No complaints here, people are doing their job, place is clean, cashiers are tentative, lines go pretry fast, inventory a plus. Well organized and I'm really starting to like this Walmart as it is in my vicinity!! Bakery is the best in the area!

Had to wait 20 minutes for a manager to help scan a item . Lack of service female employees are rude.

I would recommend anyone to use Wal-Mart's App. for on-line or in store shopping. They're App is user friendly and customer service is great! Employees are very friendly, courteous, very helpful and are always willing to lend a helping hand. I have no reservation recommending Wal-Mart Super Center for all your shopping needs!

Waitress was nice, food served fast but cold. Butter didn't melt on the pancakes. Enchilada sauce tasted canned. Food was edible but not worth going back for.

I've never had a problem at this location ever! There's a female with dyed red hair that's always willing to stop her task and help me find things. She's excellent. I know she and the other employees have very strict time frames to accomplish their tasks but she helps regardless and is essential to the customer service on the food side.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Picked up my order and I was missing 7 meat items and 6 other items!!! Had travel back to the store with all four of my kids!! How do you miss 13 items??!!! So annoyed! To make matters worst, gas is ridiculously expensive right now! Thanks for doing me wrong Walmart! Picture is of everything I was missing.

This is one of my favorite Walmart locations to shop at. However, I did see a man shopping there wearing barely any clothing. What he did wear was some very skimpy black skin-tight items that barely covered his private areas. I love this Walmart. The staff is fantastic and always very helpful. But because of this one customer I will never return there. I don't want to see him, and I don't want to risk my kids to see him.

Clean and organized check out seems reasonable only wish prices were lower but I think it's ok to shop

This store is easpecially in my top 3 favorite Superstore! The renovation has finally modernized the inside, more spacious, clean, & very well-kept. Not to mention how friendly the staffs on-floor are!

Always find what I need at Walmart and I have a great time doing so . Got these two sweatshirt and sweatpants for my grandchildren they're feeling blessed

Went to the Vision Center and was attended to by Yvonne. She has taken care of me for the last few years and is always polite , professional and SUPER efficient in maximizing our insurance benefit’s along with eyewear suggestions. It is always a pleasure visiting with her and doing business with her. I hope she stays at this Walmart, but if she gets moved, I will definitely follow her to her new location.

Went in to the Vision and Glasses center to get my anual eye exam and was very happy with the service they provided. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have nice frames at affordable prices.

There are no cashiers available week days. Only self check out. I was told it was a staffing problem but I have encountered this various times when in store shopping during the mornings. If you pay with a check, they have to open a till. Daniel and all the managers must find a solution. Hint: they know what they need to do but won’t do it unless there are enough customers complaining, unfortunately.

I've been eating frosted flakes over 40 years and Tony the tiger finally came alive I love this store time to pull up on horses next😇

No cashiers available only self checkout and I had a full cart and still checkout my self. Plus constantly having to get assistance because things were not scanning. This has been the worst. I won't be doing large amounts of shopping there anymore Next time I'll just go to Albertsons.

Went to the eye doctor here. Not the vision center, but that little outside door that's next to it for a vision problem. They were great! The visit was super affordable and they're open late. They were very friendly and took very good care of me. I wish they were closer to my home, this was an emergency so I drove 40 minutes to get here. 😫I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to lose my vision due to a trauma. I might have to come here more often. Worth the drive!!!

Fine. Shelves seem a bit empty. Some things we were looking for were unavailable. We were able to select other, higher priced options, but we eventually got everything we came for.

Had a few registers open not really promoting customer service, prices are sky rocketing l am assuming to cover there shrinkage. We really do not I repeat do not look forward to shopping at a place where prices have gone up to cover 😒 the theft and you have to ring up and bag your merchandise.

Way way way too many people here but at least they have everything you need! They do an awesome job at keeping everything in stock! ...except the hot wheels cause the back end managers always steal the good/cool hotwheels and diecasts. Keep the Hot Wheels and Toy Car section better stocked please.

