    I don't work for Walmart and I don't appreciate having to do the job for them. This Walmart has every single register closed on a busy Friday night.. terrible customer service. They definitely need a different manager. I believe Walmart would appreciate knowing that they had 4 5 employees just standing around doing nothing.

    Me and my Family buy alot of toys.This toy department is an absolute nightmare to find anything in. If my mind serves me correct the toy department has been an absolute wreck since before Thanksgiving 2021. Disappointed. If I was the manager I'd be so emberassed to have this in my store. I go to Target now to buy toys. I wish they would get this fixed.

    If the store opens at 6, they need to have cashiers available. Some people like to go in and get groceries before the crowds and when you have a cart full and the only options are to check out with the tiny self checkouts by the door, or wait til 7, it's a little ridiculous. it's really difficult to bag your items, there's no space to place items on the counter so all your groceries have to be placed on the floor until your cart is free. Is it too much to ask for at last one of the bigger self check outs to be open right away at 6? That would be helpful. As far as customer service goes, it would be nice if more employees were trained in it. I've come across a couple that might be nice and helpful, but 90% of them either ignore you or treat you with disrespect. If there's a greeter at the door then they should do just that, greet. Not pretend like you don't exist. Or play on their phone, or flirt with other employees. It's just unprofessional and rude. Same goes for the "security" at the door. I know they are supposed to make us feel safe but not when all they do is stare at their phones. Defeats the purpose.

    I am a regular customer. Today I was so mad because I bought all my meats two days ago 140 of groceries. I bought fresh salmon fillet. I get home super hungry and looking forward to eating. Then, I bite into the fish horrible taste. My mom took a bite and started gagging. I was mad. I go to the store the other meats had a grey color. I decided to take everything back. The customer service people gave me hard time even for a even exchange. I even got a pack of sirloin for 9 cents less and they said they could not 🚫 do the exchange. I asked for a higher manager then she said it was fine but kinda didn't want to. Then I go look for salmon and the fridges are being worked on. Then customer service said they can't help me.then said that maybe I can try out another Walmart so I do and then I call and they said sure I show up and they said never mind they can't because the system doesn't allow the exchange. Worst part I get home and see that the store is on the News for issues w the refrigerators. 🤨🙄 it's messed up they gave a hard time and they knew it was a issue w the store.

    Yesterday I went with my family to find a phone case and a screen protector. I asked Ms. Inez if she would be so kind to help me. She rudely ignored me and my boyfriend had to flag her down. Once she came to the aisle I was in, Ms. Inez rolled her eyes as I asked her which phone case would fit my phone. Ms. Inez quickly replied while not looking to see what kind of phone I have, "We don't have any that will fit your phone." I spotted two different phone cases that would and asked Ms. Inez if I can see them. Ms. Inez said," No" as she left the aisle. I took it upon myself to open one phone case to see if it would fit and while doing so Ms. Inez yelled at me, claiming that we are not supposed to do that. I told Ms. Inez that I am going to buy it. The phone case did fit and I purchased it. If this is how Walmart employees are trained to be excellent in customer service, I find it very disappointing that their employees make customers want to shop elsewhere and Walmart managers allowing it. This is one reason to lose business and profit for Walmart.

    It blows my mind that Walmart can stay in business. You call them, the phone rings, you make a selection, you wait for someone in the department to answer and then the phone call is disconnected. The app does not stay up to date with inventory and offers products that aren't available. Most of my orders that need shipping do not arrive on time and the tracking information sucks. I ordered some garment bags, the product title says 500 and in the description it says 500 bags.When they finally arrived 4 days late, there was only 50 bags! Where are the other 450? Now I have to bend over backwards to prove what they sent is not correct! I'm so sick of shopping at Walmart and it causing me more work! I'm boycotting Walmart! And they say they are hiring yet, both my boys have applied, they haven't received any call for an interview!

