anita A A. 4 years ago on Google
This is a fun place to take your children to and also they have suntan lotion in containers around the water area. It is a splash park and no swimming is available. Great for children that can't swim yet. It gets very busy in the summer. It would be nice if there was more shaded areas around the wall that surrounds the splash park area.

  • 5/5 William S. 4 years ago on Google

Has scary electronic alarm in colorful play area that warns you during open park hours by loudspeaker that you entered a restricted, that's your photo has been taken and it will be used to prosecute you. It says please leave the area immediately!