Such an obstacle to exchange diapers today. I normally present my ID and get a gift card and go on with my day, Briana&Ari(cashier& Team lead) refused. I then brought the correct size of diapers I wanted to exchange and saw cashier return and upload credit onto a gift card and proceeded to give me gift card with remaining balance left on it, which i proceeded to use towards rest of my purchase. Defeated the whole purpose and made my trip longer shopping with my newborn, everyone wants to walk in and get out with what they need without a longer duration.

Great store. Completely different than the store in the Northeast, of which is highly commendable. This store is full of people who go out of their way to assist. Costumers as well as employee's. Thank you so much from the homeless man and his dog barthalemew

It's just like all the other stores......the workers are different though, some are pretty, some are weird (like me), and some look like they have no idea what they're doing (shoppers included) family vibes.

A good and large Wal-Mart. It was open late and had armed security. It’s conveniently located next to multiple restaurants and gas stations.

It's super fun everyime.....but the lanes are not level. Of you are a super serious bowler I'm sure it would be irritating. I suck, so it's not a problem.

Walmart is the one stop shop all supercenter store. They have everything you need. Thank you chips to body care food drink and car Care if it is the One stop shop all place. It's a good thing that we have several around El Paso.

Very well stocked, everything I needed, one stop shopping. Even Pinot grigio for my shrimp scampi parm. They don't offer wine for sale at Walmart in NY.

Terrible customer service, refusal to exchange a vehicle battery even though it is covered by their policy. Took over an hour to resolve the issue and at the end of the day they were wrong. We left with a new battery after a real manager realized the mistake.

Victor from customer service was EXTREMELY rude to us. Kept complaining About the return, did NOT help with the return. We still have a broken tv that we JUST bought and he refused to return. DEFINITELY will never do business with Walmart AGAIN!!

Lots of employees- talking to each other and not helping out customers. Everyone is standing around doing as little as possible. If you use style check out be prepared to be treated like a thief regardless of how many items you have.

If you don't like self check out, I suggest finding a different store to visit. ALL the lines are ridiculously long and there is never more than 2 cashiers... for a store of this size, their cashier/customer ratio makes no sense...

This store was excellent place to grocery shop, not any more ! First the employees that are collecting items for your online service think they don’t have to move or say excuse me they keep pushing the blue cart as if your not there. They are always in a hurry to answer any questions, then if your reading the ingredients on the product and happen to be in their way. First they roll their eyes then pretend they are on their handheld but mean while they going straight at you !! I understand Covid affected ever business but that is no reason to ignore the customer ! Then at the exit you pay for the new app to go in and out ,but your still asked to check your groceries and the receipt ! Sorry but Target or Albertsons here I come !!

Walmart is like most walmarts, the issue I have at this particular location is that the selection of some items is very limited. For instance, they only have 2 brands of peanut butter, which forces the consumer to purchase one of the two available options. In essence walmart takes the choice away from the consumer. Items are limited compared to other walmart supercenters. Another big issue is that they have made the isles very narrow. You can no longer have two carts passing by in alternate directions. Now, in order to pass you one person needs to stop and the cart is actually having to touch the display in order to pass. This brings up concerns for fire and emergency safety.

Not good! The worst ever! After asking for an open Register, the line was closed! The Manager never came to talk? I started scanning my full cart. Then the Register was open. Told Them, lost a Customer!

Out of all the Walmart's i would say this is the best one, it's pretty well organized both merchandise and staff. I've been able to fine some pretty neat thing hidden about like this Bonsai tree!

The employees were very helpful and friendly . The items were organized in their proper place with liked items. The checkout lanes were efficient in getting customers through the lanes fast. I would encourage anyone to shop at Wal-Mart.

Nice wal mart. I like how the self check out associate let's you check out and doesn't hover over you like your about to steal something. It's a shame I have to say that, but nonetheless I appreciate you all treating me like a human. Thank you for the great experience.