    Well I went to the supermarket in El Paso to get a little bit stuff and I love this store I never go for nothing and ways come out of there with more, crazy. Most of the staff are very helpful and respectful and I love that. If a person can't be happy with the customer, then I don't e. A yeah if you go there it's organized and clean.they always have what I'm looking for. Needed a electric skillet and found it right there I love it cooks fast .

    Quoted a price when I showed up. 30 minutes later I was told prices had changed, still within reasonable range so I’m sticking around, but very annoying to have prices change. I was told the wait was about 1.5 hour, well, that was wrong, almost 3 hours later I got my vehicle back. Unsure if I’d recommend this location to anyone else. 14 Jan 2021 1327

    It's a Walmart...just what you'd expect. Prices are low, and generally, so is quality. Long lines as almost all registers are closed. Staff is somewhat knowledgeable but definitely don't want to work there. Fruits and vegetables are very tasty and fresh.

    I always have a great time shopping here at this Walmart. The employees are all so very kind and polite.. as well as the management team. Quite a few of the employees know my dog and I by name.. and they always welcome me there with their awesome smiles and really neat personalities. The bathrooms are always clean.. and the Hot Deli section has the most delicious Mac N Cheese you'll ever have. If you're there during the days and are in need of a new phone without having to break the bank.. be sure to stop by the Electronics Dept and talk to Johnathan (the phone guy).. he'll hook you right up with the best deal he can possibly make you. And please be sure to thank the Brosnan Security team outside for just being there. They stand in the rain and the cold just to be sure you're safe inside. Kudos Guys!!!

    On 11/26/2022, I was at 4530 Woodrow Bean Walmart. My truck wouldn’t start. I went into the store and purchased batteries for the remote assuming that was the issue. Two young men helped me on pen the sealed batteries with a tool they had. I wish I’d gotten their names. That wasn’t the issue. I walked over to the automotive department and spoke to the department manager, Juan. He sent Miguel with me to test my battery. Miguel jumped the battery for me and I drove it to the auto department where he changed it for me. Both Juan and Miguel were professional, and extremely kind to me. What a wonderful experience. I’d like to thank all four gentlemen for helping me yesterday and highly recommend there service. Deborah Lunow

    This site is huge for those who have mobility issues. The meat department is kind of scarce depending on what you want to purchase. I did spot workers working down shelves and rails in the meat department. It's stuffy inside and one main problem I have is self checkout! 😡 I walk around this big store picking up the stuff, have to then stand in a long line, okay for it, and now you expect me to scan and bag my own groceries. Come on Walmart, where's providing customer service, dang you make it obvious that you're just in it for the dollars$$$.

    Decent and standard Supercenter, nothing extraordinary. Easy layout and doesn't change often- helps witj remembering where things are. Always wonder why I don't get a discount or a paycheck for being my own cashier tho.

    I enjoy the professionalism of the employees and their willingness to help the customer. However, I am handicapped and the store should aquire more scooters. Most of the time there isn't one available or it isn't charged. I find myself sitting in the car while my wife shops and she loves shopping at Wal Mart.

    Let's start off with how I got recommended to work from the highest representative (coach) (hiring manager) to transfer from another location in Texas to work in this store. No action was taken to actually get me in the system to work . Very unprofessional if you ask anyone. Anyways the fact is also that there was such a long time before I went in to tell them I resign to join the military. Such a bad management system and to top it off they treated me like a criminal for simply going shopping in the hygeine isle . And I got a picture taken for no particular reason . The loss prevention there is too Cocky and made a mistake doing that such action . very unfriendly environment from the associates themselves and a downright unpleasant atmosphere.

