Yesterday
I
went
with
my
family
to
find
a
phone
case
and
a
screen
protector.
I
asked
Ms.
Inez
if
she
would
be
so
kind
to
help
me.
She
rudely
ignored
me
and
my
boyfriend
had
to
flag
her
down.
Once
she
came
to
the
aisle
I
was
in,
Ms.
Inez
rolled
her
eyes
as
I
asked
her
which
phone
case
would
fit
my
phone.
Ms.
Inez
quickly
replied
while
not
looking
to
see
what
kind
of
phone
I
have,
"We
don't
have
any
that
will
fit
your
phone."
I
spotted
two
different
phone
cases
that
would
and
asked
Ms.
Inez
if
I
can
see
them.
Ms.
Inez
said,"
No"
as
she
left
the
aisle.
I
took
it
upon
myself
to
open
one
phone
case
to
see
if
it
would
fit
and
while
doing
so
Ms.
Inez
yelled
at
me,
claiming
that
we
are
not
supposed
to
do
that.
I
told
Ms.
Inez
that
I
am
going
to
buy
it.
The
phone
case
did
fit
and
I
purchased
it.
If
this
is
how
Walmart
employees
are
trained
to
be
excellent
in
customer
service,
I
find
it
very
disappointing
that
their
employees
make
customers
want
to
shop
elsewhere
and
Walmart
managers
allowing
it.
This
is
one
reason
to
lose
business
and
profit
for
Walmart.