    This is for the horrible customer service in the auto care department and the store manager that basically did nothing to help me! I ordered tires online and took my car in to have them put on. A while after I got to work I checked to see the progress and it said something happened and I would be called. I ended up calling them. The tires were the wrong size and couldn’t be put on. After work I went to see what was going on and after waiting in line for 20 minutes because only one register was being used I was told that they didn’t fit and they had put the 4 tires in my car and I would have to take them to customer service myself to return them. WOW!!!!! Why during the 8 hours the car was there could they not have taken the tires to the front and told me to go up and return them. Then the most ridiculous thing that happened was that they put the 4 tires in the back of my mini cooper two door! Needless to say after sitting in my car for 8 hours my car smelled so bad! I have never seen people with NO common sense like I did today and will never return to this auto center! Next after being in tears I went to customer service where I was passed to a store manager. This young guy basically dismissed my problem and made me feel like I was a stupid woman and said he would definitely speak to the auto care center then he had someone help me get the tires into the store. Meanwhile after just working 8 hours I had to be accommodating the auto center when they should have been accommodating the customer! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I would have given no points but I had to put at least one star to post.

    This is my place of worship and we are growing. We want to extend an invitation to come and grow with us. We are also on YouTube for all of our services. Sunday School at 9am, Morning Worship at 11 am, Bible Study on Wednesday night at 7pm. Prayer Service at 6pm also on Wednesday night. Come and grow with us our Pastor is Christopher Charles White and he is an amazing man of God. See you Sunday morning for Sunday School, morning Worship and Wednesday for Prayer and Bible Study.

    They remodeled the store which is great, but for the past several years they have less and less actual people working registers. After the remodel it is 99% self checkouts but yet they have SO MANY employees. You shop yourself, check out yourself, and while you’re checking out they will be on their phones making sure you’re not stealing. Before you leave, you have to show your receipt. You will be treated like a criminal no matter your race or age. It’s honestly become annoying and old to shop here… I started giving my business to other places around town instead. I’ve never stolen anything in my life, and I’ve never made a mistake while checking out my own groceries. And don’t even get me started on the beauty section of the store… everything is locked up! And you have to check out before you leave that section. No thanks.

    I want to put in customer accolades for the Walmart Vision Center. The staff is great! They are professional, courteous and personable. A special comment about Israel, he is wonderful, very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to take care of the customers. He is such an asset to the vision center, which is why I always go to Walmart vision center for my glasses every year! Good job, Walmart, vision center! Thank you Israel for always being so kind and helpful

    They sell a variety of things here like clothing, automotive, food and cameras, toys, flowers, outdoor and garden supplies, housewares, sports area, electronics, medications, etc. You can say it's one stop shopping here. They have reasonable prices on mostly everything. There's a pharmacy, McDonald's, beauty salon, bank, portrait studio and also optical dept here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

    Book bag selection was great. Clean store lots of great buys. Easy to get around. Only complaint one check out open at 6:30. line was very long of course once I was 2nd in line then they opened more registers.

    Shout Out to Walmart and Clarissa Customer Service has always been #1 and to see the employees working..stocking early morning and taking time to assist customers...it's a Fabulous work of art to witness. Always assistance on the self checkout .. Great people Great customer service at a very high pure level!....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it's real!

    I like the great prices Walmart has I just to agree how you check out. Its 3pm and I don't like using the self check out but it seems that is what they want you to do because there was only 2 cashiers open and I suppose they have more than 20 available registers than remain empty at a time that I think should be maned. Its a big store and for them to have only 2 is hard to believe.

    Needed to place 2 orders from the instore bakery. First one for a combo-cake with 6 additional cupcakes with different frosting. The other for 96 cupcakes each of these orders were for 2 different days. Staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. The manager even took the time to not only take my order with all the details I wanted, she even answered my numerous questions and double checked that all the details were completely correct. I've ordered simple cakes in the past, they look and taste amazing.

    Always sooo packed, I hate that the make up is always locked up, quality of meat is just Okay. However the prices for most items are the best, but for quality meats I prefer Albertson's, the customer service at Wal Mart is pretty good if you can find an associate

    Don't go here often anymore so will rate for this visit. Produce we got was fresh, store was clean and lady at self checkout was very nice. She even cleaned our machine before we used it ( with a smile on her face) and she was extremely busy.

    I love Walmart. There are some things tho, like expired food & the lines when not all the lanes are open but employees are standing around talking. Other than that, I'm good with Wally world..you can see anything in there
